Futuristic Children of Monsters - Characters

Welcome to the Character Sheets thread of Children of Monsters. I am not going to be picky about format. Mainly I am looking for:

Image or good visual description
Please no animated gifs (unless hidden in a spoiler). I get migraines looking at most of them. I have a tumor behind one eye that messes with the muscles in one eye. Second eye is showing the start of same symptoms. In short, I am slowly going blind. But I am going to enjoy reading and writing as long as I can.

Basic personality. The kids have been raised together. They should know one another.

Skills. The kids will show strong aptitudes of their parents' skills. But they may develop their own skills too. Most will have incredible creativity. Most of their handlers are afraid of them, even if they don't admit it.

Unusual Abilities
Some will have unusual abilities inherited from their parents.

  See her father, a former USMC Force Recon and CIA Black Ops. She has been pushed hard to become just like him, though she isn’t as serious. Absolutely lethal. She can also remove the bullets. Those corpses make great cadavers for training.

  Katsya is a party animal at heart. But she also loves her work with an absolutely morbid fascination with death. She is utterly irreverent. And even stern warnings from her father barely got her to show more discretion.

  History:
  Katsya was destined to follow in her mother’s footsteps as a spy for the Soviets. Her mother wanted something more for her. She was well on her way to becoming a future Soviet drone. Her mother’s visits were becoming rarer. Then at age 15 her mother turned into a traitor and pulled her out of school to defect. At least to Katsya that’s what it seemed like.
  
  It took 3 years for her father to break through the programming of the Soviet machine. She had been raised to think Communist. The western attitudes of the late 70’s seemed decadent. But then she was also at a rebellious age. She would likely have run away, but her father had chosen a remote place to work with her. She had nowhere to run to.
  
  For a long time Katsya resented her father. Then, in 1978, he moved them to a new location closer to where he would be able to work. His first act was to give her cash to spend while he started working. He suggested she find work now that she was an adult. But he did recommend that she keep a low profile.
  
  Katsya managed to keep a job for two days, another for a day, and another for three days. In the space of a week she was banned from a store and two nightclubs. And it was a miracle the police weren’t brought into the mess. Her father had to pull some strings to keep matters civil. He settled out of court. Not long afterwards her father arranged for a job for her at an exercise facility and self defense school. There she found her calling. She took a perverse pleasure in torturing her students. And they thought she was great - evil, but great.
  
  She was still bored, so she started pestering her father about helping him at his work. She worked with him until 1985 when her mother showed up - alive. Her father smuggled them back to the US. Believing the Cold War was about to turn hot, they entered cryogenic suspension.
