You've made it this far and now we want to take you farther.
Where you ask? Well lets just say, it's out of this world.
Professionals of all kind from all over the world are needed in our efforts.
Here at Astra we strive to give humanity a hope for the future.
A future in space. We have achieved this. In our several years of work.
We have finally made it out of the galaxy. We would like you, yes you, to come to another world with us!
You have five weeks to decide; before we take off into space.

You arrive at The Astra space headquarters. It is a giant campus with various buildings. You were given a map at the entrance and told to go to the main hold area. It seems the area you were directed towards was in front of the biggest building there. The area was full of bustling people going this way and that. In the center of the square is a fountain in the shape of a classic space ship. A few things of greenery littered around the sidewalk; some benches here and there. Other then those few things it seems everything else was kept indoors. There were three building off of the main hold area. One looked like it was a library, another was what seemed to be a greenhouse, and the other was what looked to be a giant warehouse. In front of the warehouse looking building was a booth. It said "Welcome to The Astra" Then underneath in smaller letters read "Please check in here". A short blue and white robot stands at the stall. It smiles and waves at all the passerby's; eagerly awaiting it's new masters arrivals. It is early morning at least 0600 hours. The sun rising in the distant hill.

In her grey digital, Alexis starts walking towards the welcome center. She flashes an ID that was given to her beforehand, and it shows her status as Security chief. She walks with a purpose, a basic black backpack over her left shoulder and a green rucksack in her right hand. She smiles when she sees the robot, hopefully a sign of the wonder ahead. She enters the waiting area

Vala Conterfeild​

Vala rounds the corner skipping happily. She had left her car at the lot out front. She wanted to walk the campus and look around. She had always wanted to go to The Astra. Of course she had always been to busy to stop on by. Vala had many contacts inside of The Astra, but other then that she had no connection to it. It was nice roaming around the campus breathing in the morning air. It hadn't taken her long to get here, so she didn't have to wake up that early. She had been staying in a nearby hotel until the day arrived where she had to go to the on site boarding rooms. Vala had now finished sight seeing and figured she should go to where she was directed to go. She shuffles her purse around; to get her map. Looking down at it her eyes widen. My goodness was this place huge. No wonder they needed a map.

She covered her mouth letting out a small gasp. Shaking her head she fixed on where she needed to go. She looked up to see where she was at, and found that she was really nearby. How convenient. She smiled and looked back down at her map. She pointed in a direction that correlated from where she stood to where she was to go. She looked up and started walking that way. Putting her map back into her purse. She started swaying her head to an unknown melody as she walked. Her high heel boots clicking on the concrete to the beat. No one else but her could hear the music she played in her head. And no one else but here knew that she got the beat perfectly; or that she was walking to the song. She smiled and laughed thinking about how silly she must look.

Then it came into view the giant space ship fountain. She stopped to stare up at it. Feeling so small in comparison to the statue. It had been a tribute to the Earths first attempt at reaching life outside this planet. Then they had barely been able to reach orbit and then the moon. Vala let herself think to how life was like back then. She wondered what they had, and how everyday life has changed. And then her moment of fantasies was over. She shook her head her brown curls bouncing around her. She quickly walked over to the booth that she assumed had been set up for them. A small robot standing there. She smiled at it and waved. "Hello. Vala ConterFeild checking in." She said softly to it. Her yellow dress waving in the light breeze.
