Marie didn't notice Dr. Ikuto's change of words. She simply nodded and said, "I like being outside sometimes it makes the voices stop. That's why I wanted to go outside today."

"That's a good way to calm down. I like to come out here with friends after a stressful day. You've recovered just fine since your little brawl with Akira, am I correct?" He asked looking down to face Marie.

"Yes," she said, smiling.

"That's great." He said nodding. "And on the bright side you didn't break her nose either, as far as I'm aware." Ikuto chuckled a bit.

Despite the Dr. Ikuto's chuckling, Marie's face turned bright red and she mumbled, "I'm sorry I punched her."

"You're fine, you defended yourself against someone clearly unstable. To be honest I wish I could do the same but there are just a few people I wouldn't dare hit to save my life." Ikuto added.

Marie smiled a bit and her face returned to it's normal color. "That makes sense.." she said.

Ikuto stayed quiet and simply looked around. It was pleasant to finally go and smell the roses, literally.

Marie glanced around herself, silent and smiling.

"In the past I used to travel a lot." He said, breaking the silence. He never liked complete silence.

Marie glanced at him. "Really? Sounds nice.." she said, suddenly wondering what it was like to travel.

"It was, but it also got tiring." Ikuto said quietly.

"Oh," was all she could think of to say.

"After your walk, do you wish to go back in your room or do you need anything else?" Ikuto asked.

"I guess I'll just go back to my room," she said.

"Alright. Just tell me when you're ready." He said checking his watch. I should see if Annie can talk soon.

"I think I can go back now," she said, smiling.

"Okay." Ikuto escorted Marie to her room. "I hate to leave so quickly, but I have to do some things." He said before closing the door and left to find Annie's room. He knocked on Annie's door lightly.

Marie immediately went to her bed and pulled the book out from under it. She began to read, still smiling.

"Oh good! I am not sick...please tell me what this place is...I do not know where I am, but I only know it is some kind of hospital. But the rooms look different...and the sounds are excruciating..." Allison said, trying not to look dangerous or crazy, even though the shadow people and voices said different. He could be dangerous...No, he looks fine! I don't think so. Everyone here is dangerous. Darwin didn't believe her. He knew that the staff could be cruel but they would never lock up someone who didn't have a mental illness. Raising his eyebrow slightly he said "Well it's an asylum... Black Rose Asylum...... If you act good you should be fine." Darwin yawned and then rubbed the dark circles around his eyes that form from all the sleepless nights. "So uhh.... What's your name? I'm Darwin."

Janette sighed, "Alright Akira. Whatever you say." She began to walk away from the hysterical woman and headed down the hall. She was hoping to find another nurse to do her medication rounds with so she wasn't alone, hell, maybe even one of the doctors. She heard there was a new nurse starting today, maybe Janette could find her.

Akira only continued to scream. At this point she knew it was no use, but unfortunately that's all she could think to do.

Toro passed by Janette, deciding to engage in conversation with her. "Can you believe it? One of the doctors, Ikuto, didn't trust my judgement about one of the patients trying to run off. That Annie, oh she's lying about me, probably trying to get me in trouble."
