Futuristic Brain Burger

Tessa grinned at Nathan and waved back, giving him a small wink. Pouring herself some coffee, she moved over to him and smiled softly. "And how are you feeling this morning Mr Nathan?" she asked with a kind smile. "You look a lot better than the last time I saw you." (@Stew)
 
'' I'm good Tessa..... Still Hurts a bit but with the antibiotics it helps..'' Skylar said smiling kindly not wanting to sound alarmed. Honestly, she still couldn't lift anything with that arm. Noah figured that they had dislocated her shoulder but he managed to plug it back a bit randomly but it felt ok so she supposes it was ok how he did it. '' Oh, Thanks.'' she added nodding at Nathan. She walked towards the soup and poured her some shaking a bit. She held her bowl with her left arm even if she was a righty. She sat on the spare chair near Tessa and started sipping on her soup quietly.

Norman sighs as he wanders out of the room and goes downstairs after Elizabeth, standing outside the Women's Bathroom door and waiting for her to emerge; he wore a shattered look on his face - he looked depressed but equally angry; he leaned against the wall outside the bathroom until Elizabeth came back out. Stewart thinks for a second,


"Well, we can shoot at some zombies, there should be a couple of shamblers out in the street." He thinks to himself,


"I think we have cards, we could play some Go Fish." He smiles at her,


"We could go on a date." Stewart realizes what he said,


"Uh, I didn't say that." He says quickly with a look of regret in his eyes.

Noah walked down the stairs to the kitchen where he heard all of the chatting. He saw all the kids and his friends plus his sister. So he was happy and it showed in his face. '' Hi you guys! Got anything for me?'' He said smiling as he tucked his hands in his army pants still bare chest.
 
Clary blushed. "It'll have to wait though," she said looking at her shoes. "The weather isn't really great for a date," she said shyly, inwardly cursing herself as she acted like one of the girls from school that she'd hated. She'd watched them get all giggly and flirty when a guy showed interest, and she'd hated how they instantly dropped anything for the guy. She knew Stewart wasn't like those guys but she was still wary. (@Stew)

"That's great," Tessa said smiling as she looked between him and Skylar. She turned as Noah entered and blushed bright red. Looking down, she let her hair fall around her face and placed her hands on her arms, moving them slowly up and down to keep warm. (@32sillylight32 @DrTrollinski)
 
Brianna smiles a bit and sips her tea. "Your welcome. I heard you guys earlier this morning and knew you wouldn't eat something unless someone else did." She said in amusement.

'' Thanks Squirt!'' Noah said ruffling the kids hair before pouring himself a cup of black coffee. He wasn't one that ate that much in the morning. Occasionally he would if it was light. '' So, What's the plan today?'' he asked to everyone leaning on the counter since there wasn't any seats left.

Skylar noticed Tessa and nudge her elbow while her brother was giving them his back, '' What's that blush for?'' she whispered with a sly smile.
 
Stewart nods,


"Yeah, the weather isn't really that great." He had the most embarrassed look on his face,


"I guess I'll talk to you later, I'm sorry for being so awkward." He rubs the back of his neck in humiliation.

Norman forces a broken smile at her and whispers something, his voice showing that he was under some form of devastation or sadness. He grasped her hand for a moment and looked into her eyes. ".. You okay...?" He asked her. (@Soul OMU)

Nathan finishes off the bowl of soup and his coffee; he stands up and places both items down in the sink before returning to his seat and looking at Brianna, smiling at her. "Thanks for sharing..." He said shyly to her; he looked up at Noah and grinned as he ruffled his hair; he looked to him again when he asked the question and he shrugged his shoulders.


"Norman said we were supposed to be goin' out to get more clothes for the winter. But... I don't think that's gonna' be happenin' until the snow stops." He stated. (@32sillylight32, @Soul OMU)
 
Tessa swore under her breath before glancing at Skylar. "Nothing," she said innocently, raising her eyebrow at Skylar. "I don't know what you're talking about."

Clary smiled at him softly. "I didn't mind," she said with a shrug. "Come find me when it's not a blizzard outside if you still want that date," she said softly as she walked off down the hall.
 
Elizabeth nods slightly, holding his hand. "I'm fine babe... Just morning sickness... What about you...? Something happened didn't it?" She asked softly while looking at him.

Brianna looks at him before looking at the others. "I think we should still go. Besides... I think the cold keeps the Zeds away... Cuz I haven't seen any since... Besides there could be survivors out there that might need our help." She said while being her helpful and kind self. (@DrTrollinski, @32sillylight32, @Vaila)
 
Stewart nods with a smile and walks to the kitchen. He strolls in with the biggest smile on his face as he gets some coffee and sits, he takes a long sip.
 
Skylar rolled her eyes and continued eating her soup clumsily with her left arm. Noah nodded, '' It's not that cold? Why are you guys like dressed so warmly?'' he asked looking at Skylar who obviously looked in his stuff and Tessa, which he gave a small smile with his cheeks a bit pink, and then the little ones.
 
".. Yeah, somethin' happened... But it doesn't matter. It's fine." He said, he looked a little childish while he said it as he lightly crossed his arms and looked down at the ground for a moment, but he soon cracked a smile and looked up at her. ".. Mornin' sickness, eh? I'll give you a hug but you ain't gettin' a kiss outta' me." He said jokingly while he leaned forward and pulled her into a hug, placing his head on her shoulder - his eyes just gave it away. They showed how broken and depressed he was.

"Maybe..." Nathan replied, he blushed slightly as he looked up at Brianna once again. ".. We could go take a look at the snow now - I mean, if you want to, of course..." He offered, looking away in shyness. (@Soul OMU)
 
"Warmly?" Tessa asked raising an eyebrow at him. "I'm wearing a tanktop and jeans and I'm freezing. Bellamy was shivering in his sleep so I gave him my hoodie," she said looking him up and down. "How are you not cold?" she asked. "Do you burn at one thousand degrees or something?" she asked moving towards him and pressing her hand against his forehead. She blinked in surprise. "You're like a human radiator. I am going to be hanging on to you all day," she joked, wrapping her arms around his waist and hugging him to get warm.
 
Noah blinked seeing her get so close to him and laughed at her comments as he simply placed a hand on her waist unconsciously pulling her closer. Skylar made a bored expression shaking her head side to side ready to face palm herself. She looked at the kid and punctuated each words with a jerk of the spoon. '' This sounds like a romance comedy scene. Do you agree with me?'' she said with a soft voice not too loud for the two idiots on the counter to hear.

Norman remained silent for a moment and began running his fingers through her hair, taking a shaky deep breath. ".. People are just gettin' rid of what they don't need. That's all." He blurts in a whisper, holding her close.

Nathan was surprised that Brianna accepted his invitation; he quickly stood up and also went up to the room to slip on his coat, a hat, and some gloves before they went out; he also put on some boots that they'd picked up on a clothes run before; these were more suitable for the snow. (@Soul OMU)
 
Elizabeth looking at him. "Norman. Listen to me. Whatever happened, don't let it get to you... I need you more then ever... Brianna could use someone like you." She said softly while holding his hand.

Brianna follows him and pulls on a jacket and scarf along with some boots and gloves before heading to the door with him, carrying her pistols still. (@DrTrollinski)
 
Elizabeth holds him as she rubs his back. "Because your strong, loyal, and you care about everyone. Yeah she had a father but she's still growing and needs someone to look up too..." She said while looking at him.

Brianna nods as she puts her hands in her pockets. "I've always loved winter... It's so quiet and peaceful.. Hey... There are some walkers heading over to the rumble... I think we should check it out." She said while heading that way quickly and quietly. (@DrTrollinski)
