Ken looked at Hanji and sighed. "I would but they refuse to let me go in that tree. All the other trees are too flimisy or aren't stable enough for me to climb let alone sleep in. I see a tree over there that I can use, but it's some distance away from here." He said calmly.

Levi grabbed a stick, his nails turned to claws and he quickly sharpened the stick and stabbed a fish. He sent it down and stabbed two at once " how many do you guys want?" He asked them

Armin smiled a little " don't worry this is nothing" he said as he went over to the leaves " we wait for them to dry and then start tieing them" he said to Victoria.

Luna thinks for a while "If we get around 12 we should be fine for today" she says and adds "We shouldn't run out of food that quickly, or we catch enough for the week, the cold wind will keep them cold enough".


Victoria nods slightly "Alright then" she says and adds "I can tie them together when they're dry enough".


Hanji sighs "Stay with the group, you keep ignoring my orders, I'm going to have to report that tomorrow to Erwin" she says without looking at him, she was comfortable laying in the snow.

Ken sighed as he walked back over. "I'm not ignoring your orders... The others won't... Forget it." He grumbled as he walked back to the tree with his hands in his pocket. 'What a pain.'

" alrightly then" he said as he stabbed to more fish " this is fun..." he said as he enjoyed stabbing fish. It helped get off some anger.

Armin smiled and Erza helped him spread the leave to help make it easier to dry.

Luna smiles slightly "Levi... how is fishing fun?" she asks and thinks for a while "Wonder what Hanji would says if they find out...".


Victoria sits against the wall, far from the wolves and near the entrance of the cave "What should we do now?" she asks pulling her knees to her chest.


Hanji looks at him "You were walking away from the group, I never said you have to share a tree with them, just stay where I can keep an eye on you and that is not all the way to that other tree" she says annoyed "Now stop making me repeat orders".

Ken nodded and walked to a different tree, it wasn't ideal from how shaky it was but not having much choice he climbed it. Positioning himself in a way so he wouldn't fall he brought his knees to his chest and with that started to doze off despite how cold he was.

" i guess stabbing something is a good stress relief" he said with a chuckle. As he stabbed some more fish.

Erza hummed a littke and grabbed some berries and ate them " i guess we relax, since we got everything we need... unless we are missing something" she said to her squad.

Luna nods and she sits down "Let me help" she says an whistles softly causing some fish to swim towards her unknowing what would happen to them. Petra sighs "I'll go look for some stuff we can use for a fire" she says and walks of.


Victoria thinks for a while "How are we going to survive without water?" she asks looking at the others.


Hanji sighs "There are better trees on that side" she says pointing to her left before resting her head in the snow again.

Levi sweatdropped " you just took the fun out of stabbing fish" he said to her.

Erza stretched " we'll look for a river tomorrow. Ok?" She said to Victoria as she looked down then cave then back at Victoria.

"Come on, this is easier" Luna says and she smiles "Besides, we need enough fish for the rest of the week" she says and looks at Levi.


Victoria nods and she says "Don't mind me, I'll stay here, I don't want to go near the wolves", she was really scared to go near the animals.

Luna looks around and takes a rather large leaf which she uses as a net "Done" she says holding it up, the leaf was pretty strong, if she could make sure no fish fell out it would be even better.


Victoria nods slightly and takes some berries "So, how long as we going stay here? The entire week?" she asks.

Levi took the big leave with the fish and properly wrapped it so no fish will fall out " there... now let get back to that-... wait won't the bears wake up from the fish?" He asked her.

" probably the entire week" Erza said to Victoria " we need to find a river tomorrow for water though" she hummed a little.

"If they do I just have to convince them not to hurt us" Luna says and she smiles slightly "Bears are easier to befriend then wolves". Petra walks back with some berries and the wolf runs over, having found some fruit for them.


Victoria gets pale "The... entire week?" she asks and looks down "Can I have watch duty the entire week?" she asks quietly.

Levi nodded " just don't get hurt" he said to her before looking at Petra "where did you find those?" He asked her.

Erza sighed "no, you will be exhausted. And these is nothing to watch. Don't worry they won't hurt us" Armin raised an eyebrow " who? The 2 wolves at the end of this cave" she said to him.

Luna smiles slightly "I won't get hurt" she says and turn to Petra who says "From deeper in the forest", the wolf walks over and hands Luna the fruit.


Victoria moves slightly closer to the entrance of the cave "I'll be fine" she says and adds "In case you forgot I nearly got killed by werewolves last time".

" well to be more accurate they were werewolves so their instinct are to kill whatever is near them" Armin said to Victoria " normal wolves are different and have a better control over their instincts." Armin said to her.

"And I found a huge empty cave, well not really empty, but these wolves live there now, I also found stuff for a fire" Petra says and Luna says "Well, as long as we don't wake the bears, or anger them if they wake up they should let us stay there".


Victoria shrugs "A wolf is a wolf" she says and sighs, she was not going anywhere near the animals if she didn't have to.

Ryuu looked at his watch as he walked down a path to the survey corps. Today he was being transferred from the garrison to the survey today and he decided to leave a day earlier so he could get settled in sooner. Blowing his warm breath on his hands he walked briskly to the base. After some time he arrived there and after asking around he was told to talk to Erwin. So he headed to his office. Talking a deep breath he knocked on his door. "Commander Erwin? This is cadet Ryuu, the newly transferred recruit from the garrison."

Erza sighed a little, the black wolf came over and nudged Erza wanting her to come over and check her mate. Erza looked at her and petted her as she got up " be right back" she said to her team and walked off with the wolf.

Levi smiled slight " good job Petra" he said to her and looked at Luna and nodded " alright then, let's hope we don't wake them up"

Petra smiles at Levi and Luna says "Why don't we head towards that cave, just to be sure?" she asks, she was scared of bears as one had nearly bitten her when she was a child "What, don't tell me you're afraid of bears" Petra says and Luna stays quiet while looking down.


Victoria looks at Armin "You can go to the warmth of the cave if you want to" she says and smiles weakly, she was cold, but refused to go anywhere near the wolves.


Richard walks over "Erwin has a meeting, I'm the second in command" he says, he was holding a stack of files he had to read, since Erwin's made him do that.

Ryuu looked at Richard and smiled before giving him a salute. "Sorry sir I wasn't aware of that. I'm Ryuu and I was just transferred from the garrison. I arrived a day early and came here to report that I have here and am ready for duty." He said as he stood at attention and in a formal stance.
