"Yeah... It's some brother and sister stuff" Nami said. "It happens often between me and Evan" she added as if it was really something normal for her. She was still a little angry but it didn't appeared. Hiding her emotions was something that Nami could do well.

Ryan nodded his head then began walking away. So it is normal for her to take out ice spears like that? He turned back to Nami. She seemed fine. The teen continued walking.

Nanami followed Ryan. At this point she probably was more like a puppy dog rather than a human, but she couldn't risk blowing her cover, and if that's what it meant, then that's what she'd do.

Ryan was making his way back to the twins, "Why did you run away?" He asked but didn't bother to look at Nanami's direction just in case someone saw them.

 

[IceQueen]

Nanami looked at the ground. "I ran away because my parents were trying to marry me off and force me to do there bidding. I just wanted to see the world, but they wouldn't let me leave, so I ran." She said.

 

[RyanJXavier]

Ryan saw Cupun again still throwing flames. "Couldn't you just see the world with the person you were going to marry?" He asked while making his way to the other firebender. The guy was still doing this?

 

[IceQueen]

Nanami shook her head. "He was the generals son, which would have forced me to stay at home and worry for my pair, plus he is a snob and not someone I enjoy spending time with." She said, shivering at the thought.

Cupun had stopped with the firebending, and his sister had come up to him and placed a hand on his shoulder. They were talking quietly when Ryan and Nanami showed up. Cupun had returned back to his normal indifferent expression, and Anana turned and said hello. "Where'd you two go?" She asks.

Nanami looked up and smiled. "Just a little adventure." She said, looking at Anana.

 

[RyanJXavier]

"You can't run forever" Ryan stated then turned to the siblings, "We met another waterbender and her neutral brother".

 

[giraffesarebetter]

"Waterbenders are all over the place here!" Anana exclaims. "I thought we were in the Earth Kingdom."


Cupun chuckles. "Firebenders as well. It seems the only ones we have not met are Earthbenders."

 

[IceQueen]

Nanami looked down, sadness on her face. "I know." She whispered and tried to not cry, her pressure of life coming back. She tugged her hood farther over her face.

 

[RyanJXavier]

Ryan looked around, "You're not the only firebender here?" He was interested in seeing some earthbending. The teen glanced at Nanami and gave a confused look. Was she cold?

"There was that girl we met earlier." Anana explains. Cupun had an inkling that Ryan was a bender as well, but didn't say anything about it.

 

[IceQueen]

Nanami kept her head down, her eyes threatening to overflow. She rubbed them with her sleeve and kept her head down.

"Oh yeah her..." Ryan's eyes scanned the area. Where was that person? He only saw a large ship making its way to the dock. It seemed different than the other ships aligned at the dock. "I learned how to handshake" Ryan said a bit proud. He took Nanami's hand and shook it. The ship caught his attention when black smoke started coming out from it.

Nanami looked up and blinked at him. She shook back hesitantly.

Cupun looks at Anana, then begins to laugh. "That's awesome." Anana shakes her head, following Ryan's gaze.


"Guys. Firenation ship. 12 o'clock."

 

[RyanJXavier]

Ryan gave a curious look at Nanami, "Hm? Did I do it incorrectly?" His eyes shifted back to the ship. It seemed that the Firenation had more advanced technology than the rest of the places.

Nanami shook her head before looking down.

Ryan thought for a moment. Did he offend her? "Sorry Nanami" He said as he watched some soldiers march out of the ship.

Nanami shook her head. "I am not offended, since you seem new with human interaction." She said.

Ryan wasn't new to it...okay kind of. He was new to interacting with people other than his uncle and his uncle's earthbending friend since that's what he's been doing for the past seventeen years. "Why are they here?" He gestured to the soldiers.

 

[IceQueen]

Nanami shrugged. "I have no idea but they might know who I am." She said, pulling on her hood and slinking so she was half behind him.
