"I've been watching too many movies" Anna sighed "Well apparently saying sorry doesn't help and walking away doesn't help either so where does that leave us?"

 

[cattamer]

(I don't remember but all I know is I get cold after getting dunked. The sad life of skinny people.)


"One does not simply talk when in a bad mood." Riley sighed. "It leads to nothing good. At least from my experiences." He didn't really look at her.

"Yeah? Well in my experience nothing good comes from being quiet" Anna insisted

Riley shrugged. "Okay, then don't be quiet. But first let me get dried off before I freeze."

 

[FreeMustang]

"It's like 80 degrees and you're cold?" Anna asked doubtfully as she helped Riley get up and walked with him back to the barn "I do regret hurting you Riley, I didn't mean to"

"I can't help it!" Riley grumbled. "I'm a no wet person. I get cold after showers."


Riley looked over at her. "I doubt you meant to..."

 

[FreeMustang]

"Yeah? Well I did mean it, I do mean it, and I can't help meaning it" Anna responded in amusement, handing him a horse blanket to dry off with.

"So you did mean to hurt me? That's what I was talking about..." Riley paused in his drying off to stare at her.

 

[FreeMustang]

"No.... That I was... Oh my gosh I'm so confused.... What are you even mad at me about?" Anna sighed "I'm not very good at this ok? I guess what I'm trying to say is that if I had it to do all over again I would have communicated better with you and wouldn't have just disappeared on you for so long. OK? Did it make since that time?"

Riley stared a little stupidly at her while she spoke. Okay, now it made more sense.


"Yeah that makes more sense. I was mad because You just left me for so long without a word..."

 

[FreeMustang]

"I'm sorry... I'm really really REALLY sorry I did that to you" Anna said, getting really close to Riley now "How can I make it up to you?''

Riley then just kissed her, wrapping his arms around her as he kissed her rather passionately. He had never thought he would ever throw rationality and reason to the sky and kiss her.

Anna smiled against Riley's lips, kissing him back just as passionately, this was what she had been trying to give him for a while now and finally he was giving it back to her with out the silly shyness he had been showing her!

Riley's cheeks and ears turned rather bright red as the kiss ended, as he was rather embarrassed about leaving his shyness. It was like an obvious thing that he was trying to receed back into being shy. Shy was his comfortable zone.

"You know you're a really good kisser actually" Anna complimented "So... Is that all you do...?" she smirked, wanting to pry him out of his shell further.

"What do you mean 'all you do'? I Don't know what you're talking about now!" Riley tried rubbing the redness off his face in a desperate attempt not to be blushing.

 

[FreeMustang]

"Oh never mind... Kissing is fine" Anna rolled her eyes in amusement

 

[cattamer]

"No, I want to know what you were going to say!" Riley prodded. "...I'll give you another kiss...?"

 

[FreeMustang]

"Riley... I don't think your face can get any redder then what it just did with out you exploding or something another..." Anna smirked "So.... When you grow up a little bit and figure out what second base is then I'd totally go there with you... Or was it third base... I'm bad with base ball analogies ok?" she laughed.

"Ooookaaaaay uhm... let's just stop there because I changed my mind on wanting to know. It doesn't always go like the movies, okay? Jeeeez..." the last bit was muffled by the blanket as he finished drying off and tried to wipe the red off his face. Having his face so red was embarrassing in itself.

"I know.... I just love seeing you blush, it's so cute" Anna played it off like that had been her plan all along "So now all I have to do it mention sex and you'll turn as red as a tomato" she giggled "so that movie or dinner or what ever....? You still want to go out?" she shrugged

Riley threw the blanket at her. "You're worse than my parents! And sure dinner and a movie sounds goo- what am I talking about," Riley started blabbering about unknown things just to get his mind off the whole being red as a tomato.

 

[FreeMustang]

"Riley? Focus. Do you want to go out or not?" Anna asked seriously, starting to fold up the blanket again before looking back up at him with her piercing eyes.

Riley had finally wiped that blush off his face. "Yeah. Of course I do. Now the question is, do you and where do we go?"

"Why would I bring it up if I didn't?" Anna smirked "Umm... Well I'll pay so... How about something fairly casual like the dinner in town and a movie either at the theater or we could just rent one but then it's at your place because... Umm... I don't have a tv" she shrugged, hoping that wasn't too suspicious sounding "So, I picked where to eat, you pick the movie"
