Fandom Avatar RP: The Tale Of The White Lotus

_Exodus_

King of Transformers

There were whispers in the street. The people of the world had begun to give up hope. No one was there to protect them from the dangers of the world, certainly not any of the spirits or deities anyone prayed to. A darkness had settled over the land of the East. A darkness that required someone to stop it. A darkness no one quite knew what to expect from it.

Colden strolled through the city streets of the earth bending city. The people had begun to use their bending to construct houses, apartments and other forms of settlement. There were rumors of someone going around trying to unite the villages. That man called them "The earth kingdom". If it caught traction, Colden didn't know, he didn't concern himself with anything beyond his town. The small down of ba sing se.

Taking a turn down an alley way, Colden uses his earth abilities to launch himself onto a roof. Donning a mask, he ran along the roof tops. Word of a group of raiders tormenting the town had spread to the town and beyond. No one quite knew how far this group went in robbing or how far they would go. Rumors spread of the raiders spreading to something called a fire nation, whatever that was. Colden looked down on a group of raiders now from a balcony view. They were harassing a young farmer who couldn't provide food for them, or anyone besides the man and his girlfriend. Judging by his ripped coat, he wasn't a bender. Most of the ones picked on weren't. Night twinkled behind Colden, a full moon. Not much help in being sneaky, but it could help with intimidation.

Jumping down, Colden makes two of the guards sink into the ground. Five left. Dodging left and right, Colden whacked two more on the back of the head to knock them out. Three more. Raising up cages, the night warrior force the raiders back into a side alley. They could bend, but Colden had the stronger ability of the two.
"Give it up, you are out numbered. I will do so much more to you than I have to your men," The night warrior ordered the final raider, taunted him even. The raider looked around to see his men encumbered by the stone the night warrior had used.
The raider looked into Colden's eyes with a fierce determination. With a swipe of the raider's hand, a wall of lava was placed between the two warring men. Colden shielded his face from the heat. Once the heat had subsided, and his eyes adjusted to the new light, there was no sign of the man. Only the quiet streets. Even the other trapped men were gone.
"you're. . . " Colden tried to give a you're welcome speech to the person he just saved, but they had ran off as well.

The Snow Sage, that is what they called him. It was a title that had stuck with him even now, even in a distant land. Rarely, did Zozi give his name. His journey had taken him across many lands and to many places. What had brought him all this way? A single scroll, a book dating back hundreds of years that spoke of a man named Wan, a man who could control all four elements. That was the rabbit hole that started the Sage's newest obsession. The idea itself was ludicrous, but the further he dug into ancient manuscripts and scrolls the more there were reports of these people dotted into history. There was too much evidence to simply turn a nose up at the possibility... He went on a pilgrimage from land to land in search of such a powerful being. The Avatar of a being called Raava, a true master of all elements.

In these lawless time as nations formed and the dust of humanity tried its best to settle into tradition... Could this 'avatar' be the saviour everyone was looking for?

The sage stepped his way across the city with a staff in hand. The one thing he had kept consistent on this journey had been his outfit, only making minor alterations to accommodate for climate. It was as if the Sage wanted everyone to know where he was from, who he represented...

His eyes turned to the moonlight with a glimmer of admiration in his eyes and inside he begun to dwell on how everyone saw the same moon and no matter where they were. It was a uniting presence like the sun. His thoughts were broken by the distant commotion and flash of light whose source was out of view. A brief moment later he saw men running, people running and that piqued his interest. A group of men charged down the street toward him which prompted a nod of his hooded head. "Even-" Before he could even greet them he had to sidestep them. They ignored him entirely, charging off into the night. "How rude..." There was a low, curious mutter to himself.

After witnessing such a strange occurence, he had to investigate the scene of the crime, right? Idle feet moved toward what he remembered as being the source of the light....

Colden folded his arms to watch as the men fled. A new person arrive don the scene, someone unlike he had seen before. This guy was new, perhaps one of the explorers who was beginning to map the world. Hi big it was and how many people there were out there. Only a sea separated them all.

Colden looked at the lava. Trying his beat, he attempted to calm it into stone. Nothing. Not a single thing happened.
I’ll have to figure that one out, Colden sighed jumping over the chasm and back into town. He scaled the roof tops once more and pounced upon a new set of raiders. These ones were different, but had a similar style as the rest.

Colden jumped down in the street. Once again, he took care of the villains and set them packing. This time, the people said thank you. They asked
For his name, but Colden couldn’t give it to them. Looking around, he saw a Pai Sho board. A single piece on it. A white lotus.
“I’m the white lotus. Protector of this town,” Colden mythically said as he leapt out of sight.
