Blue - I reach down to my back pack and pull a diaper a plain white onesy and a plain yellow soft blanket " I bought plain stuff just in case " I lay down the blanket and gentaly lay her down I put the diaper on her and onesy on her and wrap swaddle her in the blanket , I see Luna gazing at us " would you like to hold her? Now she's not all nakey and all bundled up"

Luna smiled and took up the offer. She had watched as Blue carefully wrapped the baby and it looked like she had practiced several times before. She will be a fantastic mother. I hope I am there for the whole time... Looking up from the sleeping baby in her arms. Luna placed her back down and pulled out a large jumper from a bag that she had also been carrying about. Carefully she moulded the shape of jumper to create a small nest looking thing. Dusting her hands Luna looked at Blue and smiled warmly.


"How about we place the little one in here for now until we get a new cradle?"

Blue- I look out to the seting sun, violet wasn't back yet and we didn't know the way to her house so this cave would have to do untill then" we have to keep her warm, she lose's heat faster than us so how about we warp her up in another blanket and a jacket and if it gets cold tonight we mayhave to shift and keep her warm

Reacting to Blue's suggestion, Luna brought a thin blanket she had brought for herself and wrapped the child around it.


"There that should keep her warm."


She didn't want Blue to give up the small amount of clothing she had. She had just given birth and it wasn't ethical in Luna's mind to allow someone who had just given birth such a task.

Blue-"thank you" i smile and look down at my baby who was gazing up with big green eyes " part of me wants to call my family and tell them about her and how beautiful she is, but then i think of whats happened and i want to tell them how they will never see her"

Luna stroked Blue's hair, "One step at a time child. Just take one step at a time."

Blue- i smell something and saw a wolf i sniffed and and it was no were wolf ,i looked into its eyes and i saw what it wanted, my baby . With new inhanced mother insticnts i had shifted in the blink of an eye hair, standing up snarling i tired to look big and intimadating

Luna smelt the air and smelled the wolf as well. Taking hold of the baby Luna looked around her face pulled into a snarl.

Blue- the wolf scampers off and i shift back, my cloths, already streached didnt rip as my bones crack back into place i wince , that took alot out of me i reached out and took Zoey into my arms and a blanket, covered up and fed her ,i sat. Against the cave wall and yawned. " what did your family think about you being a wolf?"

Chuckling Luna sighed, "They thought that it was witch craft. They locked me in my room and never let me out. They fed me but I didn't feel the love anymore until they left me at the hands of the servants. Once they left most of the servants left as well leaving me by myself nearly. Only ten stayed behind."

Blue- " where the servents who stayed nice ? I mean they stayed.... I forget that your over 100 years old" I laugh" I'm just a pup to you

Luna looked at her smiled softly, she had immersed herself into taking the motherly role for Blue and ruffled her hair.


"Yes. They helped me before I changed and they looked after me even afterwards. I loved them all dearly."

Blue -" kind souls are keen to the survival of humanity even for us who aren't entirely human" I look at the top of the cave and smile" wait were you there for the womans movements and that stuff?"

Luna looked at her, "I didn't get involved with any other humans. They die too quickly. Time is too short."


Looking to the distance Luna remembered how her closest friend passed away and left her alone.

Blue- my mind flashed to Will and how she was human and I noticed how down Luna looked and changed the subject" I need a job soon"

Luna nodded, "Yes we should head towards town and see what and who we can find..."


Getting up she snapped out of her trance and dusted the dirt off her clothes.

Blue - I notice Zoey has fallen asleep and I genally lay her down into the make shift crib "well let take these bags of cloths to the laundy mat and wash them, and then go to the truck stop and wash up in the showers and go look"

Luna nodded and waited for Blue to take the lead. Even though she was older she still hadn't gotten used to the customs of the 21st Century.

Blue - I pack up my bag and put it on ,I sigh it was heavy and I got and pick up zoey as she slept, she made a little noise then settled into my arms "let's go " I smile and we head of to the laundry mat " can you hold Zoey for a moment I need both my arms for this"I nod at the washers

Luna walked over to Blue after packing her own bag and took Zoey from Blue's arms, "Of course Blue. Don't worry."


Cradling the baby Luna looked at the face, She looks like her mother but there are some features that look a little different...

Blue- I put my money in and the cheap soaps too I toss almost everything in the washer ,only things that weren't cloths were a hairbrush that had hair ties wraped up ,deoderant and a pair of flipflopsto make me seem more normal and baby stuff for Zoey . I make sure I wash the blankets Zoey is in and I close the washer " here I'll take her so you can wash your stuff , or do you not know how?"

Luna looked at her sheepishly, "Sorry...."

Blue- I smile and grab her bag and do het laundry, I look a zoey every now and then and smile" I can't believe she's mine,she's o beautiful" I shut the lid to the washer and sit next to luna

Luna handed the child to Blue and smiled, "She is all yours and will be with you for a very long time."

Blue - " I'm glad he's not here to be her father , to angry abusive almost " I sigh thinking " I'm hoping he won't fallow me, that whys I ran so far"

Will laughed at Jake's text, she could just imagine the voice he had to have been using. Sometimes she wondered how she could put up with her friends and their antics. It was more fun though, she decided, to have crazy fun friends than boring old ones. Still chuckling to herself, she hurried out of the house and down the street. The others wouldn't exactly be impressed if she took forever, she assumed, judging by the wording of Jake's text. She nearly ran down the street towards the diner Jake had mentioned. Soon enough, she could see a group of people off in the distance. It looked like Jake, Emily, and Letty, she knew them well enough to recognize them from the back. Slowing her pace back to a casual walk, she moved as quietly as possible up behind them. She'd caught part of their conversation and it seemed like they were trying to scare Letty, as usual. Might as well join the fun, Will decided with a shrug. Although maybe it's Jake's turn... She didn't know if it was even possible to scare him, but she might as well try. As soon as she was close enough to reach out and touch them, she grazed her fingers up Jake's spine in a movement similar to a spider while whispering in her scariest hoarse voice, "They're coming for you..."
