Is there any canon jail sentence for villains? Would they just get a sentence for what they did with whatever using a quirk illegally would get you?
Oh, sorry, you said cannon. Did not see that. As a rule of thumb though, think of them as life sentences. We've heard of a few in the series and not once was there a mention of a released villain.

Actually, I'm definitely going to have to reconsider joining unless I could pull off a miracle. I mean, look at what I have so far.

Backstory: Victory was born to a toy maker and his wife. Her parents were shocked when they learned she was blind. She was a usually quiet girl and kept to herself. For her fourth birthday, her newly retired grandparents bought an adult sized stuffed bear for her. Her quirk emerged that day when she began playing with the bear. For the first time in her life, she could see, but through the bear's eyes. She was so happy that she tried dancing with the bear, but the bear took the lead. She loves playing with stuffed animals and always carries the first with her. Well, to be exact, the first always carries her with it. After that, she has become outgoing and is never shy around other people, despite being blind without a toy or the use of her quirk.
Relationships:
Quirk: Toy Master
This quirk allows its user to bring toys to life. The downsides is it requires concentration to control the toys' movement, and it's only alive for a little while if it's not under control. Prolonged use of the quirk may cause headaches and migraines. Use of quirk beyond said point will result in nausea, vomiting, fainting, and at worse, permanent brain damage.
It takes only a bit of concentration to control something small, such as a toy plane, toy car, or a wind-up soldier, so a large amount of them can be used at once, or a gigantic amount can be used at once if they're not controlled, but they'll likely fight each other. They return to normal in 10 minutes, if not controlled.
Medium sized toys, like some of the larger stuffed animals, or toy weapons, require more concentration, so only a squad of them can be controlled at the same time. Like the small toys, a large amount can be used at the same time if not controlled, but for a shorter time than the small toys, such as 5-6 minutes.
Large toys, like beanbag sized stuffed animals, battery powered cars, or human sized mannequins, require a greater amount of concentration than the medium sized toys. They can also be uncontrolled, but for 2 minutes.
Extra large toys, such as blanket sized stuffed animals, require a gigantic amount of concentration. So much so that walking and talking at the same time is the most the user can do. They can also be uncontrolled, but for 30 seconds.
Any larger, such as a giant room-sized blowup doll, would require the user to concentrate completely on it, so much so that standing up would be like trying to play dark souls with a broken arm. They can be left uncontrolled for 10 seconds.
People who train with this quirk can control any toy they come across that is even bigger, as long as they are in the same room as it when they bring it to life.
This quirk is best for rescues or invasions, but does not help the user at all physically. The farther the toy is away from the user, the more they need to concentrate.
Special Moves: Blowout Tackle
While using a blown up toy, she can push the air out to tackle an opponent.
Items:
Her giant bear stuffed animal and a normal sized rabbit stuffed animal.
Skills:
She is somewhat good at board games. She's pretty crafty and can think of decent strategies on the fly while using a toy that is human sized or below.
Theme:
Sweet Victory (Spongebob)
Favorites:
Her favorite stuffed animal is her first one, a giant bear she named pistachio.
Other: She's blind.

That is what three days of work looks like from me. The quirk took an extra day. As I said, unless I can pull off a miracle, I'm not going to be able to join.
Well, we've had members who have gone something like a month without finishing their characters. My patience is running a bit low with those, (*cough* St. Elsewhere St. Elsewhere *cough* ) but I think it goes to show what kind of time you could have if you want to.

Though, regarding your quirk, I might as well warn you now that I don't see how you can specify "toys" in a quirk. Quirks are not magic, they are physical abilities. They cannot specify atributes that are purely formed out of classification without specific atributes.

I didn't specify how many there were. Don't expect your character to be having 20 mannequins or anything like that by the end though. Like, the top students will be at like 11-12 mannequins.
Oh.. How long does the mission last then.?
