Fandom Boku no Hero: Peace Sign Academia OOC

So to everyone, which two characters would you like to see fight in this rp? :3
Mines has already been discussed extensively as Riba vs Lian xD

I have thought of two quirks earlier today. Are either of these good? (I'm posting the gist of what they do.)

Speed-up:
Makes the user fast and more agile overall. They can enter a mode that causes them to go faster than time. In said mode, three normal seconds becomes one for them, or a bigger ratio if the user gets better. The downside to this is that they're still human, and going so fast is very damaging to their body. and although they can attack much faster, they're still attacking, i.e the pain from hitting metal with three punches will bunch together and they'll feel it all at once.

Dinomorph:
Allows the user to somewhat mutate into a dinosaur, gaining the features of said creature that they focus the most on. The upsides and downsides vary from dinosaur to dinosaur, and from what parts they mutated.

I know these might sound stupid, but it's all I could come up with without the quirk being a knock-off of something else.

Hm, this would be interesting....especially if they were like Fumikage or Habuko where they actually have heads of animals or in this persons case, a dinosaur xD We don't really have any of those.

Faster then time sounds very overpowered and very easy to abuse. Even with the human weakness and feeling every punch thing, it's still easy to abuse on players. Along with that, it's easier for you to dodge other peoples attacks as they're faster and agile even without the mode.

I was thinking along the lines of Slow Motion instead of "Faster Than Time," but I couldn't think of the correct wording. Think of the abilities in GTA5 story mode, because that's what the quirk is loosely based on.

It can be abused even if it's just for a few seconds.

Okay guys, like I mentioned before; I'm leaving on a trip right now, but It'll be more dire than I thought, as my internet connection will probably suck.
That being said, I'll probably read everything, but posting will be pretty much impossible. I'll be back in like 5 days.

National National Space_Kaiser Space_Kaiser
I'll have the post ready in about 5 minutes, but after that: 5 days of nothing. Hope you can wait, or find somebody else to interact with. :D

Of the two, I'd vote for the Dino one every time. It's not the most original thing ever, but it definitely is more original than the other one, far more interesting , more fitting as a quirk and more distinct from other quirks in this RP.
I would recommend, however, having just ONE dinosaur and have it be a mutation type quirk, rather than be able to switch around between multiple.

Wait....There's someone with bubble powers? :|

Yeah boy, read the manga more why don't ya?

Ah okay, understandable man. Have a good trip!

Guardian, please take care to ask people if they read the manga BEFORE stating any details about it. Even if they seem minor. And put them in spoiler tabs , while clearly stating that you're about to say something from the manga. Some people haven't even gotten to season 2 of the anime yet in this RP.

The Dino thing is really cool! :coolshades:<3

Now I gotta think of the most versatile dinosaur. I was gonna go with Therizinosaurus, but I might as well make a character Wolverine.

Say one thing about Theri besides the gigantic claws. The quirk was that he would only mutate part of his body. Like he'd mutate his legs and arms into Pliosaurus fins and swim after a villain, but he wouldn't be able to follow the villain if they exited the water for about 5 minutes.
