Eh, in this universe I wouldn't even call it OP. Maybe just a bit overtuned for a freshman, but that's it. When it comes to BNHA RPs it's not the ability that makes someone OP, it's how you portray it. If your character never gets hit, never loses, etc, then... well, yeah, then you've reached a point of being OP, but you've also reached a point where the fun gets drained from things.

What makes shonen so exciting as a genre is that moment where the hero looks like he's about to lose, the theme song plays, and he manages to fight through his injuries for the sake of his friends! If a character never loses, suffers, gets knocked down... Well you lose a lot of that charm (well, unless you're a satirical character like Saitama). What makes Shonen great is that sense of overcoming obstacles and growing both as an individual and in strength. A lot of the appeal of the most popular shonen out there is this kid who has nothing working his fucking ass off to make something of himself. Or that kid who seemingly stands at the top of the world getting knocked to rock bottom and climbing back up again. The whole appeal of Shonen isn't the destination, it's the journey to reach it.
 
I'm gonna have to drop out of this RP. I have not had anywhere near as much free time as I'd hoped.
 
so is Lexi subject to the practical exam? or just watching her future classmates? since she is guaranteed a place in the school anyway? just want to know before I make my post

I'm actually waiting on this too before posting for Dante. I was thinking recommendations isn't a 100% guarantee. You still have to survive the practical without dropping to 0 on any categories. You just don't have to worry about getting cut if you make it through without failing outright
 
well in BNHA Todoroki and other recommendation students took the recommendation entrance exam to determine their class placement but where guaranteed entrance.
