@Aqua; I would recommend not calling the power Devil Eyes. It makes it sound fantasy. Dx


I don't think unlocking all of his brain would really have much help in the power of vision--which is what you seem to be explaining more than anything. I feel like this power does a little bit too much of everything and covers too many other powers. I usually will accept broadened powers and powers that may fall under the broadened umbrella, but I don't feel like this power has any main focus. I really don't think that power is even electromagnetic sensory, to be honest.


I absolutely do not like the idea that he can "technically win any battle he's in before it starts". I think its just how the expression was written, but it could be taken quite literally and I don't like the idea that he can auto-win.


I don't understand how darkness matters, unless he only has night vision.


His personality is kind of lacking, and I can't really get a feel for him in that aspect. I feel there needs to be more depth, to make him seem more real. Personality-wise, he seems one-dimensional.


In his bio, you mentioned he and his siblings were sparring. Why were they sparring? O_o? Sparring isn't really the same as roughhousing. Sparring actually tends to have some sort of training along with it.


I don't really get any emotion from the bio, which concerns me. I appreciate the fact that his background isn't entirely tragic, but there doesn't seem to be any real explanation of struggle that would make the idea that he is an S Rank viable. And the fact that he is 15 years old (which means he would just be entering the academy) and is an S Rank, doesn't bode well with me.


Unfortunately, I am going to decline this character.
