Riba is a girl who Kuma meet in middle-school as a result it lead to them having a relationship similar to "brother and sister." The reason behind it is that they have had plenty of interactions which lead to positive and nice moments. He also is rather protective of her and provides a older brotherly presence despite the fact he is younger than her.
Decided to read over it and I do have to say that a relationship with Riba wouldn't be very positive. She has respect for Kuma for his upbringing being similar to her, leading to her not snapping at him very easily but she still will snap. She doesn't outright avoid him but isn't one to make small talk either or give a positive attitude for him.

Great....Kuma has two bad sisters....Perfect however he'll deal with it.

Bakugou - Lian yuckeroni - She's definetly our bakugou
Deku - Kuma - A quirk that enhances the entire body and someone who looks up to all might
Shouto - Riba - She has the seriousness but is also hot-headed....this is me stretching for similarities xD

It's kinda funny how Kuma is the giant guy with the strength quirk and yet, Riba and Lian are the ones who will tear each other limb from limb xD

Together, they could be a powerhouse of a team but that would mean somehow getting Riba and Lian together without them trying to kill each other. You'd need to tie them up....to steel chairs....with eraserhead supervising xD
