He shut down the radio. " This is only the begging 'Amari' if that is what you wish to call yourself now" the man glanced around the office at the monitors displaying footage of many different universes, "This is only the begging."

The Saiyan saw the others forming teams. But no matter, he could handle himself if things got rough. So, the challenge was beginning to survive in the forest for 3 days. Forest searching was the old Saiyan's specialty and he could feed himself and hunt if he needed. The Saiyan held the coin up and waited to be taken to the challenge.

After hearing the announcement, Mr.X just cracked his knuckles and his neck before reaching into his pocket and taking out his coin, then he waited for his teammates to the same so that they can all go in at the same time.

The Ancestor​

The Ancestor’s Patience was running low, waiting for his ‘teammates’ to get ready for the challenge as he took out his gold coin, he then said something himself “Alone in the woods or tunnels, survival is the same. Prepare, persist, and overcome.“, it was one of his quotes he liked saying to himself when he remembered his past in the hamlet before he became ‘it’. He pushed aside those memories for now as he got ready to survive in the woods and destroy all who dare to take his chances of success.

" Alright no time to waste then. We need to explore the island anyway. I can't think of a better opportunity. See you two there." Rem placed the coin to her chest and after a few moments her body was engulfed in light before vanishing completely.

Each group or singular participate found themselves deep within the woods, a subtle breeze swayed the trees around gently. Seemed each group was transported to a small clearing with rocks laid around a small camp fire. Orange lighted peeked out of the tree tops indicating the sun would be setting in a few hours. Each player would find themselves with a large digital watch attached to their wrist displaying 'please insert coin'. Upon inserting the coin the screen would come to life displaying a human outline ( or whatever species the wearer is) with labels around each vital organ of limb, it looked to be tracking the wearers health. On the lower corner was a small button to bring up a map displaying a river running through the center of the forest. With the dome building nowhere in sight, it looked like this was only a small sectioned off portion of the island.

Everything was spinning for a few short moments as her body adjusted to its new position. Rem felt her spin shiver as the cold air passed, based on the color of the sky night would be falling soon which would undoubtedly be colder. Starting a fire should be a first, Rem picked up a few sticks and started to rub them together to attempt to start a fire. " The others should be showing up any time now."
From the distance the leaves of the nearby trees rustled, Rem felt something watching her. Was it an animal, monster, another contestant?, she whirled around aiming her pistol in the general location.
. . . . . . . No movement or noise.
Full seconds passes before Rem loosened up and returned to the task at hand managing to get a small fire started.

Withing the trees a small camera zoomed in and out of the area.

" Step one complete. If were gonna be out here for three full days then shelter, food, and water should be next."

He had arrived but not as expected, being a couple of feet above in the air as he fell down, before hitting the ground as he kneeled, kicking up some dirt from the ground. He then began to slowly get up as he saw his teammate, the girl with weirdly colored hair, who was next to a small campfire she had probably made. He then slowly walked towards her, his iconic footsteps being heard as he finally stopped a few feet away from her, before finally stopping to look around for a little bit. It was..... beautiful in a way but his mission was not to record all of this.... it was to survive out here in the wilderness. He then faced the girl once more and waited for the next thing needed to do in order to survive.

While Rem was making a mental list her train of thought was cut off by the sudden crash and stomping of T-00 approaching. " Are you alright.?" the landing didn't sound pleasant but he did look fine regardless. Of course he said nothing but looked to be waiting maybe? According to the map a river cuts through the forest and a human can live roughly three days without water so it doesn't have to be the main priority at the moment. Night will be arriving soon so shelter should be the first priority. " Do you think you could find a bunch of branches and leaves." The shelter would need to be large enough to cover the group as well as keep them off the ground which will grow cold during the night.

He waited for a bit until the person said to collect a bunch of sticks and leaves, the purpose of which is not said. But he took this quite literally, he began looking around and inside his head, believing that felling trees is best source of sticks and leaves so he began to approach the closets tree and the then stopped in front of it. He then raised his right fist and used some of his strength to punch the tree, making it have a giant hole in the side that did nothing, before it began to slowly fall down towards him. He caught the falling tree with his left arm, holding it up, before moving his right to the other side as he began to drag the tree to Rem, once he got close enough he drops the tree next to Rem, having finished his objective of collecting sticks and leaves.

Rem jumped as the ground shook from the impact of the large tree against the ground. "...o-oh...ok that works.." Rem studied the tree, slowly walking around it. There was plenty of material to use although something looked odd about it now that she looks at it closely almost.. Rem heard some shuffling in the woods nearby. "Do you think you can cut this in half and break off all the branches? I'll be back in a few" Rem ran off on her own to investigate the strange noise. Pistol at ready Rem studied the surrounding area. Deafening silence filled the woods only being broken by the crackling of leaves under Rem's feet, she couldn't help but shake the feeling that something else was close by.

Near the clearing a barely audible growling poked out from the surrounding woods. Bushes shook as the growls grew closer, you could almost spot small red dots peeking out from the bushes.

After waiting in The building before The first challenge, she wasn't that excited or even happy for the first tournament. The goal was basically to survive; while she can survive, it was kinda boring for her at least.
That is until... growling...
"eeee! W-whats that?! A b-b-b-bear...!", her pigtails stood straight up as the sound was quite unexpected. She extended her scythe, and waited for the sound of battle.

Bendy checked one more time in his little satchel he held, pen, paper, letter, and a small whistle in case something bad happened, and went his way. Once he was in his clearing, he sighed loudly and made a fire. Now, fire and his ink is highly.... flammable... and he knew to stay far away from the flames, but he became cold and gotten to close. What happens next is soon to come....

The others seemed pretty helpless to survive, but sombra? He could survive a storm outside, and still rule the Crystal empire, but besides being all alone, he saw the other fires pop up in the night and made his one using his magic. Once it was nighttime, he could "check" on the others.​

He relaxed a bit before being given another task of cutting the tree in half and remove the sticks, except there was one problem, he did not know which way to cut it in half. He was about to ask his teammate but she left with her pistol, probably investigating the rustling from the woods he heard earlier. He mentally sigh as he decided to removed the sticks first, and if she returns quick enough he can ask which way to cut in half, but if not, he would just do it himself. He approached the tree as he began to limit his strength so that the branches won’t break in half in his hands, often focusing too much in order to not break them in half and not paying any attention to his environment.

The Ancestor​

He had arrived he not as soon as the others, it being almost night time when he arrived. He looked around, before settling his eyes on the campfire, and then he started his first part of the challenge and started to go around and pick up some leaves and sticks for the fire. He collected a perfect amount which may last throughout the entire night or at least a 1-2 hours before daylight. He then puts all of it into the fire, putting the sticks up before he reached into his pocket and takes out a small match box. He opened it and took out a match, before striking it against the box and starting the match, making a fire appear at the top of it. He then threw the match into the fireplace on the bottom, which started to into a bigger fire. He knew that he would have little time to explore his surroundings so he sat near the fireplace, taking out a journal from inside his coat and a quill which the tip was covered so the ink would not dry. He also had a small bottle of ink he would use later in case the ink runs out in the pen but he focused on his journal for now, opening it up and beginning to fill out some recent events that had happen, making sure to put some of his theories inside on a few things such as the ability to communicate with people from other worlds, often looking away to make sure nothing would sneak up at him.

From the bushes emerged three wolf like creatures standing on two legs, their fur was white with patches of gray and black overtop. With their claws covering their front like a shield, the three circled around the two aliens. With a howl the first lunged forward toward Spinel pulling its clawed arm back ready to strike.

While working on his journal a shadow began growing under him, getting larger and larger. Its shape becoming clearer as it reaches the ground appears to be a large hand of sorts.

Rem was getting ready to head back when something fell from the trees knocking her backwards. It was some kinda large spider with a skull covering its entire body. Rem shot at the spider only for the bullet to bounce off its hard shell and strike the tree behind her forcing Rem to duck under. "Eeeeeee...." Rem wheezed while starting at the bullet hole above her. Swaying back and forth from the impact of the bullet the spider soon came to a stop, its body shook before spinning around revealing an unarmored soft belly. " Big mistake" Rem took another shot at the spider's belly, it hissed in pain as the web it hung from snapped and the spider hit the ground as its body fell apart before dissolving completely. Rem brushed herself off, the threat appeared to be gone that is until more shuffling came from the trees.

The task of removing the branches carefully from the tree was actually much harder to do than just forcibly removing the branches, which is something he had never thought of even doing in the first place. All was going well until he was thrown out of his thoughts when he heard a gunshot coming from the woods, which either meant that Rem’s gun either misfired or was used to shoot at something, both of which are gonna attract something in the woods nonetheless, so he quickly stopped removing the branches and started to move his fastest in the direction of the gunshot, which was in a brisk walking pace. But after a while, he managed to reach the reach the place his teammate was at, before he started hearing shuffling from other trees. He then started looking around as he assumed Combat mode and began looking for any threat in his sight.

The Ancestor​

After working on his journal for a bit, he noticed a shadow underneath him that started to grow until he got up and began putting his journal and quill away in his coat as the shadow stopped growing. He then slowly turned to faced the...... he did not now what he was seeing. Apparently, in some weird world, there are giant floating hands that defied the laws of physics and gravity. He made no motion towards it that may seem hostile, only to watch it and wait for it to make the first move.

Around five more spiders crawled down from the trees surrounding Rem. "Its down to patience then huh" the spiders appeared to follow a pattern, when approached they spin to knock the enemy away, the tough skull shaped shell on their front makes them immune to all physical attacks but they reveal their soft vulnerable belly after waiting for long enough.
Rem shot at another one of the spiders leaving its body to dissolve like the last one. "Ugh wish they didn't bleed so much from one shot" the blood was a strange green liquid.

Upon reaching a close enough distance the giant hand attempted to grab ahold of the Ancestor and drag him into the air.

With the first attack from three wolves arriving in the woods, as Bardock brings wood back for a campfire.

"This should be simple enough as-- Well, well.. looks like we got fresh meat coming right to us."

Bardock watched as Spinel had some sort of scythe (weapon) he'd never seen before. "I'll let you take the first shot, Spinel."

But Bardock wasn't waiting for fresh meat when it came to him. The Saiyan held up his hand and rushed against the wolf and smashed ki into the second wolf.

Spider-Man Noir

The pacing of the event flows like river waters on a busy day. So far, Peter grew only more concerned about his own safety and the others. Fast forward to current time. It was now the time to deploy into the battlegrounds. Nervous about the untold dangers of this trial, he had to keep moving forward and play by their game if he wants to survive. Rem and the giant man were deployed early as he nods his head to them. Remembering their faces before he deployed himself. A delay happened when Peter with his ancient knowledge with new found tech challenged his mind on how to operate the device on his wrist.

"Here goes nothing..."

Warped into another place without the use of physical transportation was a new concept to Spider-Man. Fascinated by this tech, he didn't realize sooner that anything is possible here. It's a whole dimension he had entered. Now is not the time for that. Surrounded by huge thick forest trees same species one where they dwell upon the dome. Looking up to the sky which was covered by thick leaves, making it hard to pinpoint what time is it. Either way, he has to move swiftly. The others who haven't joined Rem's group is a potential threat to them. Speaking of Rem. Peter looked around the dank woods only to find himself standing alone in the middle of nowhere. He agreed to meet up with Rem only to spawn alone. This was a problem to Peter. Not like he can't survive on his own, in fact he can do it alone but the other participants are his problem. Not knowing what they can do to him is a huge complication. Aiming his right arm towards the highest tree branch his eyes found, he began to wander off on his own. Swinging from tree to tree, Spider-Man swung away in one direction hopefully to find rem. He would call out for her name but this would attract the other contestants. His senses are on high alert, including the sense of potential danger. His spider sense is currently having an issue for now but at some point it felt more like whispers of danger ahead than an aleart. He is able to dodge any wild life monsters temporarily that is until his senses were caught off guard with a loud gun shot. Curious, the Spider-Man redirected himself in that source of where the gun fire was drawn it took little time to get there as it was not so far.

Landing on top of a high tree branch (Makes it hard for him to be seen). He witnessed a battle unfold below. There is a girl with a gun, surrounded by huge skull-carapace spiders. Instantly recognizing this girl. Peter leapt down without a second thought. Two of the spiders turned around to Rem. Based on his observation from Rem earlier, that is the spider's weak spot. The pattern flows like a program. Shooting web nets out of his right wrist. He pinned the two exposed spiders into two separate trees, whilst drawing his revolver with his left hand. One, two shots have flashed from the revolver. Unlike Rem's pistol. Peter's guns were more louder. Both a successful kill with only two shots from his revolver. Performing such feats while falling down to the dirt ground. He fell close to Rem's left side.

"Rem, Big guy. You're both here. What are these things!? I heard your gun fire, Rem. I guess he did too. We need to get rid of these things and move to a different location before our position is found."

The Ancestor​

When the giant hand attempted to grab him, he simply dodge roll to the left to dodge its deadly grasp. He quickly got up and began thinking of some weaknesses it may had, which he concluded was a close range creature that may not be able to do much when out of its range, so he quickly started walking backwards while still facing the giant hand. He then said a few words that seemed like gibberish to those who do not know, but then a some form of lightning that took a purple color formed in his hands as he pointed it towards the being and unleashed the ‘Eldritch Lightning’ at it, planning on paralyzing the thing.

He saw many of those spider with skulls for abdomen surrounding his teammate. He did not know what to do against them so he simply speed walk towards one while it was still distracted with Rem. When he got close enough to one, he quickly kicked it with all his might against its backside, sending it flying into the air before it slowly dissolved from the strength used to kick it.

" I was wondering when you'd get here. Iv never seen monsters like these before but their not hard to handle once you know their weak point" the last spider jumped off its web and lunged at the group but was taken out mid jump by alpha who was now much larger than she was before resembling a tiger more than a kitten.
" Great work Alpha" Rem gave her a pat on the head before the feline's body lit up and shrunk back down to a small kitten.
" You might be right. Even if no one shows up there might be more of these things that could show up. But where should we go?"

Finding itself with an empty grip the large hand hit the ground using its fingers as legs. It planned on dashing towards its enemy, that is until it was struck by purple lighting. Body going limb the hand fell to the ground unable to move however, the crackles of lighting alerted several bats from the trees to fly from the trees and swarm the Ancestor.

With a blast of ki to the chest the wolf creature fell quickly howling in pain. With a large hole in its chest the body began to fall apart as each limb burst into flames until nothing was left but a small pile of ash. Seeing its allies fall, the third wolf lunged behind the saiyan attempting to strike from behind.

Emerging from the ground was some kinda spotted plant with sharp teeth like some sorta man eating fly trap. Its mouth remained shut as its head swelled as if it was charging something. Once the plant opened its mouth it spit out a ball of fire at Marcus.

Observing the camp fire from the distance a creature under a bush popped its head from the ground, its orange and red eyes glaring at the Ink creature.

After killing the rest of the skull spiders and seeing that small kitten called ‘Alpha’ somehow transform into a tiger and back, everything was fine. Then Rem started talking about how the gunshots may have not attracted any contestants, it may have attracted more of the wildlife in this Forrest. While she was thinking of where to go, he just simply tapped her on the shoulder and pointed back towards the direction of the camp.

The ancestor​

Somehow, the Forest is already annoying him greatly even though he had only been here for a few minutes. Everything seems to be after him, such as the bats now surrounding him. Enough is enough he thought, as he said out loud “A time to perform beyond one’s limits” as he decided to end this now by showing a glimpse of his true power and form. Some of his shoulder and his lower waist began changing to a strange new form, and also began growing new limbs that took the form as tentacles on his legs and right shoulder.

He then chuckle a bit as he never thought he had to use it until now, but it’s much better to end it faster than spending most of the night fighting in his ‘disguise’. He then yelled out “back to the pit you fiends.” as he channeled Eldritch electricity around his body, making an electric field around him that began to shock the closest bats around him and at least doing a little bit of damage to those who were further away from him.

One by one the bats fell to the ground and burst into flames. Twitching from the pain of the lighting field the hand split itself into four smaller hands which started to crawl towards the Ancestor with incredible velocity.

" We do have a fire running already.. maybe we could take turns on lookout for the night. " Approaching the camp the field was the same as they had left it, the fire may have shrunk a little but was still burning. ".. Alpha wasn't Beta with you..?" the small dog was no where to be seen.

The Ancestor​

While he was able to take out the bats, he still had a problem with the ‘hand’ which turned into four smaller hands and began rushing at him with great speed. He simply focused and reached into his pocket as he took out a flintlock pistol and used to to shoot one of the hands, as one of the tentacles on his shoulder grew longer and went forwards to grab another hand, before squeezing it with enough strength he broke it. But he still had two other hands going after him at great speed.

After reaching camp, everything seemed fine, until his teammate pointed out that the dog named ‘Beta’ was not here, meaning something may have happened to it. He mentally sigh as he got ready to return to the woods looking for the dog, looking at his teammates and getting ready for the go sign.

Spider-Man Noir

Threat neutralized, the fight went smoothly without a scratch on his team. It's a wild world out there. Peter has never seen a creature like that in his world, Spider-Man's relation with arachnids should made him have atleast a clue why they look like that but he really doesn't. The last skull-spider made it's last strike to avenge it's cohorts only to be killed in vain by one of Rem's little animal friends whom transformed into a more predator form of their species. Peter totally saw the enemy approaching but he is already beaten into the punch.

"I don't want to know what else is out here if the spiders are that huge. We need to get moving."

His teammates suggested to head back to their already established base which he has never seen himself. Looking back to the dead spider-skulls, green oozing blood everywhere from their dead bone-like skull carapace. Spider-Man followed his teammates without a second thought but he kept alert of his surroundings because after all. Anything can pop out of the bushes and trees, one of the should at least see the danger coming close. The conversation of the two in regards of the camp is real. A dimly lit campfire is what the crew returned to, a minor problem but what made Spider-Man look back to Rem is a missing party member. He failed to check that one of Rem's familiars is missing. Immediately steaming his train of thoughts. Spider-Man expressed his ideas towards the two.

"We gotta find them before they get into any trouble. I can stay here and protect the camp you two go on ahead. Just be careful out there.​

" He couldn't have gone far, we'll be back soon. " Rem took off with Alpha and T-00 into the woods.
Beta actually wasn't too far from the camp, having found a patch of berry bushes. While happily indulging himself in the food multiple small eyes glared at the small pup from the trees. Bats swarmed from the trees attacking Beta who was caught off guard. Pained howls pierced the sky, "That must be him!" Rem dashed in the direction of the noise finding her dog covered in bats who were scratching him up. Grabbing a branch from a nearby tree, Rem swung the branch around driving the bats away which then locked eyes with her.
