Ambrosia squirmed slightly, a quiet laugh leaving her.She didn't know why, but was happy. Overly, stupidly happy.

Xavier growled, but in pleasure. Her laugh was the most beautiful thing in the world. Except for her eyes. Oh those eyes.. Xavier tightened his grip slightly.

 

[Alice Ivy Macintyre]

"Owwy," Ambrosia murmured quietly.


"Too tight," She laughed, and squirmed again.

Xavier blushed and loosened his grip. "Sorry.." He whispered, whining as he held her close. "I didn't mean to hurt you, flower."

 

[Alice Ivy Macintyre]

"It's alright," she laughed.


She wasn't used to these emotions. Hell, she wasn't used to having any emotions.


What the hell was happening to her?

Xavier breathed in her scent and smiled, closing his eyes. "Flower... I'm half werewolf.." he whispered painfully, frowning. "When I bit you, I marked you.... as my mate.."

 

[Alice Ivy Macintyre]

"Oh..." Ambrosia reached up and touched the mark gently.


"Will it be there...forever?"

Xavier hesitated. "Unless you reject me... yes.." he whispered. He frowned and buried his face in her neck. He whined, not liking the thought of rejection.

 

[Alice Ivy Macintyre]

Ambrosia bit her lip as she felt a stab of pain at the thought of rejecting him. She knew that this wasn't right, it wasn't good, but she couldn't reject him. Not in a million years.


"I could never reject you," she sighed, "even if it killed me not to."

Xavier looked up, his eyes wide. "Y-You really mean that..?" he whispered, blinking once.

 

[Alice Ivy Macintyre]

"Yes. I do." Ambrosia let a small smile slip onto her face.

Xavier couldn't help it. He pulled her close, pressing his lips to hers. He closed his eyes and continued to hold her close.

Ambrosia tensed up, unsure of what to do. She had never been kissed before.

Xavier pulled away as he realized she wasn't kissing him back. He frowned and raised an eyebrow.

She frowned back.


"Uh... I've-never-kissed-anyone-before..." She muttered hurriedly, the words jumbling together on their way out of her mouth.

Xavier sighed in relief. "I thought it was me.." he mumbled.

Ambrosia shook her head, a smile fighting its way onto her face.


"No...No, it wasn't you."

Xavier grinned. "Good," he said.


He brought her close, resting his chin on top of her head.

Ambrosia laid her head against his chest, a smile still on her face.

Xavier smiled and caressed her cheek, closing his eyes.

Ambrosia yawned and closed her eyes, leaning into his touch happily.

Xavier rose, carrying her bridal style, and carried her over to her bed. He laid her down under the blankets and kissed her forehead.


"Goodnight, precious flower.." he whispered, before he rose and started walking out of the room.

 

[Alice Ivy Macintyre]

"Stay...." Ambrosia murmured, her eyes trained on him pleadingly.


"Please. I don't want to be alone."

Xavier stopped where he was and walked back. He climbed over her, paying behind her. His arm wrapped around her waist and he kissed her neck. "Then I won't," he whispered.

She smiled and curled up against him.


"Goodnight, Xavier."
