It's a building in of itself, and the three are located inside, kinda like how roller rinks have sectioned off areas based on what color the carpet is

Sophie wasn't originally going to have a nickname as calling her Sophie is fine as it is. But I headcanon that Sophie has an accent of sorts where she sounds like she's saying her name as "Zoe" instead.
