Amanda has already blue lotus"tattoo" at her neck, when Azrael has golden rose at his back. Suzu's husband's mating mark has been nearly vanished, because death of her husband, so is Bella's. (Probably also Hannah's)Most likely Amora and Ash has produced mating marks to each other

Ok Azrael's mark: Blue Lotus-the males in his family have this or something close to it with the lotus flower being prominent. The females in Azrael's family have this mating mark: Rose Lily
Matthew's mating mark: Celtic Sun
Angelica's mating mark: Horus Eye, Hekate will also be "inheriting" a form of Horus Eye
Each wolf and by extension the wolf's family (bio family) have their own mating mark. For those who are bitten, they are the first to have a mating mark which their human family doesn't have. The mating marks will fade but not vanish completely when a wolf's mate dies. Males and females for some reason have different mating marks in the family so basically Azrael's family centers of lotus, rose and lily. They may or may not have a meaning to the pack but here's the meaning for Azrael's family:
Lotus-Purity and harmony, it also symbolizes detachment and therefore signaling that even though the family are warriors, they are in tune with the world around them and the spirits; in essence showing their animism and possible Buddhist/Hindu religious side.
Rose-A symbol of love and passion, it signifies that the females of Azrael's family are loyal and faithful. It also represents balance and confidentiality. It expresses promise, hope and new beginnings.
Lily-They symbolize humility and devotion. They show that the females of Azrael's pack are devoted to family and pack despite what hardships are thrown at them.
The info I have come up with for the mating marks:
So, say you mate with a wolf or in Azrael's case you let instincts take over and take advantage of a wolf. Your inner wolf will realize this and the mating mark will not form at all as your inner wolf will recognize they won't be a good match for you and them (the inner wolf). Here's an example: The males in Azrael's family have always had lotus flowers as their marking. The mark of of Azrael's oldest brother that would appear on his future sister-in-law will be a red lotus flower with a tear drop above the lotus flower. So the lotus flower ties the wolf to Azrael's family, the teardrop above it is a sign of the individual wolf.

Family marks, every wolf has own mark that goes to wolf's mate and families has certain family trait that follows in family tree. For example every Goldback's mate mark is golden at back.
Bited wolf's doesn't share with biter's family mark.

It's more that each family has their own mating mark, males have one in the family and females have another of the same family. The reasons for this are currently unknown (as I haven't figured out yet why this is).
No, it has nothing to do with being half blood or pureblood. All wolves have their own mating mark. If say someone becomes a half-blood through being bitten by another wolf, their inner wolf will begin working on making a mating mark...this is usually fully developed by the wolf's second full moon. But the bitten wolf will not have the mating mark of the one who turned them, as the bitten wolf is only bound by to their maker by the alpha/cub bond which is quite strong and tends to make the maker possessive of their cub or cubs (as in Bellatrix being possessive of Angelica, since Bellatrix is Angelica's maker). The cub is not in any way related to the maker's family, therefore they don't gain the mating mark of their maker's family.
