Crimson is a lovely color, isn't it? 1x1

Taylor was shocked, but mostly felt shy about the whole ordeal. "Are y-you sure? I-It won't disgust you after what happened with h-her?" She asked, looking at Natalie cautiously. "I m-mean, I'm okay with it I guess if you are..." she mumbled, smiling sheepishly at the floor.

Natalie studied her expression, cautious. "No," Natalie took a step near her. "You are seriously my best friend, and even if it got out, it's not the worst thing in the world. I didn't know who I was a couple of months ago," She shrugged lightly,"But I trust you, and I know you trust me so," She smiled, forcing back a laugh as she stared at her. "Are you sure? Oh my god, I'm so scared," She laughed then, her face flushing/ (this is so cuuuuuute)

(*Squeals* I know, right??)

Taylor looked up at Natalie happily, glad that she had such an amazing best friend who trusted her so much. "Mhmm" She hummed, not trusting her voice to actually come out or it would surely crack and waver in anticipation. She was scared herself, what if she wasn't any good or did something wrong? Surely Natalie would be understanding.

(haha I am deeead)

Natalie took in a deep breath, preparing herself actually. She looked at her,"Do you trust me?"

"Yes." Taylor said without a trace of doubt. She's never felt so sure about something she's said before that moment as she stared at Natalie straight in the eyes, searching to see what emotions swirled around in her dark brown hues.

Once Taylor responded quickly, Natalie smiled before she closed the space between them. She stared straight into hers before she heard the knob twisting. She looked over at the front door before it had opened, and moved away from Taylor quickly. She headed directly to the oven, pretending to be checking the pizza. She felt her face flush in embarrassment as she stared ahead into the oven, trying to calm herself down. Her father walked inside the door with a bright smile as he looked at Taylor,"Hey Taylor," He leaned over to his right, looking at Natalie bent down, then quickly nodded. "Pizza for dinner I assume?" He looked at Taylor, friendly as always.

Taylor nearly had a heart attack when she heard the door knob twist and Natalie swiftly move away from her. Her heat sunk in disappointment, but she ignored it and recovered from the sudden moment while smiling at Natalie's dad. "Hello!" She greeted him, teetering on her toes innocently before glancing at Natalie who had pretended to check the pizza. Taylor was blushing hardcore, so she decided to go hide out in Natalie's room to cool down. "Hey Nat, I'll be in your room okay?" She called out, already making her way down the hall while trying to cover her red face.

"Got it!" Natalie's voice cracked, her face went bright red by then. Her father yelled to Taylor as she was leaving,"Nice seeing you!" After she left, her father continued standing there. Natalie grabbed an oven mitt, sliding her slowly inside of it, she wanted to avoid the next few moments with her father. Her father was still standing there.

She glanced at him while he was staring at her with an amused look on his face. She felt the warmth from her face cool down as she stared at him now.

"Enjoy your night, honey." He walked over, kissed her cheek, cackling as he strolled out of the kitchen and down the hall.

Natalie sighed,"DAD, YOU SUCK," She yelled over his loud cackling. He was aware of what happened, but he was keeping his thoughts collected. She liked that.

She grabbed the pizza pan, setting it on the stove while she grabbed two plates.

"Hey, Tay! How many slices do you want?" She pursed her lips, as she thought about what had happened minutes ago. Her face flushed easily and could feel her face get warm.

"Uh, just two please!" She yelled back. As she thought about the moment, she couldn't help but grin like an idiot. She touched her lips and giggled before rolling out onto the bed, her hair sprawling out behind her as she gazed up at the ceiling. Their lips had barely even touched, then why did it make her so giddy?

After needing help with carrying the plates, Natalie decided to share the pizza on one so Taylor didn't need to return to the kitchen and help. After adjsuting the pizza to one place, she spiced her pepperoni pizza with crushed red peppers, grabbed her drink and strolled down the hall. Once she reached her bedroom, she sharply inhaled attempting to suppress a grin. She strolled inside her room, saw Taylor, and the grin appeared in an instant. "I decided to put the pizza on one, but, be careful. There is crushed red pepper on my slices," She set the plate down on her bed, her drink on the end table, and plopped down on her bed seconds later. She looked from the pizza before her and then to Taylor, studying her.

Taylor smiled sweetly to Natalie and sitting up to make room for her to sit, Taylor smelt the spicy peppers and scrunched her nose. "Blegh, how can you stand that? My eyes are watering just from looking at that." She joked, gratefully accepting her pizza slices and chomping on them. She did this a bit longer before an overwhelming ammount of spice made contact with her tongue which in all reality was probably only a speck of pepper. "Ackk! I'M GOING TO DIE NATALIE PLEASE HELP ME." She shouted, dramatically chugging some sprite before falling onto Natalie's lap and putting on puppy dog eyes, her tongue sticking out in an attempt to cool it off. "It hurfs sfo beagh." (It hurts so bad) She whined, tugging on natalie's long hair for empathy.

Natalie started laughing loudly, that she had tears coming into her eyes minutes later. "I told you! Those two," She pointed to her slices,"Had crushed red pepper!" She kept laughing, until her stomach had formed a new pack. She laid back wiping her the tears from her eyes from laughing so hard,"God, Taylor, you are so stupid," She stated seriously in the best Regina George voice, then doubled over in laughter once more. In their friendship, Mean Girls, which is their favorite movie to watch, they quote some of the parts daily.

"But I swear, I'm kinda psychic. I have a fifth sense." Taylor retorted, making an impression of Karen Smith and twirling a lock of her hair thoughtlessly to add to her character. "I feel that it's going to rain soon, so be careful." She added, not actually directly quoting but she got her point across. She looked over to Natalie with a soft grin and chuckled, running a hand through her hair.

Natalie was still laughing even louder then before, "I am so done with us," Her laughter died down seconds later, as she looked down at Taylor, who was still laying on her lap. She smiled,"Is your tongue okay now?" (Is she...still laying on her lap? I just reread the above post so im a little confused)

(Yeah, she is! Sorry about confusing you!)

Taylor nodded enthusiastically. "Yepp! Thanks for asking, Nat!" She cooed, making herself comfortable on Natalie's lap. "Which Disney movie are we going to watch?" She asked, blinking innocently at Natalie while secretly sipping Natalie's cup of sprite instead of her own.

Natalie smiled lightly, noticing she still didn't move however it was comfortable and she liked the closeness. She then noticed her take a drink of sprite, she pursed her lips. "Nope, that's it. Off me," She playfully pushed Taylor off, while stealing back her cup, and taking a drink before setting it back on the end table. "Besides, I have to get the movie." She paused,"It's a surprise."

Taylor's eyes sparkled at the mention and smiled. "I love surprises! Oh, I can't wait, okay I'll get off!" She happily cheered, bouncing a bit as she sat down across from Natalie. She sat criss-cross and looked at her best friend expectantly.

Natalie opened her walk in closet door, before pulling the vhs tapes she's had since she was a child. She turned slightly,"Close your eyes!"

Taylor giggled and complied, closing her eyes and deciding to not peak since surprises really were the best. "Alright, alirght." She agreed.

Natalie glanced back, staring hard at to see if her eyes were open. When they weren't, Natalie admired her beauty and then she realized she wanted to kiss her. Her mind flooded with worried thoughts, and her face flushed greatly. She realized she had been standing there for longer then 30 seconds. She inhaled gently, holding the movie in her hand before setting it down gently on the bed. She took a hesitant step closer towards her bed, where Taylor was sitting, patiently waiting for the surprise.

Natalie swallowed the hard lump in her throat, forced all the thoughts in her mind to be shunned into silence, and pressed her lips to Taylor's. She wanted the kiss to be longer but she scared herself and pulled away, she was anxious of Taylor's reaction.

Taylor opened her eyes in surprise at the feeling of lips on her own, but relaxed seeing Natalie in front of her. She was happy that she got to kiss her again, but it ended much too quickly for her own liking. She blushed hard and stared at Natalie before speaking. "Th-that was... Amazing..." She breathed out, avoiding eye contact as a smile broke out onto her face. "A-Ah! That probably sounded weird..." she freaked out, looking at Natalie with wide eyes. "Sorry. I didn't mean to say something strange. I, just... yeah." She was at a loss for words and her rambling wasn't helping her.

Natalie chuckled nervously, shook her head. "You aren't. I'm sorry it wasn't long, I freaked out."She looked at Taylor,"I wanted your first kiss with someone special, and hello," She beamed,"I am that special and amazing person, so." She nodded slightly. "And learning to kiss is never a bad thing," She noticed her face red and a smirk formed on her lips. It was cute and sweet. "Do you..want to learn?" She asked slowly, staring at her.

Taylor rolled her eyes and smiled at Natalie's confidence and shook her head playfully. She jerked her head to Natalie's direction at hearing her sly voice and nearly had a heart attack. Her jaw had dropped and her face burned even more. "Oh, I... I suppose so, but.. Uh I-!" She stammered more, tripping over her words in a frantic flustered mess while looking down at her hands and glancing at Natalie. How was she supposed to answer that? Of course she's like to kiss Natalie more but saying that out loud was nearly impossible.

( I AM SMILING SO HARD OVER HERE IT IS SO CUTE)

Natalie eyed her carefully, before she moved to sit in the place on the bed she was originally. She pushed a strand behind her ear, her face turning red now. She didn't know what this could actually mean and wouldn't ask now. She looked at Taylor, trying not to scream out of pure happiness of this ever happening. "You do or you don't? Or am I freaking you out and making this weird?" Natalie shook her head, looked at her now trembling hands then looked at her with an anxious expression, then chuckled nervously.

OOC: got so many ideas right now!!

(AH SAME)

Taylor squeaked a bit and averted her gaze out of nervous. "No, I-I do..." She replied, finally finding her voice, smiling shyly and leaned closer to Natalie while looking down at hers and Natalie's laps.

OOC: Tell me! I want to know what you are thinking!
