Oscar laughed as he held open the door and walked in after Val. The bar was as rowdy as usual.


"Hello!" The hostess said, dressed like a waitress fired from Hooters for showing too much skin. "Would you like a private room for karaoke or a public one?"

Ki lead the guy she fed from to a couch and sat him down, he seemed so strong. He was still smiling which makes her think that he is so drunk off his ass that he won't remember what happened here at the club and her face. She got him to focus long enough to have him tell her what his address was so she could call a cab for him. Ki made sure he got into the cab safely told the cab driver the address, gave the appropriate amount of cash to get the poor guy home and then made her way back into the club. She felt better but she was a bit woozy herself from the drunk guy's life source. She bumped into a werewolf guy and he spun around and caught her in his arms. "Hey there lil one, careful." His southern accent was evident and she smiled in spite of herself. "I'm not little Sir. " He chuckled before setting her down on a couch near one of the back corners. They sat there talking about odds and ends, how they happened to end up in this little town, Ki was careful not to share her dark past and he held out his wrist to her. "Take what I freely offer Ki." He smiled gently at her and she nodded. Taking his wrist was a bit of a hassle because she was drunk so he scooted over and held his wrist up to her lips. She sighed grateful for the assistance and placed her lips against his soft flesh. Taking life energy was easy he offered and she gladly took. Pulling and tugging at his life source till the energy poured through his veins in a soft emerald green straight into her mouth. The energy slid down the inside of her throat and coated her in warmth, he was strong and his life energy was stronger Ki could feel it energize her in a way the human male's made her drunk. His tasted of the earth itself and raw instinctual power. Ki looked up at the werewolf, Scott, her dark brown eyes flashing to the emerald color of life and rejuvenation. Scott nodded and she pulled away feeling more than sated, she felt alive. "Thank you." She whispered before he shrugged and brushed her messy, short blonde hair out of her eyes. "My pleasure darlin. Take care and try to feed more often." He stood up and left the club then leaving Ki to sit there and ponder how he had that much life energy and just how powerful he was. Ki gathered her composure and left the club as well heading back to her apartment just north of downtown and in a nice little street.

"Christopher," she addressed him, "Show these two to a room, dear." She paused, "and by the way, my name is Evangeline Knight. And you two are...?"

"I don't fucking care, it depends on what Ozzy wants," Val said with a shrug. She smiled and waved at a tall, skinny guy leaning again the wall at the back of the bar with a lit cigarette. "That's Nick, he's the guy who runs the place."

"Private it is." Ozzy said, looking in his wallet and pulling out a $100 bill and handing it to the hostess. Sometimes, having a millionaire as a dad pays off, even if you rarely see him.


The hostess took the money and pointed to a room in the far back. "Drinks will be there soon! Have fun you two! Just try not to make a large mess." She winked at Oscar and motioned towards Val.


"Wha- no! No, I mean, we're not-"


"Next!"


Oscar sighed, as he led Val to the room in the back.

Liliane's eyes widened at the boy she called Christopher, jeeze this place gets stranger by the minute. Interesting. "Oh I'm sorry Eva, I'm Liliane but call me Lilly and this is my brother Nick," the girl turned as she watched the servant head up a pair of large stairs. "Thank you Evangeline," she smiled and begun to walk off.

Nick chuckled and with a small smirk was about to introduce himself before his sister cut in. Everytim, such a kill joy. He ran a hand through his hair instead and winked at the woman, intrigued by her eyes. "I'll see you around Eva," Nick turned to Christopher and chuckled. "Cheers," he said politely and followed his sister.


"This place, how strange do't you think, do you reckon it's all Eva's?" Nick whsipered to his sister as they walked up in a pair, the blonde man leading them throughout the well-designed mansion.


"I'm not too sure," Lilly said and furrowed her brows together in thought.
