"How about we just stay and watch a movie?" Miori asked, sighing. He had never felt so awkward in his life.

Mei nodded.

"Okay," Miori said, giving her the remote and asking her to pick the movie. He yawned and sneezed at the same time, falling off the couch.

Mei looked at him, concern drawing over her face. "You ok?"

"I always do that," Miori said, getting up and sitting on the couch, inching a bit closer to Mei.

Mei nodded, blushing.

Miori chuckled. "If you blush one more time, I'll need to call you blushy.

Mei's blush darkened. "Please don't." She mumbled.

"Okay then," Miori said, sitting a bit closer.

Mei nodded, leaning towards him.

"I don't bite... Usually," Miori said, sitting actually next to her.

Mei nodded, her head on his shoulder lightly.

Miori didn't move when she put his forehead on his arm, but instead made a low purring noise as if he liked it.

Mei giggled a bit, feeling her scars burn a bit.

"Alright then, no need to giggle at everything I do," Miori said, awaiting a reply.

Mei flushed, nodding slightly, her hand finding the scar on her collarbone.

"Not very talkative today, I see," Miori muttered, not even noticing her touch her collarbone.

Mei nodded, her scar cooling down.

"Please talk to me," Miori said, kind of annoyed by her not talking.

Mei opened her mouth. "I might not be able to love right away. There are still scars that I need to forget."" She mumbled.

"What?" Miori asked, confused and scratching his head.

Mei shut her mouth, refusing to say more. Her scar was clearly visible now.

"Is that a scar?" Miori asked, with a worried look in his eyes. No wonder she always wears a sweater, he thought.

Mei flushed and quickly pulled at her shirt. "No." She lied, knowing there was more all over.

"You can lie to me. But, I won't lie," Miori said, still very worried about her.
