Futuristic Brain Burger

Stewart gets up and walks down form the roof, he walks into the kitchen and refills his cup of coffee.

Elizabeth laughed softly as she looks at him. "I don't think it matters much who asks who to marry them. As long as I know that our child's parents will be together through the thick and thin... In sickness and in health." She said with a small smile.

"Hey, Stew... How you doin'?" Norman asks him. "ANOTHER cup of coffee, eh?" He chuckled. (@Stew)
"Yeah... too right about that. But I'm a man of tradition. I'll make it special, I promise." He whispers before leaning over and pecking her lips. (@Soul OMU)

Elizabeth smiles a bit and pecks his cheek before getting up from his lap and pouring herself some more tea. "Your not the only one. This tea has been keeping me afloat through all this.." She said and sipped it slowly.

"Heh, how come? What's on your mind, buddy?" He squeezes Elizabeth's hand as he stands up and walks over to him, patting him on the shoulder followed by leaning onto the counter beside him. (@Stew, @Soul OMU)

Stewart shakes his head,

"Just thinking of my travels and everything I've been through. Do you still want to hear my story?" He looks at Norman.

(@DrTrollinski)

He pours himself a cup of coffee and holds it up for a moment before sipping it; he smiles at him for a moment and shrugs while raising an eyebrow.

"I got time. Let's hear it." He says simply. (@Stew)

Stewart smiles and sits at the table,

"I'd suggest you get comfortable before I start telling it." He takes another sip from his coffee.

Apparently some of the people had gone out on a run. In the meantime, Belinda had returned to her room and slept for a while. This was the most she'd slept in days. It felt strange and she kept waking up at odd hours, ready to kill zombies, only to realize there weren't any around. It had been a few days since the incident with "Pedo" and by the time she woke up again, while she still felt a little woozy from the mild concussion the man had given her, drinking a lot of water had helped her regain much of her strength. She no longer wobbled while she walked and was pretty sure she could handle a zed or two if it came down to that. Still, she didn't want to leave until she was back to full strength. Making her way to the kitchen, she saw two men and a woman gathered there. She recognized the woman as "Elizabeth," Brie's sister, and one of the men as the "Overprotective Father" from the church. The last man was..... "Soup Bowl" or something weird like that. He had helped her when she'd first woken up. Trying not to attract too much attention, she poured herself a cup of water and sat down at the far end of the table.

He'd nod at him followed by walking to the table and sitting down, taking a deep breath as he pushed a chair out for Stewart; he quickly shot a glance off towards Belinda and raised an eyebrow with a half-smile. "Hey, Belinda... Nice to see you're still kickin'. How you holdin' up?" He asked her, he then turned to Stew and motioned one hand off towards the chair, asking him to sit down. (@Stew, @firejay1)

Elizabeth flashed Norman a smile as she sipped her tea, wondering how Brianna and Nathan are doing.

Annie currently rummaging around in a town dump, gathering parts while Hunter keeps watch for Runners, Walkers and Bone-Runners since she hadn't heard about the nail one yet. She hummed softly to herself as she dug around picking up a part while looking at it, not at all aware of the danger she was in.

As she dug her hand into an old broke down car she winces slightly as she felt something latch onto her arm but didn't think anything of it since she figured it was probably just broke glass. As she pulled her arm back she cried out as she felt something slightly clamp down on her arm tighter and wretched her arm back to see her skin had been exposed and had a huge chunk out of her arm was missing, that's when she noticed these nasty small leech like creatures attached to the car. Annie quickly started running while holding her arm slightly, while shooting the leech things as they started leaping at her.(@Huntrey)

(@Stew My bad, continue onwards then.)

(@Soul OMU - Shit, these leeches are looking good so far. Scare factor = 13/10. A very interesting opponent indeed D:)

Belinda assumed "Soup" had told "Overprotective Father" her name, never dreaming someone else had. "Ah, a stab or two has never kept me down for longer than a few days. I'll be fine soon enough." She said with a shrug. "Didn't catch your name before. Y'know, when you were screaming "kill me instead" and all that."

He clears his throat. "Yeah. I'm Norman. It's a pleasure n'all - I gotta' admit. You're a damn strong person, pullin' through after that - after the help you gave us, though... Makin' sure we did what we could for ya' was the least we could do." He said to her with a nod. (@firejay1)

"Thanks, Uh... Norman. Don't sweat it with the gratitude too much, my own neck was on the line, too. How'd you know which knives were mine, by the way?" She asked - a question that had been weighing on her mind.

Stewarts sighs,

"This all started back when zombies were simply rumors, me and my family had a nice, simple life. I taught myself how to craft items which is indeed quite a plus. Eventually zombies were confirmed so I decided to set out for whatever reason, I found out later that my family had been killed not very long after that. I made my way through several states and eventually at some point I got a train ride from some nice folk."

Stewart stops for a moment,

"There was a black man, name was Lee, I believe he was the leader of the group. There was a little girl, her name was Clementine, she was as cute as a button. There was an old man, his name was Chuck, I think he might have been homeless. The guy driving the train, Kenny, he was pissed about something although I never bothered to ask him what about. Then there was some kid, his name was Ben, he seemed pretty on edge, but I never found out why." He sighs,

"They dropped me off somewhere near Savanna, Georgia. I wandered for a while and eventually wound up here. I had a bunch of adventures on my way here but it would take to long to tell them all." He takes another sip of coffee.

(@Soul OMU)

"Heh, they stood out a little." He said after brief hesitation. "Yours were far more fancy than the rusted crap that old coot had set out - they were easy to tell apart." He added with a curt nod. (@Stew)

Stewart shakes his head,

"I've had time to get over it. If we ever do get out of here, I would like to look for that group, if it's ok with you." He looks back at Norman.

(@DrTrollinski)

"So.. you hitchhiked with diversity until you reached Georgia. Fascinating." Belinda said, letting the sarcasm drip from her lips with abandon as she drank her water.

"Yeah... We need to at least stay here for Winter. That's not up for debate - it might be longer, but it depends on whether or not we can find a place to move to." He said to him with a nod, taking a deep breath. (@Stew)

Stewart takes another sip,

"We should try Savanna first, if they aren't there then we should search around." He looks at the table.

(@DrTrollinski)

"We will when we have the time and resources. We can't afford to risk the people and the supplies goin' across half the country lookin' for ONE group, I think even you can agree with me on that one, but--.. We have..." He'd look across to Elizabeth for a minute, sighing before looking back to Stew. "Other things to worry about." He said to him. (@Stew)

Hunter was waiting on the outskirts of the dump, watching for any signs of trouble. He had took out a AR-15 rifle from the back just in case anything did come, but this far from the survivors was unlikely. Hunter could see Ann from here, and by the looks of it she had her arm elbow deep in a car. This gave him a chuckle, for the shy small girl was rummaging through mechanical parts like it was her job, unfazed by anything in the world. Well of course, everything besides the leeches now trying to submerge her arm.

After turning back around and shooting a couple glances, Hunter was turned around by an unlikely sound. Ann was firing off the SPAS, which brought Hunter up to full alert. He raised his rifle and pointed in the direction of her barrel, but nothing was in view. Soon Ann was right on him and Hunter tried to grab her, but she rushed past. It was the that he saw the leeches leaping towards them. "What the hell!" He ran after Annie, heading for the truck. (@Soul OMU )
