Be My Oblivion

Ember laughed and held on tight, truly happy that he's enjoying himself. "Good, it's important to have fun! If you cannot laugh and enjoy your life, then you aren't living right." It was in this moment that it no longer felt like a wolf protecting a human, but two people who loved each other and loved everything about one another. It made her heart sing, and as she held on tighter, it brought her a sense of warmth and comfort that she wasn't sure could be felt again.

((Omg I'm ecstatic! My wallet and car keys got stolen last night at walmart, but they turned up this morning!! (Still at walmart) and the only thing missing was my 200 cash... yes))

Aiden smiled warmly, and slowly swam toward the embankment, crouch as the water got shallower until they could sit and still be in the water up to their chests. "Then I owe it to you that you showed me how to live again." He said gently as he shifted so she wasn't on his back anymore. He brushed his fingers over her cheek, and smiled, moving to kiss her warmly.

((OMG that's amazing, and a total bummer at the same time. I'm glad your wallet and keys turned up though!))

Sitting beside him in the shallow water, Ember grew fairly quiet as she watched the gentle current of the water carry fallen leaves past them. After such a fun romp, she was now relaxed and feeling quite at ease. The memories of the few days before seemed to be nothing but distant dreams, as nothing could touch them in their perfect world. Gazing into Aiden's eyes, she leaned in for a kiss, a soft and warm caress that had he purring happily. "You owe me nothing. You've already given me enough."

The copper haired man chuckled and shook his head, "As you wish." He sighed, shrugging, an arm sliding loosely around Ember's waist as they sat together. He sat with her for a long while, until it was well into the afternoon before he finally moved, and stretched. "We should probably continue moving before one of our two possible hunting parties catches up to us." he said, smiling as he stood from the water and moved for the bank and his discarded clothing. "We can hunt for some food along the way, and maybe have a good meal when we finally find some place to camp for the night." he chuckled, picking up his still rather damp clothing and began to dress himself with slight difficulty as the wet cloth stuck to his still wet skin.

((@FieryAngel -- Edited the post now that I had some time... and not as sick anymore :D Trip is over and all that good stuff as well. I apologize for the measly 1 line I gave you the last time. I don't know what was in my mind at the time. xD Either way, it's fixed now))
