Delilah seemed to deflate slightly under his touch as her face heat up slightly. His actins were so embarrassing yet she liked them... A lot. pushing those thoughts from her head, she focused on the question. ...so something has to be done to the lizards tail... But what? I don't supposed we tie address to the lizard... Do we? she chewed on her bottom lip again in thought,

Alfons waited patiently for her response. It seemed like she was having so difficulty with this. Well, Alfons couldn't blame her, it was difficult to get. But unless she asked for it, he was determined not to give her an answer. He wanted her to reach the answer on her own.

Cecil was just finishing up with his new office and couldn't help but be proud of his work. It only took him 45 mins to set everything up and now he was free to do whatever he wanted. Cecil knew he needed to draw up some business, but he wasn't sure where to start. "I mean with all the gangs here, there must be someone who needs information. But I guess I should get to know the area and gather some info first, " he quickly changed into some street clothes and went out to explore the city. He was looking around trying to find anyone or anything interesting, but so far nothing caught his eyes. "I expect something a bit more exciting when I moved here... how disappointing." he continued to walk around hoping something interesting happens to him. He was tempted to maybe cause some problem just to get a thrill. It wouldn't be the first time he caused something just because he was bored. @Anyone

Delilah gave Alfons a questioning look in the hopes of him giving her a hint or two. Even though she was a beginner, it was no less embarassing seeing how much she was struggling with the question. There was something she was misunderstanding... But she just didn't know what...

At Delilah's almost pouting look, Alfons smiled gently. "Do you need a hint?" He offered. Alfons had no problem offering one, he just had to see how far she was willing to go for her pride. Alfons wondered whether or not Del would accept his offer.

Even though Delilah really didn't want to accept his offer and make hersef feel even more embarrassed, she was completely and utterly stuck. Sucking up her pride, she reluctantly nodded, muttering a barely audible "yes" with her eyes trying to hold his gaze but sliding down to the floor instead. Oh what had she gotten herself into.

Alfons patted her head to reassure the woman. "Again, we must replace the lizard, but with what? We don't have an item to use, though that would be what we would normally do. So, what can we use instead? We have the address, would that work?" Alfons questioned, tilting his head.

Delilah seemed to deflate under the palm of his hand as realization struck her. Her expression was that of utter dismay for a few seconds. "please don't tell me the address could've been literally used as an ingredient this entire time..." She murmured, her mouth turned down at her utter stupidity. How did she not think of that? It was right there.

Alfons laughed, pulling her in into a loose hug. "It's alright," he said. Indeed, it was that simple. Alfons didn't want to laugh at her expense, but how she realized was just too much. Hopefully, hugging her would lessen the blow.

Her face flamed red, both due to her embarrassment and his hug. Deciding that trying to verbally defend herself was not going to improve her situation, she decided to just stay silent and enjoy the soft hug her gave her, burying her face into his chest in the hopes of making her blush go away.

"You're doing very well. You're very apt with spell making. So don't let one mistake keep you back," Alfons told Delilah. Pulling back slightly, he showed her a pleased smile. He wanted his words to get through to her, because she was doing amazingly for someone that never had any experience beforehand. It would be a shame if her talents were wasted on manipulation when Alfons knew she could be so much more. He had faith in that. He had faith in her.

Delilah seemed to search his eyes as if wondering if he was jist saying it to make her happy... But his eyes held nothing, so she believed him, and seeing his pleased smile made her lips twitch up slightly as she momentarily forgot her embarrassment. He believed in her, and if he thought that she was doing well, she believed him. If he wanted her to not get disheartened, she wouldn't. Just like he had for her, so did she have faith in him. "Thank you... Al.." She murmured, meeting his eyes with hers that were filled with a new determination.

His smile turned into something more fond. "Ah, Del..." He murmured, pressing his forehead against her's before sighing and drawing back. Alfons was now beginning to see the downside to working beside his girlfriend. This wouldn't do. How was he supposed to teach her when her embarrassment and now determination was so distracting. Her facial expressions were so adorable Alfons couldn't help himself.

Trying to refocus on the subject on hand, he turned his face towards the desk yet again. Clearing his throat, Alfons said, "Yes, well, now that we have that down, next we move onto the incantation."

As fast as the warm fuzzy feeling had come, it had gone, leaving only a tingling feeling on her skin. Perhaps it was just her imagination. There seemed to be a change in the air around him when he pulled back, as if he had thought of something that wasn't good news. Perhaps it was her women's intuition... Or her judgement clouded by an emotion that seemed to fill her mind whenever they so muched as brush hands. Her brows furrowed as she watched him for a second longer, but decided to not comment. She was probably overreacting.. And if there really was something bothering him.. She'd ask later once she was entirely sure.

Taking the book from the table, she flipped it so that it opened on the page with the scrying incantation they used earlier, placing it down on the table gently. "Is there also a teleportaion page?" She asked, glancing over at him again.

"Yes, of course. But since it's more advanced, it would be in the later volumes," Alfons hummed, trying to recall exactly which one it was in. Past three, but before six... Five? He thought he remembered seeing it in between the animation section... There was levitation... No, that was in three. Advanced levitation, then, for larger objects. No, it was definitely four.

With a nod to himself, Alfons summoned the book to him, seeing that it was easier than going across the largish room and getting it. "It would be in here," Alfons said.

While he thought, Delilah's eyes were trained on his face, watching in fascination at the range of expressions he wore as he tried to recall the correct volume in which the teleportation spell was written. She noted every slight movement, a lift of an eyebrow, a shift of an eye, the twitch of a mouth. She'd learnt to read people's every physical movements like a book as it became quite essential in the art of manipulation and glamour. But for Alfons, she saw everything in striking details, an artwork on the pale plains of his face.

A phone went off near you. It was a purple phone that you've never seen in your life. The number was blocked so you couldn't tell who it was.

"How strange! But u guess I have seen and done stranger. I mean look at me I'm talking to myself." Cecil approached the phone and picked it up. "This is Cecil infomation broker. How may I be of service." He spoke with such a nonchalant attitude that most people would find it rude.

Alfons looked over at Delilah who was looking so intently at him. His heart skipped a beat at the angelic tranquility that he saw. What was a person like this doing with someone like me? Almost as soon as the thought cropped up, Alfons tried to shake it off.

"Here," he said quietly, flipping to the right page. Hopefully the spell would keep his mind off of such strange thoughts.

Upon meeting his eyes, her gaze quickly flitted away at the embarrassment of being caught watching him in such a way while a light blush dusted her cheeks. She herself hadn't realized just how intently and how obviously she was watching him until he looked over.

Trying to push down the thoughts, she took a step towards him so that she could look over his arm at the book with the teleportation spell and the incantation. Her Latin was very unused so there were some words she couldn't recovnize at all.

"Good to know I'm not the only one that talks to themselves." Dr. Jekyl said in his normal friendly voice. "Meet me at the cafe at 3'o clock p.m. if you don't mind."

Even though it was to get a better look at the spell, Alfons' heart quicked when Delilah stepped closer. Releasing a breath he didn't know he was holding, Alfons tried to recover. "Umm, so," he began. "Do you know how to read this?" He looked at her, hoping she knew at least some of it. It was fine if she didn't, but it certainly would make it easier.

If Delilah had noticed his erratic breathing and seeming uneasiness, she didn't show it, her gold gaze was narrowed on the page as she tried to piece together the meanings of some words that were foreign to her. With in the incantation, she recognized a few phrases such as lanuae Magicae she roecognized as the word for teleport, et longe lateque meaning far and wide and term oculus for the summoner's eye. "I understand of them?" She answered, tilting her head upwards to look at him.

"Of course I talk to myself...I make the best conversation. Anyway I'll meet you at the cafe sunshine." He begins to walk to the cafe. "So who exactly am I talking to? Or would you rather me refer to you as sunshine?" He had a mischievous grin on his face and wasn't bothered by a stranger telling him what to do.
