The dragon was replaced by a Woman in a flare of black flame. "I am waiting to strike, If there is money involved." She said, her eyes never leaving the group. "I am Victoria Novikov, Or more commonly known as "The Black Death".

A hand that was farther away from the head appeared out of a small hole in space in front of the former dragon. "Pleasure to meet you, Miss Black Death" Ginti stated. "So mind telling me what's the deal with all these gangs? From the short time I've been here I know there are at least seven of them. The government is one, dragons are another, I believe elves and werewolves are part of another group, I've seen few vampires walking around so they must be a part of some group somewhere around here. And despite being new and all I have to say, I've never seen a gathering of so many mystical creatures in all my life, especially in a city like this."

Ellie opened a large window the vampires didn't seem to be near at the moment and the place was boiling, she didn't get fresh air often because of the vampires.

Weigl looked at the man who had just stepped out of the portal completely ignoring the fact that he just did a weird magic trick "No,The gangs just like to do whatever the fuck they want And the cops just want to stop them,Atleast that's what i think is going on"Weigl said unsure of the answer he just gave,Even though he has lived in this for a long time he doesn't know anything about the origin of this city

She let out a light chuckle that had a slightly mischievous and sinister undertone. There was an excited glimmer in her eyes as her gaze lifted from the two people back to Alfons.

She said softly just ad the image of the boy and girl at dinner disappeared to reveal that of a lovely lady speaking with a business-like man about some that seemed quite important. "It would appear she is having some private meeting. Perhaps for a potential alliance between companies? Or a contract?"


By now, Delilah had sat herself on the closest corner of his desk so that she could get comfortable while they spied on other groups.
 
Alfons nodded, resting his chin on his palm in a thoughtful manner. "Truth be told, I'm not too concerned with Suzy. It would be all too easy to take down a fashion company and steal her assets. Her gang doesn't seem to be as powerful as the others as of yet. Though that might be reason enough to keep a closer eye on her, since it's always the one you least expect... For now, I'll leave her be though. What of the Delayaran Gang?"

Zeal layed on the sofa in his new office what seemed like hours. "Huh, today's been fun. I had a concert, became leader of a gang, and made a ally. So why do I feel so bad",He said to himself,"Maybe a fly will help." Zeal got up and took the elevator to the top of the building. He looked over the side of it and saw the beautiful city bellow. "This is going to be fun",he said as he turned around and fell down backward off the roof. Just as he full he turned full Phoenix and flew back up flying over the city above the clouds watching everything from above.

"I'll see to it that i buy lots of extra fashion magazines that have information on her company then, just to keep an eye on her, nothing else." She said with a knowing grin as alternating pictures of two young men battled out onto the street before it shifted into that of a bou turning into a phoenix.


"It appears they are as wild as they have always been..." Her eyes narrowed at the image of the two figures fighting, "wait... Is that Oz?"
 
As Zeal was flying he felt a strange sensation like someone was watching him. He wasn't sure if he was just being paranoid or if it was some type of magic. Either way he decided to put a cloaking spell on. A magic circle appeared on his right wing and as this happened the crystal ball was filled with fire hiding him from view.

He frowned at the ball until the picture faded. Damn, cloaking spell. Alfons made a sound out of annoyance. Though he was surprised to see Jacque's second instead of himself when a picture did show. Jacque must have handed over the reigns and abandoned his position. This was interesting news. Delayaran must be terribly confused. "Did you see? Jacque didn't appear. It was Zeal instead. Jacque must have abandoned his position," he told Delilah his earlier thoughts.

As I finished kicking the crap out of another Gralance thug I felt eyes fall upon me. I dropped the thug as I realized he was dead. I turned around to see nothing. I growled and started to walk away.


Anyone who wants a slave.
 
"This is the City Of Shadows, And The gangs are The bloodsucking Bolviar Gang; The Skin changing Gralance Gang; The Mystical Hexlair Gang; The outcast filled Delayaran Gang, and My Gang; The Noble Eildor. There are others but they are smaller. In case you were wondering, I usually attack vampires and werewolves on sight.." She said, eyeing up the two. "Why are you two here?" She sat with her legs hanging off the building.

I jump from rooftop to rooftop I have no idea where I'm going. My cloak flowing behind me like a cape and my mask hiding my face so I was very comfortable. I saw three just sitting there talking, so I jump over to join them. "Hello there."
