Incidentally, you can write the post where Jim gives Silver her scolding. He has a new worker now, so he feels no more compulsion to keep her on if she keeps running late/messing up/not doing her job properly. He just wants to make that achingly clear to her.
No, he just rules his employees with an iron fist. He's like the Gordon Ramsay of the tattoo world.

I have had the (horrible) task of writing Silver in love before. It was difficult because she's so damn oblivious. Here's what can be expected.
- She cuddles up to everyone, and prefers to just invade someone else's bed than sleep alone (which is rarely well recieved) but her interest will have to deal with that nonsense 3x as much as everyone else
- She gets very jealous
- Also, quite possessive, casually referring to them as hers (but she also does this with her friends. eg. "You can't kill this person, they're mine!" so.... Is she in love with you or did she just friendzone you? Who knows, it's Silver.)
- Someone else is normally needed to point it out to her / explain it to her, because her feelings are really obvious.
- Easily confused. She's not very easily flustered normally, but some simple things while actually fluster her. Such as them returning her possessiveness (because that makes things equal).
- "I-It's not like I like you or anything!" (B-Baka!) Once she (finally) realises how she feels and has had the concept of love explained to her, she will freak out. She is not in love, that is ridiculous, blah, blah, blah.
