At the Adventurers' Table: Chapter Sixteen

That will certainly make such powers as Vital Strike much nastier. I'll have to look to see what, if any, Feats I have that will apply to this.
 
Hey Purr Purr Got a question about this new house rule. I have Arcane Armor Training that drops my chance of spell failure by 10%, that is a prerequisite for Arcane Armor Mastery that lowers the chance of spell failure by 20%. Wouldn't these Feats also fall under the blanket of auto increase? I ask because they are not on your list.

Psychie Psychie Ack. After considering it, I have to say "no" because these two Feats, while similar, do not have Level prerequisites only; Arcane Armor Mastery requires an additional Feat - Medium Armor Proficiency - while the Feats I've laid out have only a Level proficiency. If I go this route (because Oreleth is a Fighter and already has these Feats), then it becomes a hassle as, in the name of fairness, I would now have to look to every other Feat that took in Class Abilities (like armor proficiency).

Does anyone else find it strange that those Feats also require a Swift Action every Round to use? I mean, what is the Caster doing? Some kind of very quick shimmy in the armor to make it fit just right for Spell use? Everybody get ready to cast in that suit of chain mail now! Woo!

Oh and as you can probably tell by my OOC comments to Cap'n, we will be leveling shortly! Be ready with your ideas for your Characters and please share your improvements from 12th to 13th Level here! =)
 
I have to come up with a new Feat for 13th level, since I had originally planned on getting Improved Spell Penetration, but I now have that for free according to the new house rule. So many things to pick from!

Is Kaerri also leveling? She just got here, plus she's already 14th, so it doesn't seem fair.

I am so used to whole parties leveling at the same time that I guess it's second nature for me to include everybody!

Do you mean to imply that *gasp* Jaydude isn't always this well-mannered?
