It had taken Leon some time to finally reach the police building. No motorcycle no matter how nice of one you stole is going to keep up with that kind of aircraft. Once he had made it the the perimeter Leon parked the bike in a secluded spot, turned it off before stepping off swinging the long briefcase off his back. Placing the case on the ground he punched in the code and opened it. It contained his all his gear which he spent the next couple minutes putting on his armor, loading his rifle, and then slipping on his armored balaclava. Finding a nearby sewer grate Leon was able to get inside into the maintenance room which was oddly connected to the sewers. Once inside he ran into a maintenance worker trying to fix one of the turbine generators used for the buildings back up power. Sneaking up Leon whispered "Hey buddy." Before grabbing the workers head and slamming it into the generator he was facing rendering him unconscious "It's nap time." After dealing with the worker Leon planted a special device on the main power connection of the building. "Just in case." he said as he began he way out of maintenance and into the facility at large.

Neon waited for Rain and the 'friend' he was talking about earlier to finally come. Before they arrived she pass the time by killing whatever guard was dumb enough to come out o pass the time by killing whatever guard was dumb enough to come at her. "Can we go now?!" Neon asked angrily.

Rain sighed before kicking the door to the stairwell off "We're almost there" He replied through his comm set before running up the steps.

"Just try to be quick! I dunno about you, but I'd prefer to stay out of the hands of the law today!" Neon said through the comm before filling a guard's head with bullets.

Rain nodded before kicking down the stairwell door and bursting onto the roof, seeing that Neon hadn't watched her back he rose his rifle and killed an officer behind her.

Neon jumped before turning and aiming her gun at the noise. When she saw it was Rain she grabbed sighed in relief before dashing off, heading to the cutthroat. "LET'S GO!"
