just a little note. when i put a ' at the start of something that indicates what Evan is thinking. when i put " at the start of something, that indicates Evan is speaking.

It might read better if you put thought in italics instead. That's kind of de rigueur.

thanks for the tip. Usually, when i see a character thinking, it's usually shown with an ' at the start & end of a sentence. I normally didn't see as a required thing. I always viewed as a preference type of thing. .

It's definitely not required. XD It's just that people with poor eyesight (like myself) sometimes have a hard time differentiating between apostrophes (single quotes) and quotation marks. Italics are much more distinctive.

Yeah, at least I can read it more distinctly XD. Italics are more standard, though.
