Phantom rolls her eyes as she disappears back into the shadows, appearing back into the office "And this is why he shouldn't have run off without saying what he found" she mumbles, slowly but surely she was starting to worry if joining the batfam had been a mistake.

Jason sighs "Guys give her a break, she can't understand us just by looling yet" he says "Also Crow just dropped of the radar, I think he's in the basement with his brother" he says. Sure give one of the new people a hard time, Bruce he could understand, but not Mitch.

Dick looks at Rose "I know that look and just give it time....trust me I know the feeling" he says knowing what she is thinking about dipping and when he hears about Mitch "How did he get down there? wouldn't you have been notified if the elevator was used?" Batman comes back "It's probably because Mitch was grabbed, his brother must have found away to take people through walls with him.....there is no time for quiet now" he kicks the door they were by down and says "Red Robin, Clematis get in here now" he says on the coms and starts running down the stairs. Nightwing mutters "My fault....." and then chases Bruce

Mitch is thrown into a wall by his brother as he wakes up "So new outfit very nice.....got a new name?" Mitch sits up "Crow...." Desmond says "Fitting for the mask theme" Mitch jumps up to hit his brother but his kneed and kicked back into the wall "You know little brother I feel bad for all those you have runied" Mitch asks "What are you talking about?"" Desmond says "Red Hood god rest his soul, your girl, nightwing, Batman, Tim and that new ghost girl.....you have ruined them with just being around.....Batman brings in new blood having to worry about wither he is gonna fuck something up, your girl could EASILY be a spy and you couldn't even save her brother.......Tim well kids got brains you don't so your dragging him down......Red Hood DIED because of you and that ghost girl hell I bet she is only staying for the blue bird........what do you do to make their lives easily" Mitch says nothing but his brother rips Mitch's mask off and picks him up "NOTHING YOU DO NOTHING BUT HOLD THEM BACK FROM BETTER THINGS AS HEROES AND PEOPLE JUST LIKE I HAD TO BE HELD BACK TO WATCH OVER YOU WHEN I COULD HAVE SAVED BLACKFIRE AND WHO FOR THE LONGEST TIME TOOK FAULT FOR THAT NIGHTWING YOUR MENTOR YOUR CAUSED THIS YOU CAUSED THIS!!!!" He was beating Mitch after taking his mask off and all Mitch hears now is a high picthed sound and the slight words of everyone through his com which can't connect with how fair down they are and Mitch his face bleeding and eyes heavy but still open just says "Your right....." Desmond says "OF COURSE I AM I"M ALWAYS RIGHT!!! YOU CAUSED THIS YOU RUNIED EVERYONE'S LIVES, NO ONE WANTED TO HELP NO ONE WANTED TO BE HERE NO ONE WANTS YOU!!!!!!" he throws Mitch into a cell and closes it "Now lay there and die" Desmond walks away

"On it" Phantom says using the same method to travel as before, this time appearing in the basement "I would release him if I were you" she says narrowing her eyes at Desmond "And I really find it hard to believe someone in their right mind would treat family like this" she adds grabbing her daggers "Not that it matters, he dies and you lose the rest as well. But you don't seem to care about the fact that you're a disappointment do you?". She wished she could kill the bastard, but Bats would be against it and Mitch might not forgive her, so she's stalling so Batman can get there.

Desmond hears Phantom and turns "Oh no no no no I'm not the disappointment he is" he points at Mitch "Plus what do you care? you and hot wings were on a little date and he ruined that, I was hanging around listening to that, and it took so little for you to leave? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Shows how you really care I'm doing you a favor, you should be thanking me, oh in fact glad your here I have a another new trick to my powers" his arms glow red and he shoots to the roof red energy "Red Ecto beams, hmmmmm" he looks towards Mitch's cell "Hey wanna see how badly they burn flesh?" he says turns and points at the cell like he is really asking her if she wants to see that. "I mean I'd have to open the cell no powers in or out so....but it'd be fun again you SHOULD be thanking me"

"I could've just stayed there you know" Phatlntom says slowly circling Desmond "And really, how is a power hungry son not a disappointment?" she asks "We all have choices and I could've chosen to abandon them, but I didn't". She really couldn't understand this guy "And I really do want to see how badly they burn flesh, on you!" she hisses before she charges at Desmond.

Desmond smiles and rushes her but he stops short and shoots the energy beams to where Phantom as a few seconds on what to do with these and he also says "I know your stalling right now but we are 20 floors below the lobby"

Phantom dodges and disappears, appearing behind him "Hear that?" she asks "Get me my other backup" she says, clearly talking to Jason and Barbara "Also blaming everything on Mitch is a bit much isn't it?" she asks.

Jason gets up and looks at Barbara "Get the others there as soon as possible" he says before running back into the mansion to find a certain butler.

Desmond quickly spin kicks her and says "Oh come on, was I wrong that no one wanted to be here cause everything could have killed everyone, you would have blamed him if anyone got hurt or worse, how is this different?"

Batman and Nightwing are making their way down but with the amount of guard it will take a bit

"You are wrong about that" Phantom comments dryly grabbing Desmond's ankle to block the kick "And we can't blame him because this isn't his plan".

Jason finds Sebastian and gives him the short version of what's going on and the butler just sighs "He's on his way" he says in the comms.

Desmond backflips to break free of her grip and says "Oh bullshit I watched everything at Nik's place, how dumb do you think I am?" he says and shoots more beams at her

"Then you should know Batman took over planning, or did you miss that part?" Phantom asks swiftly moving to the side and she grins hearing the cell being broken open "Take him and get to safety" she says. Sebastian chuckles "Of course" he says picking up Mitch and he disappears with the boy to outside the building where he starts healing him.

Mitch groans as he is helped but soon Desmond watches the butler take his brother away and says "Not going to dignify that with a response"

"Which says enough really" Phantom mumbles and she moves away from Desmond "Also, what exactly is the purpose of all this? Besides ruining your brothers life?" she asks.

Sebastian shakes his head at Rose her stalling tactic, though he supposed he shouldn't worry too much about her right now. Once Mitch is healed enough he stops "Mitch can you hear me?" he asks quietly, but not loud enough to draw attention to any unwanted people.

Desmond says "I'm rebuilding my old group with an army of superhumans, the group that I ran with when Nightwing or should I say Mitch caused Blackfire's death"

Mitch groans and opens his eyes and sees Sebastian "Ah jesus Sebastian where did you come from?

Barbara stands from her seat."Who am I suppose to call? What others Jason?" Her brows furrow and she was ready to jump on her bike to go there not that Jason would let her.

Tim goes after Bruce to get down there and he used his teleporter to get there a little quicker, Valyn followed after and quickly goes towards Mitch.

"Right right and do any of these people know what you're planning to do?" Phantom asks "And how exactly was it Mitch his fault Blackfire died? Because I honestly don't see either of them killing someone" she points out.

"Jason said you guys needed the backup, well Phantom specifically asked for backup, knowing I was the only one able to get there quick enough to help you, plus I am specialized in healing field injuries as she would call it" Sebastian says.

Jason smiles "Well Sebastian of course" he says looking at Barbara "He has medical skills and what not and probably can get there easier then the others"

Barbara sits down again at that, she was a little on edge."Oh okay...you've got that handled then?" She bites her lip and held onto her comm, leaning in the seat quietly.

"Yeah, according to scans Mitch is now outside" Jason says "Definitaly going with vampire" he mumbles under his breath.

Barbara shrugs."Probably so..." She turned to him."If things get rough we might have to go down there too." She tells him.

Mitch says "Ok that's great and thank you but uh question is how did you get there faster then Batman and Nightwing?" he says giving Sebastian the idea that Mitch finds him getting down there past SO MANY guards is weird.

Desmond says "I had to watch Mitch till my parents got home as they had to run errands at the same time my team were fighting Nightwing and the titans, when I got out finally I went to grab my suit, but Nightwing took it.....and then nightwing threw a shuriken of his that blew up, the force of the blast made Blackfire fly into a metal bar that was hanging out from a broken building and it went RIGHT THROUGH HER CHEST!!!!! Dick said his "sorry" but as I think about it.....it was all Mitch's fault he was the cause to me being late to get my suit and to help!!!!!"

"You realize that that was an accident since it's not like Nightwing intended to kill her and if you need to blame someone, blame your parents for being away at the same time!" Phantom yells "It's unfair to blame a kid who had no idea what was going on! Or blame your team who went to fight the Titans without full strength!"

Jason sighs "I know, but I'm sure they can manage for now" he points out.

"Family secret" Sebastian says with a grin "Having said that, you need to rest once this is over, would you like to go back down there?"

Mitch looks down as Sebastian "I......I want to......but I'm worried I'm just gonna be in the way.........but.......this is a family matter.......in fact......I have an idea......a full one this time" he says putting his mask back on

Desmond says "Oh I do blame them, I blame them for giving birth to that little fucking failure, what is he good at? school? grades are average at best? video games? oh yeah that'll get him somewhere in life? planning HAHAHAHAHAHA well we all saw how that went!!!! face it kid's as useful as gum on a sidewalk" he throws a big orb of echo energy.

"So why would your team pick a fight without you?" Phantom asks as she dodges the orb "Makes no sense doesn't it? Mayby they didn't trust you or maybe they wanted to get rid of you. Did you ask them why they didn't wait?" she asks moving closer and she stops in front of Desmond "Because the way I see it, as an outsider to the entire situation, your old team is to blame because they didn't wait for you" she says.

"And will you be sharing this plan of yours or not?" Sebastian asks standing up "The young miss is stalling so that Batman and Nightwing can help her out, but I don't know how long she'll manage that"

Desmond suddenly let out a wave of his echo energy from his body sending Phantom back and he is looking pissed "Ride of die......that was our deal it was the titans they poked their nose into business that didn't BELONG!!!!! and now I will rebuild that all as these kids will be my pawns and they WILL DIE FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Mitch stands up "Yes I will be sharing" he pulls out things that has Desmond's name on them "I need to get to Nightwing and then give this to Phantom, cause I need her in the control room for what I have planned but since our coms can't reach from down there I need to get to her fast, Sebastien I don't know what this secret is but I need you to trust me with it so I can get down there" ((I'm assuming we can just say Red robin, robin and Clematis went to Dick and Bruce to help I guess, roxas must be busy))

Phantom chuckles "The Titans are supposed to keep people safe, so whatever your team did, they were endangering people" she says and she shrugs "But letting kids die for a cause that's nothing other then revange, that's low, even the Joker is better then that" she says "So if you want your revange, do it by yourself, or are you so weak you need the help of kids to do it?"

Sebastian thinks for a while "What exactly is she supposed to do with this?" he asks "And if I help you, you can't tell Batman anything" he adds, well he was going to help "I can't garantee that the young miss will want to leave the room, but we should focus on freeing the children".
