Nanoha Takamachi is presented as a regular little girl, living with her family, taking the bus to school and playing the gold-hearted average girl to her multimillionaire best friends Alisa Bannings and Suzuka Tsukimura. However, she always felt like a third wheel; her parents had each other, so did her siblings, and so did her best friends, while Nanoha had no such close companion. Additionally, she says she feels her life has no direction, as she has no plans for what she wants to do with herself. When she finds the injured Yūno in ferret form in the park, she brings him to a nearby veterinarian for care. Yūno later calls Nanoha telepathically as an unstable Jewel Seed attacks him, and he then gives her the red jewel around his neck, known as Raising Heart. With his instructions, Nanoha activates Raising Heart, and discovers her own magical ability. Her power blows Yūno away as she is able to create attacks quickly, transform and attack without using the incantations generally required doing so, and sensing Jewel Seeds more easily than he can. Even with all this power, she is still learning and must fight off her rival (later dearest friend and partner) Fate Testarossa, although Nanoha is more interested in befriending her. Needless to say, she succeeds in befriending Fate, however her methodology has lead to an interesting pun.
Nanoha lives at her home above Midori-ya, the cafe owned by her family in Uminari City, with her mother Momoko, her father Shirō, her brother Kyōya and her sister Miyuki, Nanoha balances cram school, regular school and hunting for Jewel Seeds with ease, although Yūno fears that it may be too much for her in the long run. Although she tries to hide her identity from her friends and family, she blatantly advertises it to Fate.
Nanoha may be living in peacetime, but she has not let her work slide. She goes out each day and trains with Raising Heart,) she practices hitting a can of cola repeatedly in the air and being disappointed when the can doesn't go into the trash can. Later she is attacked by one of the Wolkenritter, Vita, and is defeated due to the difference in power of their weapons. However, she teams up with Fate, who saves her and manages to hold Vita back until Signum enters while Yuuno brings Nanoha to a safe place. Arf and Yūno, and the Time-Space Administration Bureau help Nanoha and Fate escape Vita's Barrier which is successful, but not without the Wolkenritter stealing Nanoha's Linker Core which makes her lose some of her magical energy. Soon later in the TSAB HQ it is revealed to them that their new mission is to prevent the Wolkenritter from stealing mages' Linker Cores for their Book of Darkness. Nanoha then later introduces Fate to her two friends Arisa and Suzuka as a transfer student(though they had initially met via Nanoha and Fate's video messages), and resumes her life as a magical and school girl, helping Fate to get used to her new life on Earth. Early on in the season after the first battle against the Wolkenritter, Raising Heart, along with Bardiche, is upgraded to be able to compete with the Wolkenritter's weapons, and is renamed "Raising Heart Excelion", which gains the new cartridge system. She is then pitted against for most of the season Vita, who refuses to call her by her name, always calling her things like "Takamachi Nantoka", which can be roughly translated as "Takamachi Something-Or-Other", though in the last episode of the season she begins to call her name properly. Nanoha and Fate meet a sickly girl, Hayate Yagami, who is actually the master of the Book of Darkness, after being introduced by Suzuka later in the season. Later, when visiting Hayate who was hospitalised, Fate and Nanoha meet the Wolkenritter and find out that Hayate is the master of the Book of Darkness, and the reason why the Wolkenritter are collecting pages for the book. After Fate and Nanoha face off against the Wolkenritter, who wish to silence them for knowing their master's identity. However the match is interrupted by the two masked men (later revealed to be the Liese twins), who trap Fate and Nanoha in magical binds and a barrier and impersonated them, to make Hayate think that it was Fate and Nanoha who killed the Wolkenritter (as the masked men used their Linker Cores to fill the last pages of the Book of Darkness). Then, Fate along with Nanoha are forced to fight Hayate, as the book of darkness. However, during the fight Suzuka and Alisa discover Nanoha and Fate's true identities when they tried to protect them from Hayate's attack. With the help of the Wolkenritter and Hayate herself, they cure both Hayate and the Book of Darkness, which transforms into Reinforce, Hayate's partner and weapon.

Nanoha is the primary Combat Instructor for the Riot Force 6 of Time-Space Administration Bureau's Special Management, and also the commander of record for the "StarS" squad in the field, she has grown more mature in the last 10 years since the Book of Darkness incident. Nanoha, like Fate, is a S+ class mage without limiters, which is the second highest rank possible to be achieved by a mage, and she is a AA class mage with the limiters, 3 ranks down from what she should be.
After gathering the members of the newly formed Riot Force 6, Nanoha begins to train the new recruits, Subaru, Teana, Caro and Erio (who have both taken in by Fate). Nanoha becomes Vivio's guardian or, as Vivio calls her, Mama, and looks after Vivio along with Fate who is her godmother (though Nanoha later officially adopts Vivio). Nanoha along with the rest of Riot Force 6, besides the Forwards, Signum and Fate, deal with the Saint's Cradle going into orbit. Nanoha enters the cradle, along with Vita, and they split up, with Nanoha going to the Throne Room and Vita going to the engine room. Nanoha quickly deals with one of the Numbers, using her Blaster System, before entering the Throne Room, where Vivio is being held. Quattro manipulates Vivio, forcing Nanoha and Vivio to fight each other, during the fight, however, Nanoha uses a wide area search and finds the place where Quattro is hiding and, using her Divine Buster and her Blaster System at level 3, knocks her out by blasting a hole through the Cradle. However, Vivio still does not revert back to her normal self and continues to fight Nanoha until Vivio manages to begin to regain control, but still cannot gain complete control, and Nanoha is forced to use her Blaster System at Full Power, firing five Starlight Breakers at the same time, which then reverts Vivio back to her normal self. Later, Subaru and Teana come in to save Nanoha and Hayate (who came to save Nanoha). Nanoha was offered many promotions, all of which were turned down in favour of her current position as a combat instructor. She now also lives with Vivio, raising her and watching as she slowly grows up to reach her goal while training in Strike Arts with her friends. When the Beyonder created Battle-World Nanoha and her daughter Vivio were visiting her family's cafe, Midori-ya on Earth in Uminari City. Now a chunk of Uminari City consisting of the cafe as well as the old Takamachi family home is part of Valpan. Nanoha try as she might cannot get into contact with Any of her fellow mages or the TSAB period. Since then she's spent a month Stuck in this new meshed world with her Daughter and her family. Nanoha still has had no luck in contacting Fate, Hayate and the others. And they have slowly gotten used to living in this new world. Nanoha has gotten back into working in the cafe like she did when she was younger. And her daughter has become somewhat of a mascot for the cafe. Nanoha continues to hold hope that she can find a way to put things right.



Personality: A major aspect of Nanoha's personality is that she always tries to understand other people. As such, she's shown to always take a diplomatic approach to problems and tries to reason with her enemies at first. However, she's also shown to be a pragmatic heroine, as she's not afraid to use force if communication alone is not enough.


Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): She's a very good cook. Somewhat athletic due to her training and her job as a Combat instructor.


Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff): Nanoha has many spells that she can use including her signature Divine Buster and Starlight Breaker.


Weaknesses (If anything notable): Not really notable but she is a bit Naïve and chooses to talk before fighting.

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
Before she met Rito and Lala, Yami lived alone in the universe, performing assassination assignments as they were given to her. At some point she bought an artificial intelligence for her spaceship from a junk shop and named it Lunatique.


Soon after Yami completed her assassin training she went to a planet whose inhabitants have tentacles. Though she herself refuses to tell of the experience, it is strongly implied that it caused her extreme dislike of anything slimy and with tentacles.


Yami once fought and defeated the assassin called Tyrant Azenda because of a dispute within the assassination organization they both worked for. That organization used to exist on the Planet Kild, in the Talha Galaxy, which was known as the garbage dump of the Universe


One time, while Yami was in the midst of combat her mind ran amok and transformed into her Darkness Form for a few seconds. Although the transformation was incomplete she sliced the Planet Kild in half. Some time after that, Yami came to Mikado suffering from many injuries and with no memory of what had happened.


When she arrived on Earth, Yami had no memories from before she became an assassin. However, being close to others, especially Rito, has caused those memories to resurface. Yami eventually notes that Rito's warmth reminds her of what she felt when she was with Tearju as a child. Yami travels Battleworld as a temoprary mercenary until she can find a way back home.


Personality: Though she does come off as stoic, emotionless, and withdrawn in actuality she is pretty kind, but she would attack people who talks about something that she doesn't like. She also hates perverted people and normally attacks Rito who by his clumsy nature trips into her and gropes her, or the Principal, whose perverted nature makes him come running to her in almost no clothing whenever he sees her. Other people she has attacked include Kenichi Saruyama, Yuu Kotegawa, and Taizou Motemitsu. She also has a weakness towards anything slimy and with tentacles.


Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): She's very smart and academic


Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff): Transformation Ability: Golden Darkness' signature ability is her transformation ability otherwise known as the Trans-ability. This ability allows her to turn almost any part of her body into almost any animate objects (preferably weapons or tools used for combat) or reshape the size and figure of her body. The nano machines that circulate through her body allow her to do this. A downside to her powers is that if she uses her power excessively, the nano machines in her body overheat, leaving her extremely weak and unable to move and causing her to pass out

Personality:
As a Psi user, Kusuo is usually emotionless and constrains himself from having any friends, preferring to do whatever it takes to not to be associated with others so that he doesn't expose his powers. Due to this, he has never spoken using his voice, instead preferring to project his words via telepathy into the minds of others. Although he didn't have any friends first year, during his 2nd year, a lot of his classmates like Riki, Shun, Kineshi, Aren, Kokomi, Chiyo, Reita and Mikoto kept on bugging him and somehow changed his perspective. He later thought of himself as a friend of theirs and even outwardly called Shun his friend.

Although he doesn't express much interest in many things due to his powers (e.g. surprise parties, romance, fortune-telling, etc), Kusuo is addicted to the dessert known as coffee jello and can be persuaded to participate in anything his friends are in as long as he receives his coffee jello. His addiction is not just limited to coffee jello but also to different kinds of sweets. Despite being able to get anything he wants without using any money, Kusuo uses money and saves up money to buy something he wants, like the Coffee Jelly Maker. His kind mom was the sole reason why he didn't abuse his own psychic abilities for nefarious activities. Kusuo also has an interest in television shows, due to electronics (unless he uses his psychometry) being unaffected by his powers, allowing him to enjoy dramas/scenes that prevent the use of his telepathy which leaves him open to spoilers from the thoughts of others.

Weaknesses:
Uncontrollable Powers: When the limiter devices on his head are removed, even for a second, Kusuo himself is knocked unconscious and even after waking up, he is unable to control the muscles in his entire body. Worse, his mind control powers are not controllable either. He states that his powers will wreak havoc onto the entire world and cannot be stopped by even him. It should be noted that there are times where Kusuo himself is shown to remove his limiter devices in order to use some of his more powerful powers, but he is not shown suffering afterwards from any of the setbacks mentioned above. One such time was when he used mind control to make it so that PK Academy students can work part-time jobs. He also had one limiter device removed at the beach by Teruhashi while he was asleep, but was able to fix the trouble his Bedpsyching caused, seemingly moving properly without issue even before he got the limiter device back. As Kusuo is shown to be able to use repetitive practice/training in order to learn to be able to control his excessive capabilities (like his ability to throw balls that exceed sonic speed), it can be assumed that if he trains hard enough, he might become able to control his powers better as well. Unfortunately, it can also be easily assumed that he relies on his Control Devices instead because the world will be destroyed by his powers first before he can master their control through repeated practice. A proof of this case is when he took more than 16,000 tries to master using his powers (at a limited state) while his mind is empty, due to being stuck in a looping time leap during one of his usual days.

Bedpsyching: The ability to use psychic abilities while sleeping. This abilities were one of Kusuo's problems before when he still haven't got any control devices. According to Kurumi, his bed psyching continued until 4th grade. Though it will come back if someone removes his control device while he's sleeping.

Allergies: Saiki's powers are affected by allergies and will cause stuff to blow up when he sneezes. He also has no way of curing allergies with his powers.

Biography:
The Bookman, someone who lives only to record what happens in the world with a neutral view. Lavi was taken in by one of these bookmen at a young age in order to be trained to become the new one.

As a Bookman Lavi began training when he was very young. He has had many different aliases, currently totaling 49, with "Lavi" being the most recent. During his training and meditation he developed his photographic memory and other skills associated with the Bookman lineage. Throughout his upbringing, Lavi witnessed many wars and deemed humankind as foolish for their constant fighting and inability to stop the inevitable outbreak of war. This began to change when Lavi joined the Black Order and became friends with its members.

On one of the missions assigned by this Black order, he managed to get himself stuck in the peculiar reality he is in now.

Personality:
Despite displaying moods that range from mischievous, laid-back, friendly, cold, bitter, even sly or naive, Lavi is typically a very reserved person, these "personality traits", more often than not, tending to be something of a charade his training as a Bookman has forced him to put on. As a Bookman, Lavi's teachings strongly discourage and, in some cases, even forbid him from making personal attachments; because of this, Lavi is fully though reservedly aware of the fact that he might well live to see his "friends" and "comrades" die around him and be expected to move on without showing much of an outward reaction. However, as he spent time with the black order he has begun experiencing comradeship and he has begun to lose hold on those values that he so valiantly held in his life so far.

Because of his occupation, Lavi can actually be very intelligent and insightful, thinking up battle strategies on the go and frequently using his Bookman skills to win fights.

• Wood Stamp (Spinning Dist of Heaven and Earth): Lavi uses the Wood seal to control the weather. (Make the sky clear, etc.)
• Heaven Stamp (Violent Thunder, Whirling Skies): Lavi strikes his hammer and whenever it strikes a lightning bolt from the sky (heaven) will stroke.
• Combo Stamp (Terrible Lightning of Heaven): Lavi uses both the Fire and the Heaven seals to create a huge snake of fire and iron. He can also create a shield-like flame wall.

Weaknesses: Using a seal seems to take to take a lot of wind out of him so using them in quick succession it's impossible.

Bio:

Akko was born in an unspecified location in Japan. She is from a family without magical lineage. When she was six years old, her parents brought her to Shiny Chariot's magic show. Amazed and inspired by the show, she wished to become a witch someday just like Shiny Chariot. During her childhood she tried several times to fly in broom, only to fail and get hurt, receiving the ridicule of the other children. However, Akko always kept her dream of one day becoming a witch. She became a great fan of Chariot, collecting all her cards and her merchandise.

In order to achieve her dream, somehow Akko learned that the Luna Nova Academy, the school from which Chariot graduated, was accepting students without magic inheritance and managed to enroll there, despite her total ignorance of magic.

Personality:
Akko is best described as an excitable, impulsive, reckless, optimistic, energetic, and short-tempered girl, which is consistent with her normally exaggerated expressions. Due to her great determination, she is always up for a challenge, even if it seems too difficult for her. As Akko is very social, kind, and truly compassionate, people are often drawn to her happy disposition.

Akko has an idealized view of witches inspired by her childhood idol Shiny Chariot, which clashes with her fellow students' perception. Being a fan of Shiny Chariot, she displays a poster of her in her room, and Shiny Chariot is often idealized in her fantasies. It is worth mentioning that she is also very immersed in her own fantasies, and sometimes does not account for other witches opinions.

Akko possesses impressive skill in archery as seen when she fires Shiny Arc with impressive accuracy.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
Due to her mundane background, Akko is very incompetent with magic, especially in the use of flying brooms despite having practiced this skill several times. However, her potential with magic is unmistakable (though only a certain few are able to see it), as she can use the Shiny Rod that once belonged to Shiny Chariot with impressive prowess, showcased through turning it into bow and arrow, ballista and axe forms. Even so, her prowess in magic improves over time as seen in the second short film where she is much better than in the first short film, albeit not very remarkable. While this remained consistent in the TV series, her development is obviously slow compared to other witches. Her inability is revealed to be due to the Dream Fuel Spirit used by Chariot in her magic show, which drained out her magic capabilities.

Like most witches, Akko can project beams of energy by using her wand, (which became great explosions while using the Shiny Rod in its offensive forms), is able to levitate objects or people and move them to a certain extent, and change the form of other animals. With Ursula's help, Akko was able to learn to repair objects with magic and later to repair larger objects.

Metamorphosis Magic

At the beginning, she was terrible at this spell, only giving her animal traits. However, over time, the Metamorphosis Magic become one of her strongest abilities after hours of training. At the Samhain Festival, she was able to transform herself at will and maintain it for extended periods of time. By becoming different animals, Akko is able to take advantage of their different qualities for certain situations.

Weaknesses:
Impulsive, reckless, short-tempered, mostly has poor control over her standard magic (She gets better in the final episode of the anime)

The Emcee was born and raised in Berlin, Germany and lived there his whole life. He grew up in a Jewish family, which was very unliked by many Germans at the time of his childhood. When he left his parents, he had a dream to open his own nightclub filled with many singers and dancers across the globe from America to Britain to France. As the Nazi regime started to come in, Emcee started getting worried about his possible future with his religion and sexuality.
(He eventually gets taken to a Nazi concentration camp and gets killed but he can't really be dead in this so I am going to pretend that didn't happen)

When using his Symbiote Shifter, It takes the form of a blackish purple full body suit of armor with a helmet. This look comes from Shifter’s previous and first host.

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?): Shuya is a young man that keeps to himself. He has a loving mother, an energetic father, and a shy, clingy little sister of 14 years. Shuya was the kind of boy that kept to himself a lot. No one bothered him in school and he tended to stay in his room, joining family activities every once in awhile, Then that all changed. During his usual trek home. The earth shook and he looked up to see smoke. Curiosity getting the better of him. He headed over to see a crash site of a small meteorite. He inspected not noticing the black goo that clong to his clothes.Hearing police sirens and seeing red and blue lights, he ran home known the wiser of the black goo that began to cling to him. After that a few days passed and he began hearing a voice in his head. Needless to say his parents and little sister were worried, when Shuya began talking to himself. He did his best to assure his family he was alright, but they still worried. After that, The merging happened and they ended up in Battle-world. Shuya who was still trying to get used to the voice in his head, that starting to sound female to him. Found himself in a situation. He and his sister and a few others we’re being held hostage. Shuya held onto his sister who shivered in fear, as they waited and hoped for a Pro Hero to come save them. However, it seemed their time was cut short when their captives found out they weren't supposed to be there. As they aimed their guns at the two, Shuya realized they were about to die... And then the voice gave Shuya an offer.


“Shuya… I can help you stop these men and keep your sister and the other hostages safe. But I need you to trust in me, please.” Having no other choice Shuya agreed. And once he did, he noticed blackish purple goo covering his form and changing into some kind of suit of armor. Once fully done, Shuya stood and began to combat the criminals much to his sister’s surprise. His arms turning into blunt objects such as a giant hammer. And he could even stretch them and use them like grappling hooks, pulling the criminals toward him, when they tried to aim at the other hostages. When all was said and done he escorted the hostages out to the police. A while after there was a news report about a Vigilante called “Shadow-Shifter” Due to the armor he wore and how he could change the form of his limbs. However his sister knew the truth. Shuya and the now Named Shifter Symbiote had completed their bond. A month later He met a woman named kind woman named Nanoha Takamachi who's been helping him and Shifter learn their true capabilities.



Personality: a bit of a loner, He tends to keep to himself and doesn’t participate in group things. He loves his family dearly though. He was one of those average acting people that didn’t want to be bothered. But when the Symbiote bonded to him, He began to be a bit… Happier. Even participating in group activities with those that considered him a friend.



Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): Has a bit of an athletic build. Took Martial art lessons when he was younger.



Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff): Super Strength: Shuya’s strength has been augmented by the symbiote Shifter. With the help of Shifter, Shuya can lift up to 700 lbs.

Super Human Durability: When Shuya becomes Shadow-Shifter, his body becomes highly resistant to physical injury, capable of withstanding assault from high-caliber bullets as well as attacks from super powered individuals.

Super Human Stamina: Shifter is also capable of surviving in harmful areas for long periods of time such as underwater or in toxic gases, When in such places Shifter filters breathable air to her host.

Regenerative Healing Factor: If Shuya becomes injured in anyway, The Shifter can heal those wounds.

Genetic Memory: Allows Shuya to obtain information through Shifter by touching other individuals. This is an ability he is slowly learning how to use. At his current level the best he can get is a few images at a time.

Constituent-Matter Manipulation: Symbiotes like Shifter can shift colors and mimic textures, allowing it to effectively become a morphing sentient costume. The neural tie to the host allows the symbiote to access the host's mind for fine control over details and situational awareness of what would be best for the given scenario (i.e. if trying to escape from the police can mimic a police uniform to completely throw them off the trail, or if the host is not comfortable with this can become an entirely different outfit to blend in with the crowd) This mimicry capability can be extended to forming melee weapons or shields as hard as steel. There are limits to this as the symbiote is a biological organism.



Weaknesses (If anything notable): He is weak to Loud sounds and sonic blasts while wearing Shifter. He is also weak to fire. While he is a Vigilante, He does not cross the line that most Vigilantes do. This sometimes comes back to bite him in the rear.

Powers and Abilities: With his newfound abilities, Ryan found himself able to run with extremely enhanced speed, reaching well beyond the speed of sound and coming in just short of the speed of light at his top speed. He's able to use this speed to vibrate himself at any frequency, which can allow him to phase through solid matter. He's also in possession of a potent healing factor that speeds up his body's regenerative processes, though not nearly as well as two certain Marvel characters. He's also capable of generating and throwing lightning as he runs.
Equipment: His suit, comprised of a dense polymer capable of withstanding high temperatures, friction, and missiles.
Personality: Cocky, arrogant, and proud, Axel often underestimates any situations he finds himself in due to his abilities. When he finds himself in situations where he requires help, he is slow to do so, believing he can tackle the problem all on his own. This attitude sticks through his regular job and his gig as a superhero.
Background: Philadelphia, born and raised, Ryan Ralleigh had been running since his childhood. Earning excellent marks in school and on the track as part of the track team gave him his cocky attitude that drew the attention of bullies that he usually outran. His older brother, Cade Ralleigh, often had to bail him out when he couldn’t run. This led Cade to bring Ryan into the school’s mixed martial arts club, a skill Ryan was very slow to pick up on. After high school, and subsequently college, Ryan went on to work for a local research lab working to develop a means to develop an energy source that could generate mass amounts of power and self-sustain for a long period of time. Working on a project, the machine went critical and went off, leaving Ryan in a coma. When he woke a month later, he discovered his powers of super speed and other fantastic abilities. He soon became a super hero, adopting the name Axel, honoring a childhood friend.
