Probably low, as her quirk wouldn't help with the mannequins so she'd just have to use her natural strength.

But that's the thing, I love the idea of this quirk (even if isn't original) and yeah I purposely made this more powerful because Daisuke was and probably will remain relatively weak compared to everyone else. I'm not very good at thinking of non-op powers, so I'll just back where I started. It's a dumb to worry about, but I don't wanna be stomped in every competetion we'll. Plus, as I said, I like this quirk a lot. If I do change it won't feel the same. So.....I don't know, it's disappointing but if can't think of anything better then oh well. I love Daisuke, so I guess I'll just run with him.

Yeah I get that. My original draft of a quirk I wanted was turned down, and alterations of it was immediately shut down ^-^;;; It was for good reason, but I really had my heart set on it. The change did overall take my character into a different direction though, and I did think of more than just mannerism stuff.

Well, then I guess there is a plan B you can take: Prove to me you can handle OP shit by proving that you can handle normal shit well. My principle is to assume my players, myself included, don't have great skills at writing or self-management. Hence the "it's not about what they will do but what they can do" rule. But as I've already stated there is a very real possibility lightly OP powers will be allowed in the second year, provided of course that we get there and that the player in question has shown that they have the skills and self-discipline to handle those things properly

Given points are assigned on concrete tasks like the number of mannequins you bring, their health and the "villains" you defeat, a person would have to be rather narcicistic to think they were assigned the wrong ranking

Well, it’s your character and the day could depend on the backstory, dislikes, the crowded halls or just some bad luck

Because he has a small jetpack on him (can't use it for long, and not really in a hover).
And because it is what I call him for now until I get a name

In all honesty, I don't think I can live up to standards. You're very strict, plus I've only Rped a fight maybe 2 times. Not to mention that the IC thread is slow, I doubt we'll the second year anytime soon. ALSO, I'll still have to make some tweaks...
.....I don't wanna cause you any headaches so I'll just suck it up. Perhaps; Daisuke will get stronger or not, I don't know, but the main point of the Rp, and in addition the show is character development and interactions. Who cares? It's not gonna change how I feel about this RP so oh well.
