NATO/Warsaw Peace?
The nations France, USA, UK, Poland, and USSR have arrived at Berlin to discuss the fate of Germany. The verdict has been reached that Fascism is banned between both sides, and will take measures in containing any form of Fascism. Both sides will be limited to a full defense force, with expeditionary and volunteer forces having no right to leave German territory for violent intentions such as war. To cross the East and West border, a citizen must have papers and VISA. Berlin will be ruled by a Germany Municipality, with NATO and USSR being able to enforce laws and roam freely. Finally NATO, and USSR get an occupied side of Germany, and East Germany will receive the western Poland side of East Prussia.
If this treaty is broken by the countries affected by it, including W and E Germany, they will be annexed by their respective owners which is NATO controlling W Germany, and USSR controlling E Germany. A no-fly zone will be established 5 miles both ways on the W and E German border.

France Breaks Out In Civil War!
A protest between communist advocates and French conservatives took place in Bordeaux, Marseille, Orleans, and Paris earlier this afternoon. The French Communist Party has been calling for reform over the past years amidst the rebuilding of France. Following a lethal incident between the two parties, members of the French Freedom Force have taken up arms against the government calling on French citizens to join in the movement. Venezuelan Assassination
