Appearance: Delsin is a Caucasian man that stands at 6'1. His dark blue hair is reminiscent of an actor by the name of Christian Bale, sadly he's probably dead. The apocalypse has turned Delsin's once chiseled face into a gaunt face from the lack of food and sleep. Dark circles make permanent homes under his eyes. His eyes are a bland brown. Through his hard times Delsin has managed to retain the look of his toned, but not bodybuilding status, arms and legs. Both of his arms sport tattoos. The right is a sleeve that is comprised of various gears and pipes. His left arm also has a sleeve of multiple bright colors that depict a rave.


Backstory: Delsin was born the youngest of 4 children to a middle class family and was raised in big cities. Starting at the age of 7 Delsin loved to sneak out of his bed at night and eavesdrop on his parents who complained about the government without fail, each night. When he turned 13 Delsin's parents seemed to constantly be in bad moods. When he asked why they were so angry his parents told him about the government and how everything they did was evil. For the rest of his life Delsin grew up with those ideas in his head. At 18 years of age his household fell apart. The parents constantly spent their money on pointless items until they had none left. Everyone argued with each other. Everyday an argument broke out, it was often that an argument turned into a more physical situation. After having had enough of the family's shenanigans their neighbors called the police and the family was seperated, this would be the last time they would see each other. As the police hauled Delsin away he fought to get free, to be with his family, though they fought they were still his family. The parents were hauled off to God knows where, the siblings were stationed in different orphanages. Refusing to stay in an orphanage Delsin ran away the first day. All the years of his parents' government rants finally caught up to him and he turned to the only option he saw fit to punish those bureaucratic bastards. A year later he was a member of the American terrorist group known as The Anarchists (yeah... pretty generic name). He took part in multiple bombings, robberies, and shoot outs. He was working on his biggest job he had ever received when the apocalypse happened.


Personality: Delsin still retains his friendly and caring demeanor and is fiercely loyal to anybody once they prove themselves trustworthy, unless they support the American government. He works well under pressure but if someone manages to upset him to a high degree he will lash out in unrestrained violence. He also won't refuse a fight from a living person with no regard for his own condition.

Blake grew up in a fairly strict household with his mom, dad, and younger sister. With his overprotective ex-military dad, he learned early on how to protect not only him but everyone around him. He remember how his dad would tell him that the world would go to sh*t, and when it did, Blake would be the one to survive it. Little did Blake know, at the time, his father was right. Growing up in a household where practically everything was prohibited, as soon as Blake was able to get his own house at the age of 19, he moved out. Once he moved out, he did all the things his parents wouldn't allow he and his sister to do. Of course, he went a little overboard and got as many tattoos he could tolerate on his body. One day, whilst on his way to see his family after two years, Blake got a broadcast announcement that a virus by the name of "T103 Biocide" was spreading throughout the country and fast. Upon hearing the news, Blake immediately freaked out and sped up to his parent's home. Once he arrived, he noticed the door already open. He quickly went inside the house, only to see his mom , dad, and sister's brains splattered with writing on the living room walls that said, "It's happening. I told you this day would come."


Personality:


Before the virus, Blake was very optimistic, creative, and charismatic; however, after he witnessed his family's suicide, Blake turned very aggressive and non-affectionate yet somewhat of his optimism is still there, deep inside of his heart. He wants to world to go back to how it was but a part of him is also saying that it never will be and he's coming to terms with that.

  Richard has, by profession, kept his body in top condition. Standing at 6'5", he is 215 lbs. of lean muscle. He doesn't have a stocky build, but rather a lithe, slender frame that is deceptively strong. His eyes are a very bright blue, although the picture doesn't show this. Again, due to the nature of his work, Richard's body is riddled with scars, thought not on his face, that range from cuts, lesions, and lacerations to bullet wounds, burn marks, and impromptu surgeries. His left shoulder and pectoral sport a black tatoo of a dragon breathing flames, wrapped in thorny roses,while his right arm has three rings of tribal tatoos encircling his upper bicep. Richie's hands are calloused from years of hard work, and his overall appearance gives of a mien of a tamed ferocity, thinly veiled physicality. While he can be clean shaven, in the world as it is now, he prefers a rugged look, so he can mostly be seen wearing a button-up or a uniform with the sleeves rolled up, a pair of worn jeans, and durable shoes for walking, running, etc.

  Richard does not enjoy delving in to his past. Long story short, it involved orphanages, bouncing between foster homes, and quite a bit of death, some by his young hands. When he turned 18, he enlisted, becoming a United States Marine Corps officer at a very young age. From there, he transferred to the navy, joining the ranks of the Navy SEALs for a short stint. It was during this time with the special Spec Ops division that he realized his calling. One trip to Langley, and he became a member of the Special Activities Division of the CIA's National Clandestine Service. Over the years, he interacted with the entire United States Intelligence community, as well as with foreign equivalents, such as the British MI6, Russian KGB, and Israeli Mossad.
  
  
  Before the infection, he'd become one of the country's greatest intelligence assets, specializing in immersive undercover jobs that garnered him contacts in the world's largest criminal underworld networks, including various mafias, the Triads, the Yakuza, etc. Once the infection hit, Richard realized that governments didn't matter anymore, so he simply disappeared, like a whisp of smoke. Ever since, he's been relying on his prodigious talent and years of rigorous survival training and experience to survive on his own.

  Life in an orphanage and many abusive or neglectful homes as given Richard a thickskin for insults. Many years of training have given Richard actual thickskin. He is trained to survive in extremely hostile environments; this includes not only situations where supplies and/or shelter is scarce, but also environments in which hostile parties are involved. He knows 15 forms of martial arts, although he's only mastered 6. Most were created for the sole purpose of being absolutely lethatl, not submissive. He is also a crack shot with most firearms, although he holds a special like for pistols due to his engagements mostly involving short-range fights. In addition, he is the proud owner of a bachelor's degree in Sociology/Psychology and Anatomical Biology, both of which he utilizes in the field to his deadly advantage. Also, due to his espionage experience, he is also an expert lier, manipulator, and impersonator. Technically, he is a psychopath. Lastly, he is a master of freerunning. This is specifically not parkour because whereas parkour involves a good deal of flashiness, freerunning is simply the most efficient bipedal traversal technique in his arsenal.

Backstory:


As a child, around the age of 5, she was repeatedly beaten by her father and pushed/cut by her brother. Her mother had constantly yelled at her, even when young Demi had done nothing wrong. Demi was a kind-hearted, shy, intelligent young girl, and her parents and older brother took advantage of it to beat and yell at her. Her father was also a scientist, and often conducted experiments on her.


Around 8, her brother had pushed her so hard one time, it broke her wrist as she fell down the stairs. And, he had "accidentally" broken the window and took a glass shard; with that glass shard, he stabbed Demi in her left eye, permanently causing damage, therefore she had only one eye.


After a couple of days, her father came home from his laboratory with a new serum. He smirked as he walked towards Demi, injecting it into her right cheek; with that, she is apparently immune to the "Walkers" as she calls them now. The serum was supposed to make her extremely ill.


Around 10, her brother was now 19, she had ran from home in search of something better. She's been away from home for a year, surviving on her own.


Personality:


Demi is a very shy girl, also terribly scared of the apocalypse. Though she's rather tough and brave for a young girl, she also keeps to herself; why? For fear of hurting survivors or herself due to her childhood. She is soft spoken and well-mannered, or mature. She enjoys stargazing buts hates being alone in the dark.

Too young for a job, but she is gifted. She is very good a Chess and has a great sense of telling if someone is lying or is a "bad person"(Immune raiders and such)

Although they are no longer alive, her parents and older brother.

She is immune to the BioGenesis cells, she also carries a small Glock hidden in her stuffed rabbit. (The rabbit has a zipper on it's stomach, she hides it) She found the Glock on one of the "Walker" policemen that was dead.

Backstory: Anna was born to parents of Eastern European descent. Working with a security contractor company and having a very military family, Ana grew up with firearms and fighting in his blood. Having been in the area to meet a future contract holder when the virus struck, Ana has been on the move on a constant basis and hasn't stopped for a while.


Since the outbreak Ana has been roaming, putting down any of those he's met who have been less than savoury.


Years of loss and fighting have hardened Ana more than the average citizen to the aspects of death, though he still manages a cheerful brotherly attitude.


Ana's current goal is to reach some form of transportation that will allow him to traverse the Atlantic and return to Europe.


Personality: Generally friendly, Ana like nothing more than to see people smile, something that has been increasingly hard for him to see. While generally a happy person, Ana becomes dead serious and hard as stone when in the midst of any action. He sees no problem with killing when it is needed, and has long ago learned how to detach himself from people should they perish.


Despite this, Ana is fiercely loyal to those he calls friend, and even more so to his view of morals.

Backstory: Finn was born and raised in Greater London, trying to help provide for his poorer family. He lived in the borough of Camden with his mother, grandmother, and young sister Leah...not really knowing where his father was. At age 14, Finn's mother died due to a gunman in the shop she worked in. Finn took the position taking care of his little sister and grandmother. Once the T103 virus hit, Finn attempted to move them to a more rural and less populated area...but not before his grandmother contracted the virus. She died when he was 18, leaving Finn to care for Leah alone. When Finn turned 19, while transportation systems were still running evacuations, he moved to America...hoping to find something better there for him and Leah. Once they got there, Finn found a job working as a mechanic in an auto shop. Everything was fine until the virus spread even more, taking down masses of people. One evening, Leah was returning home only to be kidnapped by looters. Finn was unable to save her, and Leah was taken away. When he was trying to fight, a knife was somehow dragged across his face, leaving him the scar. That all happened two years ago, and Finn is still holding out hope that he will somehow find his sister.


Personality: While the past has made it hard for Finn to keep his happy demeanor, he tries very hard to salvage the last bit of it. Once you get to know him, he's passionate and incredibly loyal to those he cares about. He has a warm personality, but that does not always show through. He tends to say what he's thinking at first, without considering consequences. He's responsible and mature, but tends to be a little bit of a control freak sometimes. He's an optimistic realist, and tries to see the best in people. Since his sister was taken, he's lost a lot of his zest and liveliness...but it's still there, just toned down a lot. Finn isn't easily angered or irritated, but tends to get obsessed with finding a solution when he doesn't know the answer to something, or can't figure something out. That need to have answers comes from having a lack of answers and stability in his life.

Backstory:


Yasuko was born into a large family, having four brothers and one sister, Yasuko being the youngest. Her family was very happy and connected during her early years, but eventually, as Yasuko’s eldest brother and sister moved away, things became very detached. The house was always quiet, and everyone was gone most of the time, working or at school, leaving her under little supervision. Her youngest brother, who was still a year older than her, was Yamato, a very outspoken and angry teenager. Having no one else to take after, Yasuko became attached to him, much to his displeasure, and started mimicking his styles and habits. Early on, Yamato got involved in drug trade and several criminal gangs around Tokyo, and since he wasn’t able to get rid of her, Yasuko joined him on many of his ventures.

At age 13, Yasuko’s world crashed around her when her brother was gunned down in a drug raid, and when her parents discovered the truth about Yasuko’s escapades following her brother around, they disowned her. She was put up for adoption at an orphanage, abandoned by her family out of shame. It was during this time she met Isao Harada, a scarred and troubled youth a couple of years older than her. Taking on the name of her deceased brother, she went on to become friends with Isao, who later took on the name Takai and started up a gang with her. Eventually, she became his second-in-command, and when the coup occurred, took over the gang. Yasuko was later attacked by Takai, and left for dead.


Personality:


Despite Yasuko’s troubled past, she holds no resentment towards her family for pushing her away. Early on she learned to live for the moment, forgetting the past and not caring about the future, so she comes across as carefree and spontaneous. She becomes easily attached to others she takes a liking to, almost in an obsessive way, which can make her come across as annoying. Since the death of her brother, Yasuko has taken on some of his personality in addition to his name, possibly as a coping mechanism for dealing with the loss. It is rare to ever see her get angry, which is a stark contrast to Takai, however, she is violently protective of people she cares about, and will go to extensive lengths to keep them safe, often putting her own life on the line. Her mixed gender personality often causes her feelings for people to fluctuate, since they mirror the attitudes of both her and her late brother.

Yasuko is extremely skilled in breaking and entering, able to pick just about any lock and find loopholes through any security.


She is also very agile and acrobatic, having done parkour as a hobby when she was younger.


She is adept in hand to hand combat, but doesn't like guns, so avoids direct confrontation when she can.


Carries a pair of light combat hatchets, but they can be used for many things besides fighting.

Backstory: Drake's childhood was one of discipline and respect. His father was always gone because he was an agent, his mom was always the one that could straighten him out. When he was 12, he was working to prove himself to his father. He learned everything about the military, while learning about the ins and outs of the home and weapons. Age 15, he started learning about martial arts. Finally at age 20 he got accepted into the same government agency his father was in. He learned everything about the government. He was taught survival skills, knows basic medical care, take apart any weapon and knows how to be stealthy. Age 22, 2 years after intense training, he went on his first mission with his father. He hesitated killing an HVT (High Value Target) to his father's deep disappointment.


Drake, heartbroken just stayed behind in the agency, being in his father's shadow until he retired when he was age 24. Drake, being an opportunist, and not held back by his father's eye rose through the ranks. He completed his hand to hand training, and how to be sneaky. During every mission he never killed. Even though he was taught killing was the way to get things done, he never did. He was labeled a pacifist. He hated it at first, but the results from his missions made him live and believe by this mantra. For 12 years he did high value missions. Then, he retired at age 34. More than enough pension money and other money from missions to live decently. He had a wife, a little boy. He even lived next to his father. Then it happened, the collapse.


The agency called him and they said the needed him to protect the president. Drake, not wanting to go back declined. Then his father, contracting the T103 virus. He yelled and screamed, then his final request was to see Drake. Drake walked into the room with the man who has been his shadow, his ultimate test and the elder pointed towards the nightstand. It was a .45.


"Do it, we both know whats coming Drake, and you need to get past the fear of killing. Kill me, I am dying. You will be set free from your demons." Drake looked at him, and nodded.


"I am sorry.." He closed his eyes, and pulled the trigger. The father, who has been his ultimate demon, died by his hand. Drake, fell to his knees. He felt dirty, he felt like a monster. But he knew deep down it was easier now to kill. His mother came in and yelled at him and committed suicide in front of his eyes. Drake was shocked and ran out. He carried the revolver with him to his house. Told his family that they are leaving, carry as much as you can in backpacks.


4 years went by since that day, the day that hell on Earth was released. Drake carried his family, then one day a Compromised bit his son. Drake sat next to his boy for the next few days while his son was in agony. A week later, his son died. Drake yelled in anger and in sadness. His wife and him buried their loving and young son. He tried to help his wife recover but she couldn't take the trauma, so she hanged herself during the night. Drake couldn't believe it. He tried committing suicide, but something inside him told him no. He put the gun down, and something deep inside him had died. His passive demons died with his family. And he was ready to survive.


For a year now he was walking through town to town, forest through forest, trying to find somewhere to settle. He is running low on supplies and ammo.


Personality: Before the collapse, a loving, charismatic guy. During the downward spiral of his world, a weak and scared man. After his world collapse, he became the cold, tactical, dark and cynical guy. Doing whatever is necessary to help him survive. He has developed a dark sense of humor and sees the world as a place where everyone will betray you. So he doesn't let people in. He respects self thinkers and people who doesn't show fear. But he also cares for children and will show his sensitive side to females and children because they remind him of his past life. And he respects and cares for his own people, he will go out of his way for people but won't let it show until the time comes.

Backstory:


Natalie lived with her mother, her father was a drunken idiot and left shortly after she was born. Of course, the virus took everything away from her, her home, her mother.. Although it wasn't much, it was her whole life. Despite her mother coming down with the virus, Natalie managed to escape with her life. Showing symptoms herself, she was worried, but they soon faded as she travelled from camp to camp.


As her mother taught her how to cook from a young age, the camps that she went to found out her hidden talent, and began giving her various foods that they had found. This caused her to get along well with everyone.


That was until she arrived at her last camp, they took advantage of her and would not let her leave, keeping her trapped for a year and a half until she finally escaped.


Now terrified that their gang will find her and kill her, she has become bitter and almost rude. Despite this tough outer shell, Natalie is still sweet somewhere inside, but you're going to need a lot more than gentle words to break through.


Personality:


Sassy but sweet, Natalie can be quite snappy, almost as if she were still a teenager, this is perhaps because she never got to fully experience being a child. Brave, but sometimes stupid in her decisions, if she sees anyone in danger she will do the best she can to help.


It takes a lot for her to open up, but she doesn't mind general conversation. Typically trying to act cocky is her style, but even from a glance you could tell that she doesn't think well of herself. Acting is her forte, (along with cooking of course), so you can never quite tell how she is. The key to her emotions are her eyes, which she likes to keep hidden if sad or upset, trying to hide her face.


Her smile seems to light up her face, although, she dislikes her smile, and will also try to turn her face away if she feels one coming on.


Despite her shell, she seems to be a shy girl, insecure, but brave and strong headed.

Backstory: Verdun grew up nicely, in a decent household with decent parents his life was the middle class dream. His mother was and farther both worked in the industrial parts of town his mother at a car factory, his farther at a ammunition plant. So Verdun grew up under the iron fist of industry, and from this he learned that you must put work in, or the product you get will not work. Close to his teen years, he started seeing more of his farther for he was injured in the ammunition plant that he worked at. His farther feeling bad for leaving him alone to much when he was younger would often take him on hunting trips, these would soon come to be some of Verduns favorite memories of his life before the virus for it taught him the basics of survival, how to maintain a weapons, and to him one of the most important lessons of his life: Not to let anything go to waste.


When the Virus hit Verdun was away hunting with his farther, they heard all about it on the radio. Thankfully he and his farther were immune and at the begging lived in a small tent in the wilderness hunting the still good animals and drinking fresh water from streams. After about a year or so they had moved to a nice hunting lodge forging for


themselves, making traps, and looting other lodges and tents of unlucky people, life was easy for them until one fateful day. Verdun had been out checking the traps,his farther back at the lodge trying to melt down some lead for bullets Verdun after seeing most of the traps were empty investigated, he soon found at least a dozen compromised stumbling around the woods. Verdun ran faster then he think he ever ran, all the way back to the lodge the comprised on his tail his farther hearing the noise grabbed his rifle and went out to help him, but as he ran to help him he kicked over the melting lead the lodge caught fire. Verdun ran in the house trying to hide from the compromised, but soon found the fire spreading through the house he grabbed the closet thing to help him from the ash it was a gas mask the he now wears even today.


Another year pasted since the fire, he never found his farther. He went in the city wandering just surviving day to day. In the city he found something that'd be the last important event in his life since he found the safe house. In a small general store he found an old man dead clutching a book to his chest, this confused Verdun why would this man be clutching a book instead of a weapon or loved one? When he looked closer at the book he did not find any religious book, or a book of old literature. He found the communist Manifesto, still intrigued by what this book was and why the man was clutching it he started reading it when he could in his day. In the book he learned of communism, but also saw notes that the old man wrote. When Verdun was done with the book he was only about 4 days away from the safe house. When he found this Safe house, he had no idea what he was going to find in there, but he knew that he'd keep his mask on and his manifesto locked in his heart.


Personality: Verdun being isolated for the begging of the outbreak made him a bit icy to others, but he is still open and loving to those he thinks he should hold dear. He doesn't like to see things go to waste and is over protective of his stuff. He also doesn't like to see a good weapon mis handled or not taken care of

Backstory: Jamie lived a comfortable life pre-apocalypse. On her own and making a decent living as a freelance writer, she really didn't ask for much, but that's not to say her life was always easy. Trust issues deep-rooted in her childhood stem from a father who walked out before her birth and a mother who didn't want her. She spent her childhood living in a van or whatever occasional motel room her mother could afford. School was her only escape and she loved it, especially drawing and painting. She spent as much time as she could after school with her art teacher who taught her to express herself and gave her a medium which she could vent her feelings. Life after high school was simple for her. Don't attract too much attention. That was always her motto, and as a result, she has somewhat diminished social skills, preferring to let others do the talking for her.


Personality: If you can get her to open up, Jaimie is a bright, cheery individual, and will do everything in her power to make sure her friends are happy. Otherwise, she is rather shy. She talks in a painfully polite manner to strangers and will find any excuse to end the conversation, much preferring being with close friends or alone

Personality: as a trained United States marine Rachel is an Integral, initiative and tactful soldier. When out of uniform Rachel is very reserved but not afraid to speak up to defend herself. She has a soft heart for her allies and friends when they earn her trust. She naturally doesn't trust many people especially since the apocalypse has happened and she has lost her remaining comrades and had to execute them herself when they turned she has been wandering alone. She is stubborn and brave but she doesn't want to be a leader of any groups because she feels guilty for the loss of hers.


History: Rachel's life has never been an easy walk in the park. At the age of four her mother abandoned her and her family leaving Rachel with her father and younger brother. As a child Rachel grew up without the motherly touch that she desired. She began to resent her friends that had the "perfect American family". School has always been difficult for her. Especially the mathematics. She would often hide and avoid doing any sort of arithmetic which would lead to near failing grades and a lot of stress amongst her family. Her father had a hot temper and would often yell and belittle Rachel and her brother. At times the situation may get out of hand over the stupid things Rachel has done as an adolescent which has often lead to verbal and physical abuse. She remembers one certain instance when she was thirteen and she had a D as a final mark on her report card and Rachel poorly attempted to hide that fact because she was too afraid and ashamed to show her father despite knowing what may happen to her. Her father ended up finding the report card hidden in her room and repeatedly beaten her with his fists leaving bruises on her body, but only on places that can be easily concealed and hidden. She knew she deserved her punishment but she didn't quite understand why it was such a harsh one. Upon that day, Rachel's relationship with her father was changed. It was like stepping on eggshells every second of the day. One wrong move and her day will be flipped completely upside down with either it would be extremely harsh ridiculing insults or severe beatings. If Rachel would accidentally burn the family meal or drop a glass he would call her "a stupid little c-" or a "Useless piece of s-". He especially favored "stupid cu-". The constant name calling became a norm for her. It wouldn't be an average day without be called that. However it has effected her mentally more than she knew as a teen. She became very socially reclusive in her later years in high school. At point in times in her teenage years she thought about disappearing off the earth. She felt she was destined to become a loser that she was told she was. And at one point, when she was at her weakest she broke Into her dad's gun safe and pulled out his 42 glock pistol she laid it on the bedroom carpet from where the safe was. She was sitting crosslegged Infront of the weapon and stared at it. Thinking about every single reason as to why she must pull this trigger. After two hours she wiped the tears from her eyes, believing she was ready to cut her life at the young age of sixteen. She slowly began to lift the pistol to the side of her head, her entire body was convulsing. She aimed the pistol directly against her skull.her skin was glistening with sweat. She sat there in that position for a good twenty minutes sobbing hysterically thinking; "Just get it over with Rachel. It will only hurt for a few seconds." She breathed in one last breath and wiped her sweaty forehead with her other arm. She clicked the trigger... And yet nothing happened. She forgot to click off the safety. Furious, Rachel dropped the pistol to the ground and collapsed onto the carpet and began sobbing heavier than before. "I can't even f- kill myself." she thought. Suddenly she hears the front door open and she panically puts the gun back in the safe and quickly locks the safe.


Later that night she thought about her suicide attempt and realized how lucky she truly was. She wasn't ready to give up yet. She has hit the weakest point in her life and pointed a gun at her head and just by luck and pure ignorance she was able to walk away. On that night she vowed to change. She wanted self strength and confidence but she would never be able to attain this if she continued living in this house. She began thinking about enlisting in the United States Marine Corps.


When she turned seventeen she spook to her first usmc recruiter. He asked what she would be interested in doing and she didn't really know. She did play the clarinet in band for six years but she never really enjoyed music very much despite how talented she was. The recruiter told her about the life of a meop (musician enlistment option program) and how they are able to travel the world and use the best instruments that is available and as well as how meops are promoted slightly faster than other soldiers. Rachel said yes and her life in the military slowly began.


After passing her auditions and graduating from basic training and her MOS School


(Military occupation specialty school) she was stationed in New Orleans Louisiana. The first few months was extremely rough. Running through the mud, climbing ropes and ladders at extreme heights, running until you are throwing up your last meal it was all worth it when she received her eagle globe and anchor. At that moment she knew she wasn't a useless piece of s-. She has achieved what she always wanted. To be proud of her self and prove to herself and everyone she is great. At her graduation her father gave her a hug and a smile and told her how very proud he was of her. She knew he was still a complete asshole but his harshness and beatings prepared her for this day and she wouldn't change it for the world.

Personality: Loni is very shy, but every once in a while she'll attempt to flirt. She's a sweet person, and really does try to make friends, but she just isn't good at it. Loni isn't much of a serious person.

Len was an only child, your average kid who got picked on in school. Although, her treatment was worse, she was followed home and beaten up at school; this added to how shy she was but also honed her later thief skills. She was 7 when she had her first fight, or rather when she was beaten by the others.


All the bullying caused her to fear humans, but also taught her to be stronger than she was. Her parents had later, around when she was 15, told her she wasn't their actual child, she was adopted. This infuriated her, she had been lied to for 15 years, by then the apocalypse had happened. She stormed out of the house with needed supplies and ran off to raid markets on her own, leaving the dead to swarm her house.


Her parents didn't survive long, she turned around long enough to watch them both fall to the floor screaming; she only smirked and ran again. Len can be tough when she wants, but around other people, she is extremely shy; she's not afraid to leave someone behind if they can't be helped, which she did to her parents.


Personality:


Len is a shy girl who looks also much like a boy. She keeps to herself most of the time, often found thinking on her own. Len also is a 'Master of Illusions' because she can appear to be a girl or boy depending on what she wears; this adds to her thief skills, allowing her to steal things without them knowing who she is afterward. She isn't very fond of large crowds, it adds to her shyness, causing her to be sidetracked.

Backstory: Christopher was the only son of Jack and Marie, a young couple that lived on the suburbs. Although kinda quiet, he was a healthy child. His parents were somewhat overprotective, but nothing that hindered Christopher's development. His father was a store owner of campng accessories, while his mother was a teacher at an elementary school. Christopher was living a normal life, until a dire accident cut short his parents' life, and left him alone.


It was a rainy night, and the family was coming back from a party at Marie's school. It was raining very hard, and the road was slippery. One mistake and faulty breaks, and the car was sliding around the road. It went down a slope and crashed into some trees. Christopher managed to escape the wreckage just before the car exploded. All he saw was fire. And fire kept him company until the end of the world as we know.


Christopher developed what doctors called pyromania. The stress caused by the accident scarred him mentally, and he thought that fire was his only company, since fire took what he loved away from him. His condition worsened, and he tried to put fire to his house. The neighborhood alerted the firemen, and they took Christopher away from the house with severe burn marks on his hands and feet. He was admitted into the burn ward of a hospital and was there receiving physical and mental treatment when the downfall of the humanity begun. For some reason, the disease didn't afflict him, and he escaped the hospital after some of the inmates and staff tried to attack him. He ended up stealing some clothes, and with camping knowledge from his father, and his mental health recovering, he survived, trying to find some remains of humanity.


Personality:Christopher is a quiet guy at first. Doesn't talk a lot to people he doesn't know, but give him some time and space and he'll be the happiest guy around, always trying to cheer people up. He's kinda sensitive about his scars, but nothing that could affect his chipper personality.

Backstory: Denis was an Engineer. He graduated from a good university and started doing projects for the Government. He had a wife named Julie. He met her a long time ago, back when he was still a college kid. They were really distant back then but due to his athletic skills on baseball, he got to know Julie who was a baseball fan. They talked about a lot of things like who their favorite team was. After a couple of dates, they finally moved on to a new relationship.


Just as he and his girlfriend graduated, they were immediately engaged. They got married and she was pregnant with his kid. They were both excited to finally have a new member to the family. When Denis was away from work, he received a call from the hospital that his wife has given birth to his child. He then immediately went to his boss to tell the good news as the Boss allowed him to take the week off to take care of his wife. After receiving the break, he then got on his car and drove immediately to the hospital to where his wife was being taken care of.


But in the middle of all that good luck, everything went to hell. As Denis was driving, some driver smashed a car in front of him and that lead to a series of car crashes, including Denis himself. He never noticed that he has passed out and when he woke up, the city that he once new, was now completely different. But ignoring to what had happened to the place, his thoughts quickly went back to his wife, it was impossible for him to drive because of the large amount of debris from the car crash blocking the road. So he set on on foot toward the hospital.


After a couple of hours of walking on a street to where people were screaming, crying, and getting dangerously mentally unstable. He finally arrived to the hospital only to find it filled with injured people. He quickly made his way to the receptionist and asked about his wife. He then immediately learned that a sickness has struck his wife as she was giving birth and she did not make it, and so did his kid. This changed Denis life immediately.


Personality: Denis is mostly silent, not wanting to talk about his past. But anything other than that, he tries his best to make the others laugh to show them there's nothing to worry about and all of this will be remedied somehow. He is a very persistent man that whatever he sets his mind on to, he will never stop until he achieves it.


Desired Job in Safe House : As a young boy Denis enjoyed firing guns and his father would take him to a shooting range and let him fire a gun. He basically knows how to handle any kind of weapon ranging from pistols, assault rifles, sniper rifles, and shotguns. And that was not the only thing Denis knows, he is also a university graduate with a degree in Engineering. So he is most likely to be a scientist. But depending on how much free time he has, he might also guard the Safe house or go outside and scout.

Frank was not devestated when the apocalypse hit. He was, almost more relieved. He thought that this was something exciting. At least for the first couple of hours, then he realised that he had no combat experience at all. But quickly enough he learnt how to fight, and how to run. He lived alone when it all started, and continued living alone. With no family alive he had nothing to lose except his own life, which he was very fond of keeping. He has never been fond of groups, always keeping to himself and his own thoughts he does not like to have to follow someone else's orders.


Personality:


Calm, easy to stir up if wrong comments are said.


Aggressive when fighting.


Thinks before he speaks.


Doesn't speak too often, lets his actions show what he wants instead of talking.


Does not respond well to threats.


Sees things simple.


No grey areas exist in Franks world.
