Blood and Glory

Weaknesses

Xerxes is very limited when it comes to combat range only going from melee to mid-distance due to his weapons having the ability to fire off rounds from their heads, and that he could also just throw the tomahawk at whatever he was attacking at the current moment. Aside from this Xerxes biggest weakness in combat is himself once he starts to use line (A reason why he chooses not to use it often) because he loses the common sense of pain and starts acting for his own comedic reason, if it dangers himself or those around him he won't care as long as it's humorous. It's like he has a whole new personality from prolonged line use, yet he still has become a fairly accomplished Champion, his kill count not exactly qualifying for B but the quality of the large number sure makes up for it.

@Mad Prince of Sanity Hope that helps

Uh.

What do? where start? Why go?

I'm reading over sign-ups and taking important medi-facts down but- How rp?

Also.

Lucy's main weakness is the fact she's fucking human.

that is all. (Maybe she's blind too >u> ;)

It's champion day basically a day celebrating the first hunt of the season. Most of the people are gathered at Arcadian gardens. A large park where most of the festivities are.

Also Shura, though you said It was my turn to post...in all honesty I think it would make more sense for you to post next, as roy has just come back. I feel that I would have a lot more to go off of if you posted.

also...damaged *Ahem*

Also my goal in this rp is to sit on kujo without making it sexual.

Wish me luck on this endeavor owo7

Compared to Pestilence, nothing is sexual. Anyway, I should probably list Micah's weaknessnes.

  • To start, his main focus is ranged combat. Therefore, while he can somewhat hold his own at close range, if it comes to that he's probably going to either get severely injured, or die.
  • He can also run out of bullets. He only has about 20 of each type of bullet on him at any time, not including the ones already in his guns. After those have been used up, he's kinda screwed.
  • Since he's on a slow infusion of a half-dose of Line, his performance increases are nowhere near that of champions who take full doses, nor as intense as if he had taken the Line all at once.
  • Most of his body is vulnerable. His face is completely exposed, as are his forearms. The rest of his body is only covered by average armor. He can sustain a few hits, but not many.

Matt's weaknesses:

  • First of all, Matt isn't very physically strong in comparison with the other champions. In an armwrestling contest he'd lose real bad, and as long as he's unable to grapple onto you for about a 3~5 second period in combat, he can't use the charging ability that he heavily relies on for destructive power.
  • Fair face-to-face combat isn't his forté, to be honest. Though he's very capable of engaging in it, he's not quite as capable as many other fighters. If he meets a combatant of equal skill, then stealth would be his only edge against them.
  • He's still suffering from occasional schizophrenia, which I am very much planning to bring up in combat. His position could be revealed due to him screaming out of fear because of his mind playing tricks on him, or he could fire at a target that doesn't exist.
  • Against a group of targets who are actually powerful enough to pierce his defense, Matt is quite vulnerable. He's much better against many weak enemies or a single strong enemy than he is against multiple medium-strength enemies.
  • Did I mention he's basically fucked at melee range? He can't effectively use anything against his opponent if he's unable to grapple them or very conveniently has some random object to supercharge and throw at them.

Matt's Strengths:

  • Matt is a mid to long range fighter (Dayum, there weren't a lot of those) whose sniper skills are impeccable, and can deliver a deadly explosion along with the bullet.
  • He's very fast, and has increased both his reflexes and speed to near the human limit. He largely relies on acrobatic maneuvers to keep himself at a medium distance from his target.
  • Along with his jetpack, he can move very quickly through the fields.
  • His body is incredibly tough, and along with the light armour he wears there's not too many things that can hurt him very badly, and even if he was hit with a bad impact he'd be likely to just shrug it off.
  • If he's supercharged something, then it's the object itself that explodes. This means no matter how tough something is, it will detonate.

Terrible idea Shu, absolutely dreadful and poorly designed.

Kidding, "Option: A" seems like a fine idea to me. Though I will have to wrench Heinrich free soon then.

In all honesty, with the rate at which I get replies and the level of detail I prefer in each post, with the consideration of linear time put into factoring, along with the load I have from work along with the load I have from other plays, I'm not sure if I can do 1wk/1day rate. During a hunt, I'd be even less inclined and able to do so. I could possible do 2wk/1day rate, but even still, that's going to butcher my posts and remove massive amounts of detail per post simple because I don't like doing micro-time skipping within plays, which this will require tons of per group set. It will also require that this scenario to always be observed.

Group A starts the hunt at 9 am

Group B starts the hunt at 9 am

Group C starts the hunt at 9 am

Group A does blah blah blah blah until 5 pm

Group B, if not caught up to group A time wise, cannot encounter group A besides witnessing their valor until they reach time threshold of 5 pm

Group C must follow suit.

In the case that Groups B, or C, would otherwise encounter group A, or if group A were to encounter either group B, or C, the group that is further behind would be technically forced to time jump along a linear path, thus negating possible hours of character interaction, relationship, development, and moments of hilarity.

All of this is theoretical, and I'm not saying it's law, but in most circumstances, this is a possibility.

Also, this is just an observation, food for thought, ect. If I get to a point where I think it might happen to me, I'd just make an obnoxiously long collab post with whomever I'm with to fix the issue, Which is a good solution for the issue in reality, it just isn't always possible, especially as Jameson's prospective partners are Damaged and Lotus' characters, and pinning them down at the same time that I'm available is... Nope.

Kaz yes that was going to be something I brought up next. When it comes to time and checks if there is a consensus as to how long it would take to get through a day I would probably make time checks once a day or every other day. Pending on what is going on in the RP. Those who have been out of the loop for one segment of time would have to do a summery/collab post in order to catch up.

Other option is to have people post the time at the top of their post but that could get very complicated very fast

Option A seems promising, and like you said, if anything comes up it can just be extended.

I don't really have an opinion either, seeing as I'm only really able to post on the weekends at the moment xP I'm indecisive as all hell anyways.

Aketu's weaknesses and such will be up after school today :3
