My friend said he's gonna likely make his character tomorrow. (As tonight we are all watching him fail at playing Resident Evil 7.) This gives me some time to write up NPCs that I need to post once everyone has finished their sheets, and soft GM events.

bleh sorry I've been busy the last day or two and I didn't want to start the RP when I couldn't fully commit to writing a quality post. How does starting Thursday sound? We still have spots for more people, so they can join during the RP.

Don't get too stressed about posts! Semi-active to me basically means post once a week. I personally may bop around with my posting size, as I tend to type rather fast, but I also sometimes just don't have the time to actively reply to all my RPs. I won't kick you for only posting once a week, and if you give me a heads-up, I can understand more than that! (All I ask there is for a shorter post to remove your character from the situation to not lock anyone on a faster posting scenario.)

That would be a shame ): . While I appreciate your lore and I've let people incorporate the terms you coined up (Which I thank you for!), the overall themes presented in some of your ideas just didn't match up too well with the modern-ish setting of the RP. (2010 still modern? I think so...) However, I don't think you should jump ship! Everyone has made some cool characters so far, and it'll be a fun experience for all of us.

man i really wish you'd said that like... before i made a character, but i get that it's hard to speak up when you're worried you might cut down some hype. being a gm isn't easy, i guess.
i get that it's modern, but i was looking forward to a clash in worldview. also it was kind of surprising that we didn't have as much freedom as i thought

Yes, sorry! My post will probably be a bit later tonight just so I can finish all my work, but I want to start today! (I figured it would be best if I posted first just to set an overall scene, but if I'm taking too long others may go first!)
