If the emptiness within Ash is satiated, she'd actually make a great leader. Her main problem is she's always trying to deal with that annoying pang in her chest and pretending she isn't bothered by not remembering her loved ones. That, and the fact that she is merciful. Lucrezia doesn't like fighting with Ash because Ash always goes easy on their opponents aka she stabby stabs to them death before Lucrezia can test things :')
