Fantasy Black Rose Asylum

"I could pull her out easily. It offends me that she thinks I can't be trusted when I've never lied to her at all. I've hurt her but that doesn't make me a liar. Honesty is so hard to find these days but I think that's because those of us who remain so still get told that we lie. I DON'T LIE! Momma taught me better. ARE EITHER OF YOU DISRESPECTING MY MOMMA?!"

"YOU'RE BOTH CALLING THE SON SHE RAISED A LIAR! I OFFER MY HELP, MY PROMISED HELP, AND YOU BOTH REJECT IT BECAUSE YOU THINK I'M UNTRUSTWORHTY!" Toro's voice calms down "my momma didn't raise a liar, she raised an honest boy. The beatings she gave made sure that Toro never lied."

Nicole finally finished the book she was given. I'm glad my emotions aren't talking"Hello? Is anyone here?" She said. I'm here, not that you care. That books ending was disgusting, can you believe she got kissed by a boy she met in the forest? Forests, have bears and wolves, he could have had rabies. I loved the ending, they lived happily ever after! Happily ever afters are overrated, they don't exist in real life, why do books lie! "Yay! You guys are back." I said sarcastically.

Allison shook her head. "FINE! Get over here and get us out of here! Just stop getting so offended! You being a liar has nothing to do with your own freaking mom!" She said, annoyance and anger in her voice.

"About time! Don't run either of you." Toro opened up the pipe and took off his belt. He lowered the belt as much as he could stretch himself into it. The belt hung just above Allison. "Hold onto this and I can pull you up."

Toro pulls her up and out of the pipe with very little effort. Held his wound and said "now please make this easy on me, I'm not exactly in any condition to keep chasing you and I have a fire that I have to stop from spreading."

Allison was confused by how sane he was acting now...so she decided to cooperate. She said, "You are not going to torture me?"

"For the millionth time, you'll only be put in solitary confinement, a more secure and secluded place for patients who have been misbehaving or who seem to be dangerously suicidal. Some call it the Quiet Room."

Allison glared at him. "And like I said for the millionth time, would you trust someone who has tortured you and put you through hell? I think there is only one logical answer for that. But...just put me in the solitary confinement. I might as well sleep."

"Hey, I trust my momma plenty and she disciplined me whenever I messed up." Toro made a stop at a supply closet and got two shovels, handing one to Allison. "Before we go in, you're going to help me stop that fire. I know what you're gonna say 'oh why should I help you, you tortured me' but you'll have to do your part to keep everybody in the asylum alive. I don't want everybody dead either. Water won't stop a gasoline fire quick enough so we'll be digging up dirt and throwing it on."

Allison rolled her eyes. "Obviously you have no clue how many serial killers out there who have perfectly fine mothers. Anyways, fine, I will stop the fire with you." she said, taking the shovel.

Toro rushed outside as fast as he could, seeing that the fire had started to spread but due to lack of plants in the area couldn't make it very far very fast. It relied more on stray embers landing on the few plants and patches of grass around. Though if it hit the thicker shrubs it'd be almost impossible to stop. "Okay, let's go to work on stopping the advance towards the bushes first, if that catches fire we're screwed. Break!" Toro starts scooping up dirt and throwing it onto the fire approaching the bushes.

Allison scoops up the dirt from the ground as best as she can, throwing it onto the fire, trying to stop it. For a while, it has affect, but it isn't very functional. Suddenly, she looks from the corner of her eye and sees a hose. She drops the shovel and runs to it. She quickly turns the valve and runs back to the fire. Luckily, it was only about to run out slack when she could reach the fire. She sprays the fire as much as she can, seeing that it has better affect. "Should we call 911?" she called to Toro.

"You know, this asylum is pretty self reliant... for reasons I cannot disclose, we cannot call 911. And do not spray the corpse with that water. Water will not put out a fire caused by gasoline or other oils, you'll make it worse in fact."

Allison kept digging with all of her might to throw more dirt at the fire. She started getting dirt all over her face, sweating like an animal from the fire and from the work. She felt the fatigue settle in as she started seeing more shadow people in the fire. Kill all of the patients, Allison...then kill yourself, and you will be sent to heaven as God's angel...kill them...kill...KILL...

ALLISON! HELP US! WE NEED YOUR HELP! IT'S HOT! IT IS BURNING! HELP US NOW!

Allison, it's so hot here...burning...burning...

An image of a burnt, eye-less Allison comes into her head as the shadow people surround her, everything else darkening except the flames. She couldn't even see her own hands or shovel. Suddenly, nothing but the shadow peoples' eyes were visible. She fell into deep unconciousness at that second.
