Quirk (Your decision and I'll edit if I need too, please be specific and scientific.): He has the power to phase through solid objects and even people, however he can't breath when doing so, so it gets exhausting if he has to do it repeatedly or for long periods of time. When he is phased he can't damage anything and objects act as thought they were liquid, meaning he can swim through them. He can also phase inanimate things in direct contact with him.


Pros: A perfect defense, even if he can't keep it up for 50 seconds at most.


Cons: Can't attack when phased, can't breath when phased.


Personality: Probably cheerful, but I don't really know what sort of personality until I get into character.


Bio: His father was a hero named Quantum Man, who had the same quirk as him, married his mother for her quirk to control terrain. They had two kids, Jack and his older brother. His older brother obtained a powerful fusion quirk, but despite which failed to pass hero school and vanished. Jack swore to succeed where his brother failed and show that quirks weren't everything.

Pro: He can calculate things in his mind easily.

Cons: The more intelligent and or willful the person is the more resilient they are towards his quirk.

Personality: He has a tremendous amount of potential. Capable, logical, reasonable, and effective individual with a deeply driven desire, he has what it takes to be highly effective at achieving his chosen goals whatever they may be. And is a quiet and reserved individual he has a strongly-felt internal sense of duty, which lends him a serious air and the motivation to follow through on tasks. Organized and methodical in their approach, he can generally succeed at any task which he undertake. Very loyal, faithful, and dependable. He place great importance on honesty and integrity. While he generally take things very seriously, he also usually has an offbeat sense of humor and can be a lot of fun. Under stress of failure, He will berate for himself for things which that he should have done differently, or duties which he failed to perform. He will lose his ability to see things calmly and reasonably.

Bio:

Kota was born to a family with a older brother and sister and only one of his parents had a Quirk or maybe both, well for sure his mother had a quirk but she never really showed it off to him and even more so she was always gone off on trips with Kota's step father. His father as well never showed off his quirk, he was responsible for being in the vicinity of Kota and his brother just encase any emergency came up but nothing ever happened and once his brother could get a job he was off and away just as his mother. This lead Kota to be very independent and as such growing up was rather lonely but it helped progress his quirk which made school easy using math to study he cruised through school. The only changing factor in his life came from his sister who used her quirk and became a hero.

Cons:Time limit of 5 seconds at a time(Exceeding limit burns her body parts; can be infinite transformation if only used on hands); Feet can not transform;


Personality: Cheerful; Loves sarcasm. Craziness is an important aspect.


Bio:Her father was a no-name hero with the power of shooting out electricity, saving the day only once or twice. He later came to love a woman with a wind transformation quirk. Later, the two got married and had 3 children, one with the ability to shoot wind out of their body, one with the power to shoot electricity, and one with the unusual combination. The combination happened to be a electric transformation quirk. By seeing all might on a short news report, she was convinced to be a hero like her father, but better.


Costume Design? (If you do get accepted in Yuuei, what would you wear as a Hero?): A helmet like the one shown in the picture of char, a purple body suit with white lines forming a crescent on the chest. (Sorry i'd rather do this than draw a crap)

Telekinesis- Aiya can move objects and people with her mind. A purple glow appears around the object or person when she uses her powers.

Pros:

She can fly using this ability and help make others float also.

Can protect herself from any physical attack.

Cons:

She can't move anything above 150kg at the moment, but will eventually be able to lift around 3000. The heavier the object, the more strained she is.

If she isn't concentrating, her power is weakened greatly, meaning if she loses focus for one second, everything could just stop.

Personality:

Aiya loves to lead people on, meaning she is rather, or tries to be, flirtatious. However, she has never actually dated anyone, meaning if anyone actually tries to do anything with her, she'll get extremely flustered and begin to stutter and say stuff she doesn't mean. Aiya is also kind of dirty minded and a pervert, though she doesn't show it to anyone.

Aiya had a rather boring life. Her mother was a doctor and her father a police officer, so she rarely got to see them. One day, she watched a bunch of kids being bullied by older people. Feeling it was unfair, she got involved. Aiya stopped them and got thanked from the little kids. Enjoying the attention finally, she decided she would do it more, and thus said she would become a hero.

Make her quirk last up to only about 5 seconds. If she gets in after the exams, it can increase. Imo 15 seconds is just too op for a 15 year old.

Sunjae is able to turn certain parts of his body into sand. He can use it to non-lethally suffocate his opponents. He can also create a shield of sand which has an increased density, as strong as a boulder.

Quirk's Cons:

After 30 minutes, he has to take back the sand that was ejected from his body. He cannot change the density of his sand, except when he makes a shield. He cannot use sand that isn't from his body, so environmental attacks aren't possible. His creations only last 5 minutes if attacked with strong force.

Personality:

As a person on his own, he's a pretty nice guy. He is extroverted and tries to be friends with everyone. If he's in a fight though.. He's a heartless savior on a bloodlust. Whenever he enters combat, he will be completely selfish. He will only do what he thinks is right. Which is to beat the crap out of his opponent.
