Cynical, Aloof and reserved, he is a quiet and extraordinarily tranquil soul, who seems to not share the same dimension most people around him and prefers simple body language rather than speaking. When prompted to speak, he does so in a very concise manner, often speaking in a soft voice. He thinks very rational and skeptically, and finds it difficult to communicate with others duo to one of his major quirks: he thinks too much. By over thinking, he spends a lot of time staring blankly into space, as if he is ignoring others, when in fact he is paying attention to what they are saying and pondering over their words. As such, he is often misunderstood and many tend to avoid his presence, as they feel intimidated by his long, quiet stare. However, Jacob is extremely expressive, as his face conveys what he is thinking and his emotions, making it easy to others to realize what he is feeling or thinking,which can also result in scaring off others. Born in a healthy and comfortable upbringing, Jacob found himself being pressured and responsible for everything that went wrong among his surroundings, trying to maintain a good school performance and maintaining his family's prestige in a well-mannered and glamorous nature. He felt shackled to his family, like a bird trapped on its cage. He loved them but it was suffocating how vital it was for him to be there in their lives, a tool for them to maneuver. When he reached sixteen, he was finally able to lead on with his own decisions and actions. As such, he decided to leave his home land and travel around the world before finding himself here.

Bio: He lost his parents at age 7 by electrocution, and lived on scraps until he began using his powers for burglary however he was caught quite a lot of the time he just turned back time which was absolutely exhausting he rested for 3 days after each usr of it but because of using it so much it caused him to become more efficient with his powers as a Chronokinetic till he could create time warps with little focus however it still did use up a lot of his energy which is why he limits his use of it to 7 times a day. Electrokinesis is a lot easier for him he can even control the electricity in people and send a million volts of electricity across a 900,000 mile radius.
