Neon grinned. "Yup." She said before opening up the door to HQ, stretching her arm out, and sighing. "We need to get our stuff back tomorrow."

Rain nodded "I'll talk to 'him' about it" He stated before heading to the couch. He looked back at Neon and pulled up a wooden chair for himself.

Neon mockingly pulled up another wooden chair, mocking Rain before putting her head down. "Thanks. That'd be great." She lifted her head back up and put her elbows on her knees and kept her head up with her hands.

Rain nodded before raising an eyebrow at her mocking "What ?" He asked in a quizzical tone while staring at her.

Neon shrugged. "I'm just bored I guess." She leaned back in her chair and crossed her arms across her chest.

Rain shrugged before standing and getting a coke "Want one ?" He called to her without even looking up from the fridge.

"Sure, thanks." She called. She already knew Rain well enough to know what he meant.

Rain nodded before pulling out 2 cokes, sliding one to Neon Rain took his seat again and popped his can. Taking a sip he sighed as the coke slid down his throat.

Neon popped the lid off of her can and took a sip before putting her coke down. "Hey...uh...that thing that happened yesterday...was that supposed to mean anything or were you just messing with my head?"


(My friends have me in a headlock making me type this...that's right...I have evil friends that ship Neon and Rain, too)

Rain paused and almost choked on his coke "Uh...Well... I dunno if you can see the signs or not but I really like" He paused before pursing his lips and looking down at his coke.

Neon smirked and looked to her left. "You really like..." She mocked waiting for him to finish his sentence. Her pinks began glowing a faint pink.

Rain looked up again "You" He finished before looking back down at the red and white can that was in his hands.

Neon chucked. She stood up and walked over to Rain. She then quickly grabbed his shirt and pulled him into a kiss.


(I HAVE 2 PEOPLE HOLDING ME IN A CHOKEHOLD MAKING ME TYPE THIS!!!! I'M SUPPOSED TO LEAVE THE HOSPITAL TOMORROW AND THEY MIGHT NOT LET THAT HAPPEN!)

Rain was caught off guard but quickly realized what was happening and then kissed her back.

She held him there for a couple seconds before letting his shirt go and pulled away. "That was payback you bastard."

Rain paused for a moment before smiling "I know" He said softly before slowly sitting again, in a way he hoped that Neon would retreat to her room to leave him but in another sense he didn't.

"See ya tomorrow, dork!" She said. She then took her coke and left to her room.

Rain watched her go before placing his head down on the table before sighing in releif.

Neon put her coke on the nightstand beside her bed and layed on her bed. She twiddled her thumbs around just to contemplate what just happened.

Rain stayed in his place for a few minutes before standing and sliding his coke back into the fridge for later. Heading to his rooms he slowly opened the door and then walked in quietly.

The next morning Neon woke up and huffed before she layed back down and groaned. She didn't want to get up and decided to stall for as long as possible.

Rain woke up slowly before getting up and walking to the kitchen before making himself a coffee. Taking a sip of it he sighed and took a seat at the table.

Neon groaned and got out of her bed. She got ready for the day and walked into the kitchen before taking a seat at the table.

Rain looked up at her and despite his best efforts to keep a straight face he couldn't help but smile at her "Morning" He said softly before taking a sip.

"Hey." She said smiling back at him then went back to her bored, tired expression.
