She watched the other girl leave and stood to go after her. She caught up and wrapped her hand around her arm. "The alpha. He's going to talk to us. You're a lone wolf like myself. Stay." She says matter of factly with a hardened look. She lets go of her arm softly and backs away.

"And please.. be careful. I need to talk to you. Maybe you both know information on my family here." She says in her southern drawl, the sweet girl coming out for a split second before being replaced with the mask she keeps on. She stepped back towards the bar and takes her seat back, glancing back at the barista.

Kayla narrowed her eyes. "Alright. I'll stay. But I need another drink," she sighed, sitting down and ordered another Coke. Family? Alpha? Did she just change for a second? Gosh, this place is real interesting! she almost laughed out loud. So much for trouble. I'm pretty sure she just told me to stay out of trouble. "So what's this Alpha want with us? I mean, most Packs I've been by they don't pick up stragglers. They mostly keep with themselves. And I'm not becoming an Alpha plaything just so I can be 'accepted' or whatever." she growled, but made sure her voice wasn't heated enough to turn it on the girl.

She turned a sharp look at the girl. "I'm here to look for my family. I'm a purebred. If he knows information I'm getting it, and in no way, will I ever be a plaything." She almost growled scowling at the shot laid before her.

Remembering the question now she turned a frustrated eye towards her, "I have no idea what he wants with us either." She said turning her head towards the bar. I really hope he has information.. otherwise I'll have to relocate. Possibly go to Germany.. or France maybe.

"Geez, take my drink. I was only asking questions. So where is this Alpha? I haven't heard of any Pack around here, or I wouldn't have come," she slid her drink over to the girl, winking. "My name's Kayla. Kayla Pierce. You?" she turned toward her, holding her hand with a light smile. The poor thing seems a bit riled up. Did I say something? Damnit, Kay you gotta keep your mouth shut!

Quentin had gone to the back to check his emails, he had a few contacts on other sides of the world and he been looking to see if any got back to him. 4 out of 5 of them had nothing to to report no clues to further chase and nothing new to reveal, so he replied back to them that they could stop their searches. The fifth seemed promising. His source had been scouting America and had picked up a clue and had been following it for awhile, they said that the wolf in question had apparently left the country and could be anywhere but with some good digging was able to get a time stamp of the wolf's departure and therefore was able, illegally of course, to get into the security system of the airlines and had attached a photo of the wolf they had been tracking. His internet speed was extremely slow because he hadn't kept up with the current times in this room, so he was on dial up. He clicked the download button, and headed back out to get the two newcomers and bring them back to his office for a chat. I may have come 1 step closer to finding her, with this I'll at least know what she looks like. I'll at least have something to hold on to. As he appeared again from the backroom he went to the two girls at the bar. "Would you two mind accompanying me back to my office, we need to have a small chat? I promise, it's just a chat."

Sarah was vexed as to why every time she sauntered off to handle her duties she would turn around to find Quentin bothering the girl she was talking to, but unfortunately she was too busy readying orders, mixing drinks, and putting shots together to give him a piece of her mind. She got even hotter when she saw him ushering them toward the back room that even she had only seen once, and that was only because she had followed him back there one day while he was on the phone discussing something he lost with someone else and he didn't notice her until he had finally turned around. What the hell, Q?!? She may have not had the time at the moment to get the answers she wanted but she would as soon as she got a break from the bustle of the night crowd.

She sighed downing another shot. 'I really wish that it wasn't so hard to get drunk' looking at the girl, she held out her hand. "Lucia Blackwater, Lucy to my friends... if I had any.." She said in an undertone "that guy you just seen. An alpha and a pretty powerful one at that. I have a knack for telling statuses. Plus, he had a pretty strong glamour on him. Makes all the ladies want him" she scoffed. "Must have something to do with his 'almighty alphaness'"

Seeing the guy come towards them, she listened and followed him back into the room with a cautious look on her face. She was ready to flee or flight.

"Glamour? Doesn't look so hot shot to me," she laughed then shut up at his appearance. Kayla nodded to the wolf, stiffening noticeably. "Sure," she mumbled and got up, following the male. He seemed to be older and had that dominant wolf scent about him. Especially how he just sauntered up to two wolves without knowing their exact temperament. This can be either really good or really bad. At least if he tries to pull something, I'll have the girl to hopefully fight along side me. They entered a back room, which reeked of wolf and Alpha. Yup, I'm sooo dead.

Quentin offered two young wolves seats in front of his desk as he went and sat down behind it, He glanced over at the screen of his box computer and sighed aloud in frustration as he read the 20% complete bar on the image download. "It has come to my packs attention that there were two strangers who had been entered our area," he paused for a moment as he thought of an unimposing way to put it, "Neither of you are in any danger, but I'm just curious as to why both of you are here, and what Pack did you belong to?" Quentin shifted to a more comfortable position as he put his right hand up over his mouth and silently studied the two wolves. For some reason one of them had such a familiar scent it was borderline nostalgic, but he just couldn't seem to place it, she def emitted an aura of a purebred. Interesting...two, apparently, lone wolves walk into a bar...this is either a set up or some random stroke of luck. Quentin had still not forgotten about the betrayal that had led to the loss of his family and his old friend who had been a part of it. Perhaps he had been found out and these two were here to deliver a message, he wasn't quite sure of anything at the moment, so he decided to see what they had to say for themselves before jumping to any conclusions. A quick glance at the computer showed 30% complete

She looked towards the wolf confidently. "My name is Lucia Blackwater. I've never been a part of any pack that I can remember. All I know is someone lead me here. Informants. I'm here to find my family....Or at least who was my family." She stood and crossed her arms. "If you could give me any information at all... please... I don't know how I could repay you, but I'll try." She had no idea why she was being so open to this wolf, she just felt comfortable. Maybe after she found what she was looking for, she'd come back.

Angel was getting weary of this place. 'Perhaps not worth it.' She thought to herself. Most of the vampires were bland with their sense of sophistication, and it was apparent that the human guests were not snacks. Even the concessions were not to her liking. An awful animal blood in replace of human. More than likely some kind of farm animal, or perhaps a predatory animal which would be the closest to human. Still a substitute is a substitute and she was most displeased. This host was clearly denying his true nature, which disgusted her a bit. Oh well, it wasn't her problem after all. She sighed, it had a mix of boredom and frustration to it. She'd stick around for awhile longer to see if anything pick up.

"Look, mister, I didn't hear that there was a Pack in this area. Or I swear I wouldn't have come. Honest. I'm just a stray. I wander around, just looking for a good place to stay for the night. I'll leave as soon as you say," she sat up, looking to Lucy in almost jealousy. How can she just stand up to him like that? Geez, I wish she could teach me! Family? Lucy did say something about her family earlier. Is she here to look for them, because I honestly haven't seen any wolves besides these two here.

Quentin listened to what they both had to say and didn't even mind the girl's show of emotion in revealing that she was looking for her family. The other once was quick to show she was not a threat at all, and quickly wanted out of this current situation, and then a quick glance...45%. "I have actually been in contact with a few informants myself, so when it comes to missing family I have a great deal of knowledge. Do you know anything about them?" He looked her up and down and didn't sense any deception from her, and then shifted to the other. "Well you've stumbled into my territory, and I have a knack for taking care of my own. Those apartments that line this street, I own them all. So a place to sleep isn't so hard to find," He cocked his head to the side as he stared at her a little more intensely, "Why not become a member of my pack if you have no place to call home, or do you already have a pack?" He still hadn't dismissed that one of them could be a spy from long remembered past, and a low growl emitted from him but just a barely audible one. Another quick glance, 57%.

Kayla glanced at Lucy, hearing the growl. His stare was burning through her chest. God, I didn't know an Alpha had such a glare. Stay in this Pack? Hasn't he heard of me? The exile? "I, uh, I dunno, mister..." she trailed off searching for a name. She didn't know why she was cowering under this man. With newfound courage, she looked into his eyes. "Why? What would you want with two loners? What good would we do to amount up to your Pack of who knows how many?" she shot back.

She sent a sharp look to Kayla, softening when she seen the panic underneath her features. That's something. I wonder what she's hiding.

Looking back to the alpha she moved a little closer to Kayla and sat on the arm of her chair patting her arm. "I know nothing. All I know is I heard information of a pack in this area that has went through things in the past that match with my actual age from when I was born. I was sent here by a man named Alex. All I got from him, was the name of this bar. That's it." She sent a sharp look at him. She kept noticing his eyes glance back and forth to the computer. She nervously licked her lips and her muscles tensed.

Quentin had dealt with the first wolf's outburst because not only could he sympathize with her but she had spoken nothing but the truth, but the other one was clearly hiding something. Alex, huh...similar circumstances. What are the odds of that?...enough of that for now, back to this one! Her demeanor had completely changed and suddenly she had decided to raise her voice. He an understanding Alpha, but disrespect wasn't something he allowed in his house, and perhaps it was due to her fear but she should still know her place. "I advice you change your tone when you're addressing me," his voice had grown a bit loud as he sat up straight and glared directly into her eyes. "I attempt to offer you a home, and you return the gesture by snapping at me?" His inquisition was followed by a low level growl that almost parted his lips. His computer beeped, but he didn't notice the sound, and instead kept his glare locked on her. "Now, speak!"

"Hey," she growled softly. "We both know she's hiding something. But you growled first and now we're all ready to get the hell out of here." She sighed. "I mean no disrespect, but you're more on edge than I am and that's saying something." She said soothingly, hoping to calm the two.

Kayla felt Lucy at her side and involuntarily relaxed. She leaned against the girl, now flinching under the Alpha's wrath. "I don't know anything. I'm not hiding anything! Okay? I-I'm sorry! I haven't really dealt with my kind in a while. Thank you for the offer of the home. I don't know if it's still up but if it is...I'll just have to think. I honestly don't know anything, sir," her voice softened, her eyes looking down in submission. She almost whimpered to Lucy, feeling her wolf rising with the strong changes of emotion.

Quentin sat back and calmed himself. His computer beeped, and he didn't hear it at all. He could tell that there something that she was hiding, it may not have been what he expected but he could clearly see that there was something she wasn't willing to say. He let it go for the time being. "The offer stands for all those who accept it. This is not a handout though, this is a pack, which means we are family, and family takes care of one another." His computer beeps again....he pauses as he looks at the other one. "I don't believe I had asked your names..." His computer beeped again and this time it caught his attention. File Downloaded. He clicked on the button, and as the window opened a quizzical and confused look crossed his face and he sat back in silence as he stared at the wolf before him. Computer to girl, then girl to computer then back to her

Kayla stiffened as he began to look at both girls. Does he know now? Did someone tell him of my exile? "L-Listen, I gotta go. I-I'll tell you, uh, soon," she stood up, eyes darting to them both. She staggered back towards the door, eyes wide and now amber. A low growl rumbled from her chest and she gulped, reaching for the door. "S-Sorry," she turned and booked it.

She felt the rumble in the girl and with a panic she thought of Sarah, the barista. She sprinted off after the girl without a second thought and rushed with her through the doors of the bar nearly tacking her into a back alley. Ill question the alpha and his computer later... this girl is about to explode.

She shifted into her wolf form for defense and tried her hand at calming the other wolf.

Quentin realized he had pushed her too far and quickly bolted after the two of the girls. "Shit...I got too distracted!" He quickly caught up to them, "Stand down and make sure no one leaves the bar! I can handle this, I promise you I'll handle this," he urged her to protect the bar and it's patrons

Kayla yelped as she was tackled and shifted in mid-air. Her fur bristled for a moment, then relaxed at Lucy. This isn't how it's suppost to go! I need to leave! She whined loudly, eyes darting to the door. She couldn't get caught. Not now. She just hoped that Lucy was on her side and not this new Alpha's. Of course Kayla wanted to be in this Pack. Nothing would make her happier. Yet she couldn't.

She sent a sharp look at the alpha I have got this guy! She sent a peaceful look to Kayla and nudged her with her nose deeper into the alley, somehow protective of the lone wolf.

Hiemler:

As i finished off my pint I noticed that the two wolves were on their way out. "looks like the family meeting wasnt going as planned" I said to myself as i stood up and went for the door. Eventually i caught up fast with the girl and saw she was pinned. "Can i help you?" i asked as i walked into the alley

Kayla whimpered, following Lucy's lead. She shifted back to human, pressing herself against the wall. "Look, I don't want any trouble, okay? I know I broke the rules and I know I'm not suppost to be here but please! I don't hurt people!" she nodded, looking away. "What they say about me isn't true! I haven't killed anyone! I know I'm short for money but I'm no hitman!" she held her hands out in front of her, not knowing why. She trusted Lucy.
