Personality: she has a straightforward diligent personality, she is often manipulated by those around her. She has strong sensitivity, and is afraid of ghost stories, dares, and darkness, but she is calm around phantoms since she is half phantom herself.

Backstory (if OC give some details about the universe): In her universe, there is a realm called the Netherworld, a land where ghosts and phantoms reside after death. Living in a ghost shrine called Hakugyokurou, she is the gardener, the caretaker, and fencing instructor of the ghost princess head. She was born half-human, half-phantom as is such for the rest of her genealogy. Training in dual-wielding swordsmanship, Youmu herself has much to learn in her technique. At least, assuming she would if she could, now that she was taken into the dome.

Known allies/friends: The ghost princess head of Hakugyokurou, Yuyuko Saigyouji.

Known Family: Youki Konpaku was Youmu's teacher, before he disappeared.

Companion: A half-phantom that is a part of her called "Myon", this companion is nice to have around, as it goes through obstacles and can allow Youmu to essentially switch places with the phantom. It's also possible for her to form a clone of herself with the half-phantom, though the other version does look a little paler.

Weapons: Roukanken, a katana, is Youmu's primary weapon, used mostly in melee combat, can slice ten humans in one swing. It is mostly used for offensive and parrying. Hakurouken, a shorter sword, is an heirloom from her family, capable of nullifying magical projectiles and firing its own magical slashes as well.

Gear/gadgets: Er. None.

Powers/abilities: She is capable of swinging her swords at speeds up to a quarter of the speed of light, with a large variety of special moves that vary from slicing overhead, to performing a slash in the shape of a crescent moon, to firing waves of magical swings towards a target.

Skills: A lot. and a lot, of neat moves.

Weaknesses: She's easily gullible, and while using two swords at once, she does not have much room for defensive maneuvers, and can easily be taken down if given the right opening.

Personality:Ashley and Red are very different in personality: Ashley is a serious, easily angered person. Ashley also seems to have an large ego (as stated in her theme song), and is prone to bouts of laziness; on one of the WarioWare: Smooth Moves secret boards, Red is said to take care of his and Ashley's laundry, and she orders Red to write her blog entry for her on the Japanese Smooth Moves website, although it may be out of shyness. Ashley is portrayed as shy and distant; both Touched! and Game & Wario show her not dancing with the other WarioWare employees (including Red) at the end-of-game party and her response to comments made by her coworkers on her blog entry is simply "Everyone... I hate you.". Her resentment may be the result of her shyness and loneliness

Backstory : (She is a wario ware character ;- ;)

In her stage's opening cutscene, Ashley attempts to cook a potion, but fails. As she and Red leave the mansion, Orbulon, whose Oinkerhad crashed earlier due to a lighting storm, accidentally bumps into her. Ashley gets angry, and Orbulon runs off. Red asks her if she is fine, but she only replies that the alien is the last ingredient needed for the potion. Red volunteers to catch him, but fails and asks Ashley to forgive him; she does, only to decide she is going to use Red as the ingredient instead.

The duo returns in WarioWare: Smooth Moves, where their level is named "The Loquacious Spell Book". Ashley attempts to cast a spell on a potted plant using Red as her magic wand, but she fails: it only causes the sprout to become a daisy. Suddenly, Ashley is addressed by a sentient spell book with a skull on the front that states it can help. Once the level is complete, the player is shown Ashley trying the spell again after receiving help from the book, which causes another potted plant to grow into a gargantuan, monstrous venus flytrap which bursts through the roof. Red is visibly frightened by the development, but Ashley herself simply smiles.

Despite her theme song's boasting, Ashley is reportedly a mediocre magician; her Game & Wario character card states she only successfuly cast spells "40% of the time". Red can levitate and transform into small objects to help Ashley, such as a broom or her wand

Gensokyo is basically in a dome closing it off from the regular world anyways, so adapting will be less drastic for anyone that isn't from the moon.

PERSONALITY





Unlike most of the Noah, Tyki prefers to keep his human mindset alive alongside his Noah mindset rather than getting rid of the remnants of his humanity, resulting in him having dual personalities, one calm and kind and the other sadistic and bloodthirsty, that he refers to, respectively, as his "light" and "dark" sides.



Tyki's "light" side is reserved for his human friends. While this personality is forefront, he goes about under the guise of a scruffy workman who travels with his fellow workers from place to place, looking for jobs. He is carefree, but mischievous, and has no problems tricking people out of their money (and even clothes) using card games if it will end in profit. His "dark" side, though, is heavily influenced by his inner Noah, especially when he feels bloodlust. Whenever his "dark" side is prevalent, Tyki's speech and mannerisms become much more refined. He prefers to dress well and carries himself in a more dignified manner. He is still a bit laid back for a "noble", however, and has his moments when he is not as dignified. However, at times, he uses his refined behavior as a means to tease his enemies and goad them into attacking. While in his "dark" side, Tyki also becomes much more sadistic, and enjoys using his "Choose" ability to kill people in creative and grotesque ways, particularly by removing organs.



Keeping these dual personalities from bleeding into one another, or having his "light" side destroyed completely by his inner Noah, is rather difficult for Tyki, as Noahs were not meant to retain their humanity for as long as he has tried to. While it seems that he cares for his human friends, Tyki himself has always acknowledged - both to himself and out loud - that having his "light" and "dark" side present in his conscious mind at the same time makes life and the world in general so much more interesting. Since Allen's failed attempt to exorcise Tyki's Inner Noah, Tyki's "dark" side is the dominant face, and it seems his "light" side is slowly fading away as time passes.

The exact date and circumstances surrounding Tyki's birth remained unknown and his age is only an estimate. Tyki presumably grew up with his brother, Sheril Kamelot, but keeps a different surname for reasons unknown. Tyki at some point began to live a dual life, one as a wandering migrant worker - traveling with two of his friends and a child named Eeze - and the other as a member of high society and brother to a minister (Sheril). Despite his refined manners and wealthy family connections, Tyki claims that he has no education. At some point before his sixteenth birthday, Tyki and Sheril both became Noah. After Sheril married Tricia Kamelot and adopted Road, Tyki became an uncle. Upon becoming a Noah, Tyki maintained his dual life and began to develop a habit to take the top button off the coat of any exorcists he kills, keeping it as a momento.



After Allen Walker failed to exorcise the Noah out of him, Tyki's hold over his "light" side slips due to his intense rage towards the exorcist for harming his Noah family. His "dark" side took over, and he hasn't been able to change to his "light" side ever since.

Personality: Beowulf is a hot-blooded wrestler who enjoys the spotlight he received from wrestling. Even after his downfall following the defeat of Grendel and the slaying of his mother,

However, he is not really known for thinking things through as he was focusing on the career and receiving advice from his shady "manager" Zane instead of seeing the main problem at hand. Despite his bumbling tendencies, he is a good person and a capable fighter who legitimately cares for his fans and other people.


This is proven when he told the crowd later in his story mode that his match with Grendel was fixed after finding out and promising them he will defeat the Skullgirl Marie.

Jaune is not exactly the most suave individual in Beacon Academy, though he does try to portray himself as such. He is a kindhearted, amiable person and means well, as shown when he helps Ruby stand up after her initial confrontation with Weiss. When asked why, he simply notes that it seemed like a good opportunity to make a new friend.

He has been shown to maintain his unselfish manner regardless of the situation; even going as far as to defend A well known bully, who had been blackmailing him and forcing him to do his work. When needed, he is even willing to deliberately put himself in awkward situations such as wearing a dress in public without a hint of embarrassment in order to keep his word. According to him, it is part of his family motto of not going back on one's word.

Jaune is an outgoing, goofy, and all around friendly person. He treats people equally and has no problems expressing himself to strangers and bonds with them easily, showing a lot of confidence. However, his confidence can get out of hand and backfire during his pursuit of romance: Meaning that often Jaune tries too hard which causes him to be misunderstood. Following his father's advice, Jaune usually comes up with silly schemes and pick-up lines in his attempts to get a girl's attention.

Because of his family line, Jaune is obsessed with being a hero. However, he was never formally trained like the rest of his family; this causes him to lack self-esteem and assign a lot of importance to his image as a fighter. He values this image so much that he is willing to commit dishonest acts, such as using fake transcripts to gain acceptance into Beacon, to achieve it. He also does not seem to be very proud of having a weapon given to him, rather than earning or crafting it on his own, referring to his weapon as a simple "hand-me-down" instead of a "family heirloom".

Personality: Without any disguise or trickery he is a very cold and emotionless fellow who cares very little for interpersonal relationships. Argeus is capable of taking on any sort of personality to complete a mission, each face has a different personality is identical to the face of the person the face was taken from. When he puts on a different face he assumes the physical and mental aspects of the person whose face he is wearing.


Backstory (if OC give some details about the universe): No body was originally a man named Argeus Peterson, born in the free city of Bravos he had heard tales of the House of Black and White and of the men and women who reside within the temple. As a child Argeus was a street urchin picking pockets and stealing food just to survive. In a world were magic is viewed as mere parlor tricks most wouldn't believe the young Argeus when he said he saw one of the Faceless men of the house of Black and White change their face in front of him. It was that experience that caused Argeus to want to belief in magic and become one of them. So Argeus waited and waited on the doorstep of the house of Black and White trying to convince them to let him join them. After several days They allowed him to join the ranks of the Faceless men and become an acolyte to the many faced god of death. Argeus would spend the next few years of his life erasing his own identity to become an assassin to the many faced god. Argeus would become a leader within the the cult and was taught the ways of changing his appearance. Using this magic Argeus carried out countless assassinations against powerful leaders of countries, generals of entire armies, abusive husbands, and nobles. Anyone and everyone was fair game so long as the payment was good. Each kill considered a sacrament to his new god.

Before her own mother created her to the monstrous being she is now, Rebekah was said to have a caring, sweet and quite supportive. She was quite frightened especially from her father as she witnessed him abuse her brother countless times. After her mother casted the curse upon her and her brothers her caring side seemed to have dissolved into and erratic, spiteful and vindictive kind. Became an utter different person as if every trait was heightened and keeps blaming it on her vampirism as they have heightened emotions.

Over the past years enduring one heart-break over the other Rebekah built like an emotional-wall and was described as cruel/mean, brutal and aggressive which showed that she was emotionally fragile. She desire the need to be a human once again in order to get her wish in having her own family and bare children. Rebekah is also punctual and quite a pet peeve when some one is late. Rebekah fears of being alone as she doesn't believe it when people treat her kind as a friend or a lover. She is a simple girl seeking for someone who cares for her as there were countless of times she saw her former lovers' devotion to their respective other and wishes she had that. However showing her friends' or families' troubles her inner good shone. Rebekah is quite calculating and also intelligent but to top it off she is quite reckless and acts on impulse which tends to create unwanted attention which never results in good situations. Despite her very old age she is quite childish and immature shown through her naive actions and bad temper.

Now Rebekah is trying to channel more to her inner humanity once more and showing affection as her niece was born and when she was accounted as her niece's guardian she was thrilled as she was taking care of the child she could never bare.

Powers/Abilities (I researched these to be sure):

  • Enhanced Strength: Original vampires are considerably much stronger than immortals and such. They are able to decapitate other species with a single chop of their bare hands, shatter windows and doors with small objects, and single-handedly tear out the hearts of younger vampires and other creatures with little to no effort. Their strength has been used to break necks and spines, and break and move heavy objects. Their impact can send anyone flying. Being 1000+ it proves a bit of a slight challenge



  • Enhanced Speed: Original vampires are much faster than immortals and such. Able to stop other supernatural species in their tracks, run miles in mere minutes and can easily catch up to any species of creature, supernatural or not. Their reflexes are similarly heightened. It is unknown if they grow faster with time.



  • Enhanced Agility: Original vampires possess more superhuman agility, flexibility and dexterity than immortals and such. They can move quickly, jump very high, climb and run incredibly fast without difficulty or exhaustion.



  • Enhanced Senses: Original vampires have extremely keen senses of hearing, sight and smell that far exceed those of immortals and such.



  • Healing: The injuries of Original vampires heal faster than those of immortals and so on. Original vampires also seem to heal much more quickly when exposed to vervain or wood. They can heal/recover/regenerate from any and all injuries in a matter of seconds. Even a werewolf bite is no threat to them, it is only painful to them and will cause weakness and hallucinations as they are not wholly immune to the bite, but it wears off. Vervain-laced liquid has also been shown to weaken them, though they recover from the effects much more quickly.



  • Immortality: Original vampires are immortal. They do not physically age and are immune to all illnesses, toxins, poisons and human diseases or physical conditions. The only physical weapon that can bring permanent death is the rare white oak stake.



  • Enhanced Emotions: Original Vampires experience emotions more powerfully than humans. Emotions like love, joy, and happiness are intensified for vampires allowing them to live life more intensely. They also have a limited degree over their humanity also via emotional contol which they lack



  • Mind Compulsion: Original vampires can control and influence the thoughts, emotions, behavior, actions and memories of humans, non-original vampires and non-original werewolf-vampire hybrids. They cannot however compel witches, immortals, or werewolves/evolved werewolves.



  • Sire Bond: Although rare among them, Sire Bonds can be formed when a human is turned with the blood of the vampire whom they had strong human feelings for.



  • Telepathy: Original Vampires have the ability to enter the minds of others as long as theirs is stronger than them although, as Original vampires, they have one of the strongest minds in the world. Normally, this ability works in a tactile fashion and the vampire requires physical contact in order for it to work successfully.



  • Dream Manipulation: Original vampires can control dreams and subconscious. They can produce and modify dreams, bestow nightmares or lucid dreaming. Other effects of this ability is the ability to distort perceptions of reality and being able to trap someone in their dreams.



  • Illusions: Original Vampires have the power to trick the minds of others into seeing/feeling things that aren't actually happening.

Weaknesses:

All weaknesses shown by an Original Vampire.




  • Physical Trauma: While any physical trauma can slow an Original down, minor ones such as cuts and bruises, are essentially ineffective due to the healing factor of an Original vampire. More significant injuries along the lines of broken bones and organ damage can incapacitate one due to the combination of pain and lack of their bodies proper function. However, the most effective way to neutralize an Original, albeit temporarily, is to inflict injury normally fatal to a human such as breaking their neck which will render them unconscious for several hours.



  • The Cure: If an Original Vampire takes the cure, they will revert back to being mortal again. Once taken, the cure prevents them from being immortal again, causing the body to reject vampire blood.



  • Desiccation: Being completely drained of blood or the heart stopping will cause an Original vampire to desiccate like any other vampire, losing most of it's strength and any ability to move. The desiccated body of an Original vampire will appear as a corpse and can only start functioning again once they feed on blood. This process can be replicated artificially by a witch casting a desiccation spell. It's unknown if an Original vampire would desiccate if their heart was torn out however, it seems that an Original vampire's body is indestructible, therefore it is possible their hearts cannot be extracted.



  • Invitation: In order to enter any house owned by humans, they need to be invited in by a person that officially lives there or the person of entitlement. Once invited, the invitation cannot be revoked. If an original vampire lives in a house, other vampires can enter freely and if an original vampire is in the house without being invited in, it will become disoriented and will begin to suffocate.



  • Magic: It is said that a witch with enough power can kill/dangerously affect a being as powerful as an Original Vampire, but would likely kill the witch unless the Original vampire was in a weakened state.



  • Sunlight: Sunlight will burn an Original vampire, but cannot kill them. She possesses a lapiz-lazuli necklace/rings known as daylight rings to counter act it, without it the sunlight can harm them.



  • Vervain: Vervain prevents Original vampires from compelling anyone who takes it and burns them on touch. Original vampires will heal very quickly from vervain wounds however.



  • Werewolf Bite: While a werewolf bite can't kill Original vampires, it weakens them and causes hallucinations. The effects are temporary and only lasts for a few hours.



  • Wood: A wooden stake through the heart will desiccate an Original vampire and the Original vampire will appear as if they were dead, but will revive within a few hours.



  • White Oak Ash Daggers: A group of enchanted silver daggers dipped in the ash of the white oak tree will neutralize an Original vampire when stabbed through the heart. If the dagger is removed, it must be dipped again in White Oak Ash to re-neutralize the Original vampire. Otherwise, it will have no effect and the Original vampire awaken within a few hours.

Personality:







Joseph is a hotheaded, impetuous, and confrontational young man. Quick to violently respond to the slightest provocation, Joseph regularly used the Ripple (波紋, Hamon) to get back at those who wronged him since his youth. Having no respect for authority save of his grandmother's, and later Lisa Lisa's, Joseph has antagonized policemen and mafiosi alike. Furthermore, Joseph is a foul-mouthed individual, and regularly taunts his enemies, enjoying aggravating them. He notably taunted Kars when he launched him into space, claiming to have again planned everything from the beginning just to annoy him.


Joseph is a playful man and prefers fooling around over having any responsibility. By his own admission, his most hated sentences are "hard work" and "work hard", and still had to be pushed to train his Ripple talent in spite of facing certain death if he didn't meet and fought Wamuu again. Joseph has a fairly goofy side, and spends half of his fights enjoying having outsmarted his current enemy with incredibly zany schemes, which take his opponents by surprise by how silly his plans are at first sight. A show-off, Joseph likes being the center of attention and couldn't stand that his rival Caesar had a special technique. With his prestidigitation talent, Joseph mixed his boastful nature and his love of pranks into a dangerous tool in battle.



Backstory:





Joseph is introduced as Jonathan's grandson having moved to New York with his grandmother Erina and seems to have naturally inherited the power of the Ripple (波紋, Hamon). When an old family friend Speedwagon is reported dead in Mexico, Joseph takes it upon himself to go check it out. His curiosity is piqued when he is attacked in New York City by Straizo, an old friend-turned-vampire. After being led on a wild chase in which his prepared attacks ultimately prove to be futile, he witnesses Straizo's suicide by the Ripple.

(波紋ヘア・アタック Hamon Hea Atakku): Joseph infuses his Ripple into strands of hair to make them hard enough to block incoming projectiles. He used it to block bullets fired by Santana after ripping Stroheim's hair off.


Overdrive
(波紋疾走(オーバードライブ) Ōbādoraibu): Much like any other overdrive, the technique sends a large pulse of Ripple through an object. During his fight with Esidisi, Joseph used it to send the Ripple through the thread of his hat and onto Esidisi's being.


Rebuff Overdrive
(波紋肘支疾走(リーバッフオーバードライブ) Rībaffu Ōbādoraibu): Joseph charges Ripple into his elbows and delivers a powerful strike. This was used during his fight with Wamuu.




Zoom Punch
(ズームパンチ Zūmu Panchi?): Similar to his grandfather's move, Joseph uses Ripple to extend his arm and strike opponents at a longer range.




Ripple Overdrive
(波紋波紋疾走(オーバードライブ) Hamon Ōbādoraibu, Lit. Ripple Overdrive): Joseph channels the Ripple into his arm and does a powerful chop attack. This slowly transfers the ripple blast through the point hit, making it advance until blowing up. Joseph used it against Kars to cut off his saber and blow his arm.


Ripple Beat:
Joseph charges his hand with Ripple and strikes his opponent with a chop. This attack is not capable of harming Joseph himself even if he directs it to himself, as the Ripple used is his own.

Fighting, bar-tricks, and bad puns.

Pretty much everything that can kill a normal man, unless JoJo finds a way to avoid it like usual.

Personality: Q is a child first and foremost, and his emotional development seems to have stopped a few years early, leaving him impatient, bratty, and mostly unwilling to listen to anyone. He's most known for his sadistic side, getting a kick out of using his ability to make people kill each other, but after his years-long imprisonment he's calmed down from that a bit; he's still ruthless to the enemy, of course, but he doesn't attack his own anymore and even tries to befriend some of them. ...Of course, he also likes to mess with them.


Backstory (if OC give some details about the universe): He was born into the Port Mafia and raised by Ougai Mori, an excellent strategist and a horrible parent. Not much is known about the way he was raised but it's likely he was taught to think of himself as a weapon, rather than a person. At some point he used his ability to make dozens or more low-ranking Mafia members kill each other for unknown reasons; following this, he was sealed away by Dazai, and not released again until the three-way war between the Mafia, the Armed Detective Agency, and the Guild years later.

Powers/abilities: Ability: Dogra Magra. Often referred to as a "curse", Dogra Magra allows him to give people terrifying hallucinations, activated by mutilating his doll. But there's a catch--it only works on people who've hurt him recently, and they'll have a handprint-shaped blotch on their skin between the moment of contact and the moment he actually uses it. What counts as "hurting" him is fairly loose, though. Just bumping into him is enough, and the reason he carries the barbed wire is so he can use it on a whim, by wrapping it around his fist and pressing it against another person so the wire cuts into his skin. Even though he's the one who caused the harm, it counts.


Skills: Hiding his true nature to appear as an innocent child (and therefore likely things like infiltration). Other than that, not much.


Weaknesses: He's not very booksmart or streetsmart, he's terrified of being sealed up again, he's not good at fighting....

Personality: He is rude and doesn't give much of a shit about people though if they stick around him long enough he begins to respect them.


Backstory: Guts was born from the corpse of his dead mother who had been hung from a tree. He was taken in by a wandering band of mercenaries. The person that took him in was the bands whore who died to plague when Guts was just 3 years old. He would then latch onto the bands leader named Gambino as a father figure. Gambino was a drunk who was ruff and abused Guts to no end though he did teach him how to use a sword. Gambino one night sold Guts out to a pedo black man named Dante for 3 silver coins and Guts was raped by this man. Later on as Guts became more skilled in combat Gambino took a cannon shot to his leg blowing it clean off. This made Gambino incredibly deppressed and drunk most of the time. One night he stormed into Guts' tent drunk and blaming everything on Guts from his leg getting blown off to the camp whore (Who Gambino loved) dying. Guts killed Gambino out of self defense and fled the camp taking an arrow to the shoulder in the process. Later on in Guts' life he would become a wandering Mercenary just all around being a deadly badass with a sword much to large for him (Which he wields with incredible skill). He was picked up by another band of mercenaries known as the band of the hawk. The leader of which being a man who is named Griffith who wants his own kingdom. They traveled together winning every battle they were in until eventually they became the main midland army (the country they are in). Guts didn't like living to serve another mans dream so he tried to leave the hawks but Griffith didn't want him too. They fought and Guts won so he left. He left the only family he had known since he was with Gambino. In the band of the hawk was a girl named Casca who Guts shared a relationship with. After losing Griffith goes and has sex with the princess of midland getting caught and totured for a year. After a year Guts comes back to save the hawks since they are being hunted by the midland army for what griffith did to the princess. Casca and Guts have a moment after trying to kill each other and have sex. Then they go and save Griffith who has had all of his tendons cut and his tongue cut out. After some time Griffith summons every demon in existance and gains demon powers. For this he kills all of the band of the hawk and rapes Casca right in front of Guts forcing him to Chop his own arm off and get his right eye gouged out. A guy known as the Skull knight saves them but now Guts and Casca are branded which attracts demons to them every single night. Casca goes insane and Guts goes Berserk on a road straight to revenge for what Griffith did to him.


After a few years of sweet demon slaughter Guts gets the Berserker armor (Look at my profile pic) Which when activated nulls him to pain but he cannot distinguish friend from foe. He was also traveling with a small band of friends.

Weapons: Dragonslayer - His big ass blade. It has bathed in so much demon blood that it can now harm beings of other plains of existance (I.E. ghosts)


Gear/gadgets: An iron arm that houses a cannon. A repeater crossbow that he mounts on his iron arm. Mini bombs the size of golf balls with a blast radius of 15 ft


Powers/abilities:Guts is a normal human in the sense that he has no powers BUT Guts is unique in that his level of will is through the roof. He will never give up basically unless he is unconcious. Also his level of endurance, strength and speed are all insanely high for a human but thats all because of his sheer will and rage that he has inside of him.


The berserker armor - Nulls him to pain letting him fight to his max ability (Example - He once swung his sword so hard that it had the force of a cannon but it also broke his arm) it doesn't heal him it mostly holds him together by piercing his skin and putting his bones back into place. He can only be killed when this armor is activated by crushing every bone and spilling all his blood. He does not activate this armor often though because once he takes it off the pain is worse than anything else (This guys can take pain insanely well with his endurance) So yeah he doesn't use it often.


Skills: Insanely skilled swordsman


Weaknesses: He will do anything to win so he gets injured a whole lot

Personality:

Dick Grayson is a serious but easy-going young man in his mid-20s. He’s in a way the perfect big brother : the nicest, most popular hunk in college, only 5 times as gifted, 5 times as cool, 5 times as smart – and 10 times as dedicated. He will approach everything with the confidence born of amazing talent and incredible training. Yet he manages to never seem pretentious in the slightest, always caring for others and being genuinely attentive.

At times, a casual observer might think his Motivation is Thrill of Adventure. He finds rooftop acrobatics or driving the Nightbird just plain fun, gets an obvious sense of satisfaction from bringing justice and happiness to the people, and has always some light banter ready for combat.

Although he’s not a motormouth like Spider-Man, he usually seems very relaxed when doing the vigilante thing.

However, what actually makes him tick is a deep, burning desire to make the world a better, safer place where justice actually exists. Like the Batman, he wants no kid to ever suffer the losses he went through. Unlike the Batman he does not see the world as a cruel and harsh place, but remembers the wonderful childhood he had. This profound difference in their memories of the time before the loss lets Nightwing fight for a better, safer world for honest people around him while his former mentor fight to crush evil. While Batman follows his own obsessive rules, Nightwing is actually sane and a part of society.

Like the Batman, he has a very strong “nobody dies on my watch” code.

Nightwing’s courage is amazing. He has faced so much danger and monstrous opponents straight from a nightmare since his early teens that he seem to be fearless and take physical pain in stride without much of a shock. To him it’s a mere part of his job, and he can actually defy physical or mental torture with a smile. Even when badly hurt, he’ll still act in a stalwart and generous way, saving innocents and bearing little grudge. Likewise, although his life has been a terrifying emotional grinder, he’s outgoing, gentle and well-adjusted.

Backstory:

When Dick was a kid, he and his family took the stage name: "The flying Graysons" with their circus as acrobats. However, one night, someone messed with the equipment and killed his parents. Bruce Wayne was watching, and could see the pain and suffering Dick would go through if he had been left alone. Therefore, Wayne adopted him as a son with no intentions of involving him into the superhero business. However, Dick found out about Batman and became his first ever sidekick under the title: "Robin"!

Many years had passed, and Bruce had trained Dick to be an amazing fighter, detective and taught him how to build, essentially making him a genius. All grown up, Dick thought it was best to leave and become his own hero. Taking the title: "Nightwing", Richard swore not to become as dark or bruiting as Batman, but keep the same no deaths on my watch rule.

Skills:

  • Conditioning: Having undergone an evidently vigorous and intensive training regimen under Batman, Robin has exercised physical form to near-perfection for someone of his age for the purposes of fighting crime. Before and during his time as Nightwing this training has become more difficult through battle experience greatly increasing his physical form.
  • Speed: Robin is shown to be able to run at above the average speed for a teen of his age. This has increased since becoming Nightwing. He was able to move fast enough to surprise and knock out Impulse who could run at the speed of the Flash.
  • Endurance: Robin's endurance is at the peak of a boy his age and size, he was even able to endure several attacks from super cyborgs such as the "Red" family and amazo. Before becoming Nightwing, this greatly increased along with his physical physique carrying over to his current time as Nightwing.
  • Acrobatics: Nightwing has proven to be at the peak of human agility which is clearly displayed in his mastery of acrobatics. He displays this frequently when he is able to use many flips and spins effectivley while maintaining perfect balance. Even at thirteen his acrobatic skills were so advanced that Miss Martian was forced to use her telekinetic abilities to keep up with him, while he was suffering from a flu which was later revealed to be the after effects of Parasite's powers.
  • Strength: Robin physical strength is considerably higher than that of an ordinary teenager due to the conditioning he received from Batman. Before becoming Nightwing his adolescent growth was wisely used to carry over into his time as Nightwing as he has far greater physical strength and was able to halt a speedster with his bare hands.
  • Master Martial Artist: Nightwing can take out his enemies with ease, using his knowledge in martial arts and agility. Robin was able to battle on par with supervillains twice his size such as Bane who he was able to defeat with little to no effort. Dick has greatly increased these skills since becoming Nightwing as he was easily able to subdue Impulse who could move at incredbile speeds.
  • Master of Stealth: Nightwing is a master at stealth, capable of disappearing and reappearing without anyone noticing. As Robin he did this to his own team mates frequently leaving mysteriously without any of them figuring oit out.
  • Master Escape Artist: Nightwing is capable of escaping from various traps and locks in impressive time.
  • Marksmanship: Nightwing is an amazing marksman, almost comparable to Artemis and Red Arrow. He utilizes various weapons and gadgets with percision to almost always hit his mark.
  • Detective Skills: Nightwing has shown astute deductive reasoning.
  • Vehicle Driver: As Robin, Nightwing excelled at driving a motorcycle even though he was clearly not of age.
  • Master Hacker and Computer Technician: Robin has shown that he is more than capable of easily gaining access to almost any computer or program he wants in a matter of seconds. He was easily able to hack into both Justice League and Cadmus files with little to no effort on his part.
  • Strategic Planning: Nightwing is a natural leader and tactician, able to analyze most situation and develop complex and effective plans during combative situations in quick instances. He is a clear cut choice for natural leadership and is effective at giving orders and deciding squads on the team based on their strengths.
