Papyrus nodded and gently hugged the flame woman.


"THANK YOU! BYE BYE MISS TEACHER!" He hoped they would see her tomorrow in their new classes! He held his brother's hand and grinned. "LET'S GO HOME."

"it's so warm here." Sans commented.


He kinda liked it a bit better than the cold snow that chilled your bones,but he wouldn't complain. Sans squeezed his hand,smiling.


"We need to get up early paps." He pointed out,recalling the teacher's words.

Papyrus laughed and kissed his brother's skull. He remembered the advice their dad gave them and smiled.


"DON'T WORRY BROTHER! IF WE GO TO BED EARLY, WE'LL WAKE UP EARLY!"

"But..." Sans started and began to frown,clutching his hand tightly.


"I can't sleep paps. So i can't get there on time." He told him.

"DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT SANS." He felt his brother squeeze his hand and gently squeezed back. "I'LL GIVE YOU LOTS OF KISSES SO YOU CAN SLEEP WELL! JUST LIKE BEFORE! THAT WAY YOU'LL WAKE UP ON TIME!"

Sans smiled.


"You're the best pappy." he smiled and gave him a skeleton kiss back on the forehead.


"I hope we make new friends. Maybe they'll see how great you are. You'll probably have a ton of friends. A skele-TON of em." He giggled.

Papyrus beamed at his brother.


"YOU REALLY THINK I'LL MAKE LOTS OF FRIENDS?" He really hoped that he would too!

"Yeah paps." He said,smiling.


"Everyone loves ya."

"WOWIE!" Papyrus beamed excitedly. "I'LL MAKE LOTS OF NEW FRIENDS!" He hugged his brother. He was eager to make new friends! Then he would have even more people to play with him and Sans!

Sans yawned and rubbed his sockets,returning the hug.


" we need to sleep to get up for school!" He reminded papyrus.

Of course! How could he have forgotten already! He picked up his sleepy brother and smiled.


"THEN LET'S GO!" He ran all the way back to Snowdin to their home.

Sans was barely awake when they got home. He yawned in papyrus's arms and rubbed at his sockets.


"home?" he asked,tiredly.

"YEP! WE'RE HOME!" He carried his brother to bed and laid him down. "NOW SLEEP!" He laid next to him and kissed all over his skull. "I LOVE YOU SANS."

"Paps...I love you too." He told him,getting comfortable next to his brother.


"Heh. I'm almost asleep." He giggled,smiling and closed his eyes,his soul glowed faintly as he hugged his brother.

Papyrus hugged his brother and giggled. "GOOD. WE'LL NEED ALL THE ENERGY WE CAN GET FOR SCHOOL TOMORROW!" He kept snuggling and kissing on his brother's skull to keep him happy. He felt his soul glowing and wanting to be near his brother's.

Sans nodded,yawning as papyrus snuggled up to him. He loved the gentle kisses his brother gave him,it always put him at ease, and made him feel happy. The kisses reminded him of dad,but they also made him feel loved,which is what he always wanted to be. His soul got closer to his brothers,glowing as he drifted off to sleep.

Papyrus grinned and held his brother close. He was so happy thanks to his kisses! Surely he would get enough rest for school tomorrow! He kept kissing his brother's skull until he fell asleep. His soul drifted closer to Sans's and they shared a nice glow. Papyrus felt himself nodding off to sleep.

Sans slept for a few hours before a nightmare took place. Sans"s soul shook next to papyrus's signaling he was having a bad dream,he shifted frequently in his sleep,frowning.

Papyrus felt his soul tingling. He felt his brother having a bad dream and shifted in his sleep, he was embracing him now and his teeth were resting against his brother's skull in a kiss.

P-papy...." he mumbled in his sleep and clutched papyrus. They only had each other now. Dad was gone,so they had to watch out for each other. Sans hugged him tighter and sniffled. He tried to sleep throughout the rest of the night,which was fairly easy. Once Papyrus had woken up he noticed it was time for school.

Papyrus yawned as he woke up. He rubbed his eye sockets and grinned.


"SANS! WAKE UP! WE HAVE TO GET READY FOR SCHOOL NOW!" He gently shook his brother awake.

Sans groaned and threw a pillow at paps.


"Too tired.....need more sleep" he told his brother,yawning. He wanted more sleep.

"NO SANS WE HAVE TO GET UP! WE DON'T WANT TO BE LATE ON OUR FIRST DAY!" He grinned and kissed his brother's skull.

"No..." he groaned and tried to bury himself under the covers.

"SANS... PRETTY PLEASE? YOU WERE REALLY EXCITED ABOUT GOING..." Papyrus felt his soul dim in brightness. Why wouldn't his brother get up? He had slept all through the night without waking! He pouted. "WE DON'T WANNA MAKE THAT NICE TEACHER FIRE LADY SAD, RIGHT?"
