Dark Innocence (1x1 Guardia and PRSCB)

I managed to shift, only my back putting me through great pain. I laid out of the ground, holding my chest, panting. Sweat beaded on my forehead, my dark hair sticking to it. "No...yes? Just...get her home. Safely. Please, Mysti. Can I trust you with that?" I looked up to her with big doe eyes. I just wanted them both to get along...It wouldn't happen but in the mean time, I could maybe piece my lungs back together.

(When Mysti takes Calissa home, maybe then they can do the whole spell thang)

Mysti

I hissed, rolling my eyes, but nodded. "Fine," I spat. I glared up at the fairy. "Come on," I said sharply. I saw her look uncertainly at Erik before swinging down, landing lightly, and gingerly following me out. Once we were out of eyesight and earshot to Erik, I grabbed the Fae's arm and yanked her around to face me. "Erik is mine," I glare at her. She looks at me with wide eyes. "W-w-what?" She asks uncertainly. "I know you like him, but o've known him for years- you've known him for hardly a night! Look what you do! You make him all soft and sweet and whatever- where did his Wolf go? Where did that aggressive, sexy, egotistical, hot boy I know go? Huh?" "I don't know!" She stammered, looking at me. "I- I only, um, like, uh, Erik! Not wolf Erik! I tried separating them, but it didn't really wor-" I cut her off, saying, "You what?

"I tried to separate them- their souls! I mean."

"What do you mean?"

"Uh- er, um, the Wolf is a separate entity from Eric, and if I had more time, I could give them two separate persona's, just a shared body, but I haven't got time and-"

"Wait. You can do that?"

Calissa nodded vigorously. I look dat her with a new respect, then asked, "can you do me a favor?" I explained to her the rough outlines of the idea in my head, but she looked worried. "I've never down this," she explains. "Come on!" I encourage, smiling eagerly. He relented after a bit of thought. "I could try. I can't make it home, anyway. So I go back to Eric to cast the spell, and you deliver the message to my Parents. Okay?" I nodded at Calissa, and turned and sent her back as I mad amy way to her house.

Calissa

I recited what Mysti told me- I didn't really know the point of this spell, but I just wanted to make her not kill me. Anyway, she promised a good outcome. I spotted Erik immediately and jogged over to him, kneeling down. "Eric?" I ask, brushing his hair out of his eyes. "You alright?"

"Calissa...Calissa!" I sat up then held my head in pain. A groan escaped me and I turned away. 'Kill her! She's right here! At least tear, just a little, into that tiny little arm...no muscle...' his Wolf panted for blood. I grabbed my throat. "No! You need to go! Please!" I turned back to her. I tried lifting her up to her feet but I was too weak and was left with my hands around her waist. This close, I couldn't resist. I moved a bit closer, our noses brushing. I looked down at her through thick lashes, breathing thickly. "Cal..." I sighed, knuckles brushing along her jaw.

Calissa

"Erik?" My eyelashes fluttered, and my soft pink lips parted slightly, looking at him in confusion as I trembled at his touch. But I jerked myself back to reality and said gently, "Sh. I'll make it better. Just lie down for a second. A second," I proposed, Sitting down and patting my lap. After he was comfortable (well, as comfortable as you can get on a bed of leaves) i gently shut his eyes with my delicate fingers, and cup his face in my hand, letting my gentle aura slip into him again. I shut my eyes too, and combed through his soul and his memory. I took the little piece of Mysti's should I had extracted and latched onto The Wolf, then took his opinions and memories and linked them too her. My light danced inside Erik, calming and soothing, even in the cold. Then, I put a little of me in him, but linked it to Erik the Human instead. I worked the memories and feelings like last time, then left three thick channels of open ended aura running between Erik and The Wolf- one was to bring them back together when the spell ended, or bring them back temporarily for when me and Mysti were absent, one to separate the memories for when me and Mysti weren't there, and one to keep enough of each aura's strength so that they could provide physical support to each other. I breathed a sigh of relief when I was done, then simply stroked his hair fondly. "It's over," I said calmly. "The Wolf is asleep- but you won't collapse like last time." I had also healed his injuries while I was in him. "You feel okay?"

I blinked, my Wolf's voice gone. "Y-You did it. And I'm not weak!" I sat up, hugging her tightly. "I feel amazing! Oh Cal, I could kiss you!" I laughed and pulled away. I blushed but my gaze froze on her lips. Such a soft pink paired with her pale skin. There was no Wolf urge to tear into it so I enjoyed it. Then I went on instinct. I pulled her close and pressed our lips together. I tried not to be rough but no matter what I did I felt it. She was so soft and gently against me. I didn't want to rush her, so I let go. Too early for me but the poor girl didn't agree to it. "I-I'm sorry," I whispered, our faces still inches apart as we panted together. I blushed and closed my eyes, waiting for her to slap me.

Calissa

My eyes were wide in shock, and my fingers lifted to brushy lips. "What was that?" I asked in wonder. "That was so… Wow! It was just a little something, you didn't have to kiss me to pay me back." I laughed, misunderstanding the kiss, then consciously tugged down my shirt best I could- My entire body was heating up as he had touched my bare skin. I shivered for a second before standing up, suddenly jittery. "Let's go back to your house," I suggested, my cheeks rosy and my aura a shade redder.

I blushed as well, her skin strikingly pale against the dark forest floor. She must be freezing. "Here," I tugged off my jacket. I threw it over her shoulders but my size over powered hers and it looked like a small dress with giant sleeves. Adorable. My chest rumbled with pleasure, as my scent was all over her now. "Let's" I reached for her hand, nuzzling her neck. Something about her...it brought out the human in me. Besides stifling my Wolf.

Calissa

I shivered and lifted my hands to cup his cheeks as I inhaled sharply at his contact with my neck, then came to my senses and pushed his away in embarrassment. "Sorry!" I apologized, folding my wings under his jacket and walking home with him. *Is this was Mysti meant my 'liking someone'?*I thought in wonder.I almost had to jog to keep up with him, and asked quietly, "How do you live here? Isn't it, like, perpetually nighttime?" I was used to the Light place, where there was normal day/night. Rumor had it that in the Dark forest it was only... well, Dark.

"Wolves and Darkies don't need light. It's just something that keeps our senses up. Plus it's easier to see an out of place Light. But I like your glow..." I brushed the backs of my fingers along her jaw then pulled away, looking down. "I-I'm sorry. I don't know what's came over me tonight. You should slap me. Do it," I stopped in front of her, leaning over and baring my cheek to her. I just hoped none of my Packmates came along. My neck was bared as well and if they saw, he'd be challenged left and right for submitting to a Light.

Calissa

I laughed. "My slap would be the weakest thing in the world," I giggled. "But if you insist..." I slapped him with my long jacket sleeve, and I could tell it barely hurt him. I immediately drew my hand back, squealing in delight. "I slapped a Dark!" I squeaked. "And it didn't kill me!!" I lightly tapped my index finger against her cheek, and the light, barely visible pink park on his cheek faded immediately. "Now you made me feel bad," I pouted, sticking out my full bottom lip and looking up at him through puppy eyes.

I laughed at it but fell to the ground, pretending it burned. I held onto my cheek as if it burned and let out tiny whimpers, crawling to her feet and kissing her ankles. "Please! Please, I beg of you for mercy! Just don't hurt me!" I pretended to sob, hugging her tiny feet. I looked up to her with a devilish smile then went back to begging for mercy. Oh, this was fun! The poor girl would probably blush and send herself into a fit of giggles...ah, how he loved that sound.

Calissa

I stood clueless of what to do for a second, then smiled inwardly. Oh dear. I guess your not man enough for me," in a very serious tone, sighing and turning as if I was going to walk away. I took off my jacket first, then brightened my aurs. "Your back," I recall Mysti telling me. "He likes your back." I had no idea what thst meant, or how to ^mess^ with a guy, but I did my best to arch my back and define my shoulderblades, my light hair accentuating my petieness as I mocked rejecting him. I did a... a hairflip? I don't know. I think my sister did it once.

I looked up to her, ready to grovel more but I shut my mouth, eyes glued to her spine and shoulders. God, she was beautiful. I could tell she knew what she was doing. Teasing. Now, that wasn't very nice. I leapt up, feet silent. "That isn't very nice, Calissa," I growled playfully but my face was dark. Gritting my teeth, I resisted the animal urge to howl. She was too much sometimes. "Put that jacket on, or I'll make you wish you stayed home," I teased, voice lower, huskier. I had moved closer, my hot breath running over her bare neck.

Calissa

I looked back at him, not scared because I knew the wolf was asleep. "I was just joking," I reassured him, turning and wrapping my arms around his neck while laughing lightly. My eyes looked into his as my hair framed my face in gentle waves. "I'm not going anytime soon. Now come on, let's go home. It's cold." I broke away and knelt to put on my jacket, my aura turning a light peach color as I skipped over to Erik, happy I got reaction from him. I had to ask Mysti how to do this whole attraction thing better. The only thing I had ever done that had anything to do with boys was the occasional indulgence of a teenage romance novel.

I rumbled with delight, tucking a stray stand behind her ear. "Yes. It's much too cold out here and you ruined my shirt," I teased, my finger poking her exposed belly button. It was so cute and tiny! But, without my jacket, I was left with only a black tee and it was cold. My Wolf was asleep, so I was a bit colder. But my arms were thick and ached to pick her up and throw her over my shoulder. "Calissa, I need to know. How many relationships have you been in?" It was just a Wolf thing that imprinted onto my human. I needed to know her past, especially if it dealt with other males.

Carissa

I giggled again when he poked my innie naval, grabbing the jacket and putting it on. "That is too much skin for one night- I'm literally wearing a crop-top, panties, and a bralette. No touching!" As we neared the house- I could see the light-I smiled shyly before looking up at him through my thick lashes. "None. I don't really have any friends besides Teresa and my sister," I confess to his question with embarrassment. "That's why I'm so bad at this whole boy thing. You're probably really good- I know I'm totally amateur." I look down at my bare, blistered feet from walking barefoot so long, Goodness, I didn't even usually walk!

I saw her eyes travel to her feet and immediately scooped her up. "I promise I'll wrap those and kiss them better. And I, uh..." I blushed. "I actually haven't been with a lot of girls...My Wolf rejects them, as they're not my mate. I still have to find her. It's hard and only at the taste of her blood would I know. Many Wolves go without finding their mates, it drives them mad. Ferals. Those are the ones that attack Humans," he sighed, holding her close to his chest. He remembered the urge-no the need to taste her blood.

Carissa

I laughed , my head falling back to expose my neck for a second before I lifted my head back up and locked my fingers behind his neck for extra security. "No bloodsucking me, I don't trust you completely yet. Besides, it would probably hurt. And I've had enough pain to last a lifetime." I shuddered at the memory from only four hours ago. "Your wold sounds like a bit of an egotistical guy. He probably hates me so much because I'm a light. Sorry," I grimaced. "But I amproud of my heritage as I light, though I'd bet a wing and a half that I'm the first to be of a Dark's emptional concern." I poked his nose playfully.

My eyes had wandered to her neck but I obeyed and lowered my eyes. "No. There have been many. But, either the Dark was forced from their Pack or his Packmates would kill the girl. I would never let anything happen to you, Calissa. Nothing. I promise," I nuzzled her neck to show her I could withstand close proximity without having to bite.

(Sorry, had to call)

(Haha it's cool)

Calissa

I shivered, then poked his nose again. "That tickles!" I claimed, even though my insides were churning. "Now set me down and open the door," I whined kiddishly, looking over as we reached the door and slipping down. "Also, let's not die." I fumbled at the skirt of my jacket. "I mean, I'm probably not the one anyway. You'd look really good with Mysti, though!"

"Mysti?" I frowned, her figure blurry in my mind. My memories sort of...slipped over her. Geez, I must be insane. "She's been my friend for forever. She's pretty but I don't think she could ever love a Wolf. It's a miracle that we're even friends," he sighed, thinking of her hurt too much. It must be a Wolf thing. I let her to her feet and opened the door, locking it behind us. "See? No Wolf will beable to get in without knocking," I teased.

Calissa

"Good. Because I'm too tired to be brave," I stated matter-of-fact, collapsing back into the couch. "Brew me hot chocolate, slave!" I ordered jokingly, then got up myself and said, "Just kidding, I'll do it. Where is the mi- Oh god! Um, okay then." I opened the fridge to find milk and instead found literally tons of bagged, raw, frozen meat and a couple cups of blood. I paused for a moment, then shrugged, pushing aside my squeamish nerves. Such was the life of liking- being friends with, I mean- a Dark, I guess. "You know, I can cook a great filet mignon. Not sure if that's your liking, but thought I'd mention it. Seriously, no milk?" I closed the fridge and looked at him, a grin pulling at the edge of my mouth. "Tomorrow, you should go grocery shopping. I get that you love meat, but a cup of tea would do you some good. I'll send a list once I go home tommorow. I'll be out of your hair in no time at all."

I winced at the fridge, pulling her close. "No...don't leave," I whispered, frowning. "No, I think I see a rip in your wing. See? You can't go now. Besides, I have hot cocoa," he reached up and pulled out a box of hot cocoa packets. "I don't have tea though. I can't drink it, being allergic to chocolate in all, but some of the boys who come over like it. But I won't let you leave," I whimpered. Not until I taste your blood. At first, I thought it was my Wolf. But it was my thought. Oh God, I actually...I lowered my eyes, ashamed. "But you may leave if you really do wish so..."

Calissa

I looked at him, at his cute human appearance. He looked so adorable, to lovable as a person- hardly a wolf man! "I know, but my parents are already probably worried. Don't worry, I'll try and visit." I take the hot cocoa and settle for water instead if milk, and then place it in the microwave. "The boys? Who are they, your friends? Can I meet them?" I asked curiously, watching my hot chocolate heat up with a childish fascination. My jacket was still on, but I didn't really want to walk around naked. "Also, do you have another shirt or something?"

"No. No, they'd kill you. They'd torture you and make me listen...They'd tell me that it was for the best and that they were doing me a favor..." his eyes watered as he pulled away, remembering the last time they did it. NO...his sweet sister...she didn't deserve it...her tiny voice that seemed to stretch for miles..."No...Calissa, promise me if anyone walks through that door...you'll hide. Please," he hadn't thought of his sisters in years. Tears hit the granite top, his shoulders shaking.
