Working on seeing what can be processed that isn't still a loose end to have action called on it.
Also considering how to handle loot on a battlefield scale... I can generate REAMS of unique and interesting treasure, but how would it be divided?
To aid to this end I would say that loot received will be randomly dispensed between participating factions -- but if players indicate parameters they are more likely to get "dibs" on the stuff they want/need...
This could be "Hand weapon for character" or "Magical Jewelry" or "Troop equipment" or "Armor for soldiers" or "Gems" or "Valuables/Currency" -- if somebody's specific paramater(s) come up, they get a bonus to it being distributed to them. If the same people want the same stuff, bonuses will lean slightly in favor of those who have: Fewer parameters, pertinent circumstance.
But as I said, if you put no parameter you'll still get loot... loot only gets distributed after a battle is officially over however, of which is it not... but you CAN feel free to continue to declare long term actions -- the fighting in the 'platz is over... and for better or worse, people can still work.
