"So noisy..."

Chimei sighed resting her arms on her desk as she reached up to rub her temples. If this is what the rest of her year was going to be like she might have to take a serious look at getting her class changed. She really hated noise, it gave her migraines and it seemed like this time would be no exception. She cast her glance at the girl who had practically tumbled into the room, struggling with what appeared to be a wolf familiar. She highly doubted that it was the creatures real form though. Still she supposed it didn't matter, it wasn't her familiar after all, other people could do what they may. She moved her hand to her leg, tracing her finger over the smooth shape of the feather pendant. Turning her gaze out the window she frowned.

My head is killing me now... Great...

The ginger-headed girl moved her hands to her bangs, the sweat transferring to her palms before it was wiped away on her black jeans. She sighed softly, the other girl who trampled in behind her was a bit clumsy and frankly noisy at that; Hmm... Tug-of-War with an invisible being.. wait, Tamer? Must be, Oli mentally spoke to herself, although her familiar human-demon heard her and snickered, Olly, when can I be summoned again? Valash 'spoke' to her in a childish voice, mentally giving her puppy-dog-eyes. She groaned, this was going to be a long day.

She sighed as she slipped on her shoe, standing and stretching. "Sorry for the ruckus, this lil' pup's hard to take care of."

'A PUP?! WHO ARE YOU CALLING A PUP! I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW THAT I AM PLENTY ADULT!'

' "Plenty Adult?" Really?' She shot him a patronizing look, rolling her eyes. 'Please just behave yourself. You are part of the reason I had to change classes.'

Kohaku growled noisely before huffing and walking to where he deemed her seat would be. Back of the class, next to the window. He jumped into the empty chair closest to the window, before shooting her a look.

'Get your ass in the chair, Kimiko.'

"Mangy mutt..." She muttered, sitting down grumpily next to her familiar.

Oliver wiped her face again, riding it of any left over sweat drops from her pointless running. Honestly Olly, quit running or you're going to end up passing out someday! Look at you, you ran down the halls and were literally dripping in sweat, Valash continued; Oliver only sighed again, You certainly hadn't told me to slow down, mister protective, she joked back. She leaned her chin on her hands while her elbows stuck on the desk. Oli's comment had apparently shut Valash up for the time being, this made her relax a little while Yuki, her young doe familiar, was attempting to calm the 'fakingly-hurt' male.

A small, silvery haired girl wanders into the room with a large blade strapped onto her back. Her face flushed red as the bell on her neck chimes on entry. She brushes off her dress and bows to the crowd of students with a twitch of an ear. "H-Hello everyone...." she greeted with a nervous, smile, her large fox tail swaying behind her "...My... name is... K-Kira Kemono...nice to meet you all..." Kira introduced shakily, scenting a canine in the room.

Kimiko heard Kohaku start laughing beside her.

'What's so funny?'

'That girl... And a few others... They smell similar to you. Like demons.'

'That's interesting... Will you keep an eye on them?'

'Yes. I think your new class will be much more interesting...'

Kira sat across the room, far from the girl with wolf familiars, occasionally glancing back nervously at them. "Dogs..." she muttered with a dissatisfied snort, flattening her fox ears irritably, shifting in her seat as if it were filled with tacks. Kira sniffed the air curiously, twitching her nose "Rancid scent....many demons..... I'm kind of surprised...." she smirked in interest, enjoying the sweet scent of humans in the mix.

The girl moved in her seat, her left leg was crossed over her right while she listened closely for when class was to start. Olly! Help! Gah... Y-Yuki, no, do-don't do that! Valash was getting trampled by Yuki, which the small doe took as a game. Yuki only mentally giggled, which couldn't be heard because she was a deer, but she could speak... not verbally. Valash? Everything alright? Oliver 'spoke' to her demon familiar, Yuki only covered his mouth so a muffled 'Help' came out.

The fox demon glanced around the room curiously with bright red eyes, looking at all the students. "I have come to the conclusion that our teacher is dead. " Kira stated blatantly, soon playing with the tip of her own tail, the bell chiming on her neck as she moved. The girl glanced over at her neighbor, the one shifting in her seat. "You...smell very strange..." she commented, leaning over and wrinkling her nose, with a mischievous grin playing on her lips.

Oliver tensed at the words and the grin on the Fox-Demon's face; she looked at her nervously with a weak smile, "I beg your pardon?" Her voice came out slightly higher pitched than she would've liked, she wasn't used to being spoken to, it'd been quite a bit since she's had real conversations. Her familiars were only rough housing, so she basically clicked them out of her mind.

The former Inari kitsune was enthralled by the student's reaction, her sharp canine glinting in her entertained smile. "You sound scared, friend" she smirked playfully, trying to resist her mischievous urges, wiping the scent from her memory "Um...oh!.... I forgot to introduce myself...S-Sorry, my name is Kira. And yours?" Kira greeted cheerfully.

"Oliver," she stated blandly. "I guess I'm still not used to being spoken to," Olly ended with a giggle and a stronger smile, to reassure the girl she was fine. Of course, Oliver knew this 'teen' was a Fox-Demon and could definitely tell she was a demon as well. Uh-Oh! Olly got found out~ Valash sung in her mind, Shut your mouth you- he interrupted her, No no! No bad words, Olly! Oliver groaned a little, which was slightly audible and could probably be heard by the demon next to her.

The Fox-Demon snickered a little upon hearing your mildly annoyed groan "Are you alright, friend? Something is troubling you, no?" she asked quizzically, observing the young demon with her sharp, slitted eyes, blinking carefully. "You are very entertaining Oliver, for a demon you act, and smell quite human" Kira complimented with a cheerful swish of her tail.

"My most annoying familiar is just getting on my nerves," with that said, Oliver moved a hand and rubbed her forehead. "Entertaining you say... I try to act more human than anything, it's a habit of mine... friend." Friend... I don't think I've ever really had a friend, she thought with a smile. It indeed was going to be an interesting day.

She nuzzled her face in her hands in the thought "Kyan! Humans are so amazing and frail...they're so...adorable! " Kira blushed in the memory of being a familiar to several humans, enjoying the reminiscence "Hehe...that must mean your familiar must be very comfortable around you...I can't think of any other reason why he could annoy you so." The fox winked.

The girl giggled then laughed a little bit more, "He's a big flirt.. but i guess he is pretty comfortable around me." Oliver smiled genuinely to the Fox-Demon, This could possibly be my first friend after Father Norio! She was rather more perky than usual now, happy to have someone who is like her and also a friend; although, she didn't fully trust this Demon yet. I mean, come on, she hardly knew the girl!

The fox suddenly got up and spun around for a minute trying to reach for a satchel on her back next to her sheath. "I-I have some food..let me share some with you..." Kira pulled out some fresh beef Siao Pao from her bag wrapped in rice paper, "They use to offer this type of food at my shrine a long time ago...I-I would be honoured if you would have some with me..." the shy demon offered.

Kohaku, bored with the classroom conversation and staring at birds out the window, laid his head in Kimiko's lap. Kimiko gently pet his head and looked around for the teacher.

((Does anyone know who IS the teacher??))

Kira shifted uncomfortably at the sight of the black wolf, baring her teeth defensively while gripping the meat bun fimly. "...Um....Uh..." she muttered staring fervently back and forth at the girl and her familiar. ".....Oi....H-Hello......" The Fox-Demon called out quietly to the other student shyly, but determined.

Kimiko hummed and looked over at the other white-haired student. "Oh, hey." Kohaku perked his head up, sniffing the air.

'Is that meat?'

'Kohaku no. Kohaku stay.'

((I have no idea about a teacher...))

((Cries indefinitely))

Kira bit into the white bun in a nervous and serious manner, flattening her ears as the familiar rose it's head. The room was soon filled with the scent of beef and egg. "Wahts your nahme???" she asks the girl as she stuffs her cheeks full of food.

Kohaku sat back up, staring intently at Kira. Kimiko rolled her eyes at him, keeping a hand placed at the scruff of his neck. "I'm Kimiko, Kimiko Honoka. What's your name?"

She nodded with a gulp, her tail bristling while scarfing down the rest of the Siao Pao "*gulp*...M-My name is Kira, nice to meet you Kimiko..." Kira greeted, wiping crumbs off her lips with her hand "...So...um...I-I noticed your dog familiar..." The girl pulled out a pork bun wrapped in rice paper from her satchel "I don't w-want him to eat me...so please feed him this...." Kira offered, tossing the Siao Pao to Kimiko hastily. "You know...before he...eats...me..." she pronunciated shakily as their stare off continued.

She laughed as Kohaku jumped over Kimiko to grab the Siao Pao, before hastily running under Kimiko's desk to eat the food. "He wouldn't eat you, he just wanted the food. He's actually a Byakko possessing a wolf. His name is Kohaku." She giggled again, gently nudging the wolf-ish spirit. "You owe an apology to someone for scaring them."

Kohaku merely growled with a telepathic, grumpy response of, 'I dun wanna.'

The nervous girl relaxed a bit, patting down her bristled tail with her palms "O-Oh...No worries!! I promise it's my fault!! I'm very dense when it comes to sensing demons, especially when they possess beings..." Kira muttered solemnly her face pink from embarrassment "It's actually quite soothing now that I know that there's a fox spirit here. Nice to meet you Kohaku!" she made an awkward, fanged smile as she tossed Kimiki sweet dango on a stick "If you ever need food...I always have some in my satchel for others to eat."
