As you should remember all skills of beast spirits come from the body, in counterpart of tool spirit than come from the tool. so you should design how the skill how the skill is going to activate. Don't want a raging sandstorm in the school each time you stretch.

I've been thinking. The activation method will be a stomp of the right foot. A.k.a. If Sam was about to get into a fighting stance and then stomped the right foot to get to pose. that will mean he already activated his first tier spirit skill
