Other Can't PM?

Hey sooo, it says that my account needs to be at least 24 hours old and have 10+ posts to private message someone.

I've met that criteria however I still see the message, and no option to pm someone. There is someone I need to pm, but can't.

Appreciate any help.

The site sometimes takes some time to register that you have met the criteria, but never terribly long. Please be patient. ^^

Well, I made my account saturday and made the posts shortly after, and its now thursday morning. Is there any chance this process can be expedited?
