Backstory:
Growing up south side of Montgomery, Dwight knew what was up, down, left, and right. Victim to a family without a father and many gang related activities, Dwight and his four brothers protected their neighborhood up until Dwight graduating high school and enlisting in the U.S. Marines.

During boot camp, Dwight learned one thing: Their ain't white, black, brown, nor yellow. Only green and dark green, some times tan. Upon finishing boot camp and infantry school, Dwight served active duty being deployed multiple times to the middle east. Being the "black" of his platoon he was always the point man when leading the platoon on the streets and breaches. Making his way to Sergeant.

After finally serving eight years in the USMC, Dwight left and decided to continue his service to his neighborhood by serving the New Conway Police Department. His renown skills on the streets earned him somewhat of a reputation for being the "the guy" when breaching buildings. After a couple of years on the streets Dwight was looked upon by the Feds. His skills being picked up by the Feds, assigning him to the ICRU.

NCPD Service Record:
Dwight served four years with the New Conway Police Department within the Patrol Department on the streets. Earning himself the rank of Sergeant once again. Many shootings in which he responded and lead the way into many breach required tasks.

Backstory: Lynn was part of the Canadian Armed Forces special operations force. She joined the armed forces as soon as she graduated high school and after 3 years of active duty she was recommended by a superior to join the special operations force and soon after began training. She was placed in different areas around the world and was placed on reserve during a time of relative "peace"and settled in New Conway.

NCPD Service Record: Since being put on reserve a year ago, she has been very helpful in the NCPD thanks to the any skills she learned while serving in the Canadian armed forces.

Extra: She isn't very talkative, but she will participate in conversations when spoken to and she occasional will chime into conversations with a thought or two if she overhears something interesting.

*note: the Canadian armed forces that is mentioned is based off of the JTF2 force in Canada. It was something I ran across on the internet that seemed to fit my character. I am not Canadian, so if I am doing something wrong by mentioning it, please let me know. I only know about what is posted on its wikipedia. There is also no info made available at just how long the training is, so I just kind of guessed.

Backstory:
Monarch had been a soldier. A staff sergeant, in the U.S. Army and having served a four-year tour in the belly of Iraq. When American forces were withdrawn from the country a second time, Monarch returned to a nation that despised him and his fellow comrades. Murderers, they called him. They didn't know what had gone on in that God-forsaken country. When Monarch came home, he couldn't tell if he ever left Iraq at all. Different faces, and yet the same hate.

There was no chance of Monarch adjusting to civilian life. He was too far gone. Too far from being normal. Monarch figured he might as well continue to enforce the law, only without any of the military-grade equipment he was used to.
Being a cop wasn't the highlight of Monarch's life. But at least the random bursts of absolute terror taking him by surprise were gone. A fair trade, you might say.

It was about four years ago, when Monarch came to the attention of the Federal Office of National Investigation. It was during the English Street Bombings. His ability to co-ordinate people to safety under such overwhelming pressure made it clear he was destined to lead. Maybe that's why he was chosen to lead the ICRU team.

NCPD Service Record:
Monarch has been recorded to have served for five years during his time as a member of the New Conway Police Department, both during his time as a patrol officer and Strike Team Commander of the ICRU team. He is recognised as a key figure during the English Street Bombings, leading 23 civilians to safety and assisting in the removal of terrorist threats.

Former member of the 707th Special Mission Battalion, Jaw served in the Battalion for seven years. He left the Battalion after his cousin in the U.S. offered to do a business with him. The plan was however aborted as NCPD offered him a job as a 'police officer'.

Jaw worked as a police officer in the NCPD for three years until they decided that he was qualified for the ICRU team.

Backstory:
Hans Weber is a youngster from a small town of Edelweiss, in southern Germany. Originated as a farm boy, he showed aptitude for technologies when applying for the University of Humboldt - Berlin. Due to his financial status at the time, he dropped out after two semesters, and applied for the local law enforcement at the age of seventeen. Being one of the youngest individual in the task force, he was barely given a field assignment aside from parking tickets and minor coffee errands. After a hostage incident in one of the local district where he was stationed at, Weber assisted the special forces team by constructing an improvised drone from the scraps of his pursuit vehicle and used it to scout the interior of the hostage-held building. Soon after the incident, he was assigned to the Robotics Development team in Berlin. He would remain there, contributing much to the development of counter-terrorism measures and technologies. Rising through the ranks, he was given a transfer order to the NCPD's new ICRU unit after four years of service with the BND in Germany. His new role was originally an analyst for the NCPD's development of the team's gadgets and auxiliary needs. But all of that change when he was given his first field assignments.

Personality:
Weber, classified as a shut-in nerd by many of his colleagues and acquaintances, shows a sporadic range of behavior. This is common for those in his field of work, albeit his case is much more severe. He only interacts with his drones for most of the time, but will open up for communication if the situation demands it.
